Great pub, come here for years, everything you want from a pub. Good price, food, sports games, service and people

£45 for 6 chicken tenders, 1 tiny taco thing, chips and croquets. Really not worth the money. Disappointed. Chinese or Dominoes next time.

We had made a reservation based on spending the day in the animal farm next door and needing somewhere close and convenient to eat. Our reservation was for 4, 2 adults and 2 children and having miss judged when we would want to eat we asked to pull out booking forward and hour. “No problem at all” We were seated by a lovely waitress who managed our table for the whole time. She provided recommendations and had a generally lovely demeanour. We ordered off the specials, 1 Sunday lunch, 1 big burger and a couple extra bits. The food came quick and both of us were shocked by the size and quality. We probably over ordered but both agreed the food was fantastic. If we find ourselves back on the IOW I’d say it’s very likely that we would eat here again. The only frustration was that failed to get our waitresses name!

We love the pub quiz here we come every week and always have fun. The host is good. We love the food too, always good and usually quick service

Mi amigo y yo casi pasamos, pero recordé que el cobertizo de bicicletas había sido recomendado por un vecino recientemente, así que vinimos a tomar una cerveza o dos. El personal era muy atento y por sugerencia de ellos nos sentamos en el salón trasero en grandes muebles de cuero bebiendo y charlando. Como motociclista me encantó la sensación de galería / museo con increíble maquinaria en exhibición y videos de bicicleta jugando (bueno si te caes por tu cuenta) Se sintió bien y sin duda volveré, tal vez en la bicicleta la próxima vez

At 12.30 I ordered 2 bbq burgers and 10 nuggets the delivery time said 25 minutes and kept being extended, the food was delivered just over 2 hours after we ordered. The restaurant did not answer the phone and when the food eventually came it was stone cold. Nice food but would never order from this romford branch again

This place is a gem. Very nice interior with the tables well spaced apart. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is just so good. Great quality meat cooked ti perfection. It seems to be very busy so not sure if you have to book. We did.

It’s not the 1st time we have visited Angelique’s and the service and food is excellent but today they excelled themselves. It was our Daughters birthday and the service was excellent too as were the staff. Very enjoyable afternoon was had by all.

The best local burger joint in Eastbourne with a very good price point. The owner is a very nice guy and looks after his customers. Give them a try.
