I had the best private birthday dinner here. Great customer service. Highly recommend Rozay lounge!

We visited for a friends birthday, upon arrival everything looked perfect!! However we were informed that the food would be a set menu because of the size of the group, over 10 people, meant that we couldn’t order from the menu. Instead they thought platters of middle standard meat and some salad was a good option for everyone. the vegan and vegetarians might as well have starved. they didn’t provide any options for vegetarians, and still expected us to pay £30 per head!! When this was brought to their attention, they proceeded to discuss with the birthday girl for 20 minutes about why they needed their money for providing nothing. Eventually they offered a free bottle for those who didn’t get food, or to choose from the set menu 30 mins before ‘closing time’. Again another mismanagement. In writing the event was supposed to last until 1 am, instead they proceeded to say we’re closing at 12, stopped the music and turned on the lights. The vibe of the place was lovely, however would not reccomend for an event if you want your moneys worth.

Deffo one of the best ever. Great vibe. Amazing food and shisha. Highly recommended, specially to friends and couples. We will go again for sure!

Mehrdad was our server for the evening, and was so attending and kind throughout the evening. Me and my partner will definitely be returning.

This place had horrible and upsetting customer service from two particular men, I don’t know his name…but he had black short hair and might of been turkish or Iranian. he throw the check at us which was shocking as we did not want to pay for shisha as they wanted us to move from a flow table with three big girls to a tiny single table swished as there were 4 people wanting to sit. Before this happened we was waiting inside the bar for an hour waiting for a table but then when we sat down after 10 minutes they told us to move despite us waiting for our table but we kindly requested if we can stay as we waiting for our table. Then upsetting us and heater was not working a outside around 10pm, they lied about no blankets while giving others a blanket and said heaters not working. I asked another staff about heating and they explained it is working but they didn’t want to turn it on so this was mix messaged from staff. ( the female staff was kind to us). We tried to explain to the guy that we just sat here and u gave our shisha and now we have to move to a single table with three girls in the corner won’t fit so we decided we wanted to leave as they were rudely telling us to move. The waiter got angry and then through the check at us harshly at us I was so shocked and saying now u paid even the service charge we paid despite them being extremely rude. He said now u paid there’s the door. We was very upset :( we tried to explain nicely how we felt and he was getting angry and vicious. Specially after hearing him say that at the end.

Great tasty food and fairly priced considering the area. Quick service. Would go again, highly recommended.

If you want to use the terrace you need buy a sisha otherwise they will ask you to sit inside or just 20min outside. They want the tables just for smoke outside...staff can provide a better service. I will not recommend this place at all.
