I have ordered a chicken bbq burger. However taste of chicken was more likely seagull’s. It wasn’t taste chicken at all. Or chicken was old. Cooked and wait there for ages since morning. It was absolutely disgusting !!!!!!

The food and service are always great and we never felt rushed to leave. The kitchen team cooked and presented everything to an excellent standard. We were hosted by Sonia and her colleague and they were super hospitable and welcoming. Great communication and service.

Second time here and both times the food and service has been amazing! Have visited both the Kilburn and Soho branch, food is great at both but the atmosphere and service has been particularly great in Kilburn. Some of the best wings in London btw! Ordered wings platter from Wingman however my niece cannot tolerate gluten and has to carry an epi pen because of this, i placed an order via deliveroo ans called them to confirm which wings were gluten free and explained the issue however when the boxes arrived there was no label on the boxes (we ordered 4 different types) as to which flavour was in the box and which one was gluten free, this was really dangerous as my niece could’ve had an episode and a slight let down, Please label the wing flavours on the boxes next time otherwise all delicious and great delivery service. Ordered from Deliveroo in Ealing, must be their cloud kitchen. Pathetically stale food. They were so good before, literally the wings were not edible. You guys have one job to give fresh food and you have failed fairly bad in that. Used to be a fan of Wingmans but wont order again for sure

Really good wings here, and I like all the new things they slowly add. Sadly, I'm so dissappinted there are no more cauliflower wings on the menu, they did the best version of these. A new vegan thing they've replaced with doesn't really cut it for me. That and the big price increases (though they are the best wings around) are keeping me away now, hence the lower score than before.

Unfortunately my takeaway order was not up to scratch .I had waited all day to eat and raved to my friend when ordering for her birthday . Well what a disappointment!! The wings were soo dry and over cooked . The buffalo wings (you have to wear gloves for in the restaurant )had no sauce and the wings were tiny . The shezch wings had no flavour either and the truffle fries were cold. The halloumi cheese however was the star of the show thankfully ! After calling and speaking to front of house at the Kilburn branch I was offered a voucher and email taken . Unfortunate this has not been the case . I have left emails but have now been ignored . I will continue to eat in house ,but will not be recommending any more friends as “wingstop “ wins hands down

I had one job, and that was to book a table for two for 6:30 p.m but accidentally booked it for 12:30 p.m. Ori was so kind to amend the reservation just half an hour before the desired reservation time and welcomed us with such pleasure 😌 The food as always was amazing and the prices are quite reasonable! Can't wait to visit again 🍗

As with the other bad reviews, their delivery service is terrible. It takes ages, food is cold and on the tonight's occasion items were missing. Not worth the money or the wait. I've ordered a few times over the past few years and it was very good, but this is the third time I've had problems with the delivery and I will be now avoiding this place in the future.

This place is truly 10/10. I just moved to London from the States and was looking for a really good chicken sandwich and wings. Wingman’s knocked it out of the park. I’ve ordered on Deliveroo 3x so far and it’s consistently good. The ktown wings are probably the best wings I’ve ever had. So flavorful and delicious! The chicken sandwich is truly unmatched. Crispy, tender, juicy with a great bun and flavorful sauce. They load it too - they don’t skimp on the chicken. Chick Fil A who?!

My first time here and it won't be my last this place is amazing I highly recommend this place if you love Wings and flavours. The best fries I've tasted so far this 2025 I couldn't finish my burger so I took it home I look forward to eating it when I get in. My new happy place.😀👏👌😍

Stopped by for lunch @ Wingman's Kilburn and was offered the lunch menu for £12 which comes with one main, one side and a drink, good value for money but what amazed me the most was how juicy and plum their flavoursome wings were and how well looked after I was as a customer by Ori, who was serving me. Keep up the good work and keep expanding. Hands down the best wings in London I've ever tried!

Definitely the best wings place around. Consistently always on point. Bang Coq Wings, Shanghai Wings are elite. Usually we get truffle fries and the Royal Cookie Crumble dessert is always a 10/10. We visited due to a 50% offer that was on but unfortunately the wing machine broke so we were gutted. Manager was very good and took the drinks and desserts off our bill and was very apologetic.

So went to Wingmans this week and have some cool gourmet wings in London. They have lots of different flavours of wings but the Shanghai Oriental and the Peanut Butter (much better than it sounds) wings were really nice. My favourite item on the menu though has to be the pulled beef mac and cheese. This is probably the best mac and cheese I’ve had in London, and it’s one of wingmans sides. If you eat meat, get the mac and cheese. Want to also give a shout out to Ersun in the Kilburn branch who was so nice to us. Looked after us and catered our needs. Lovely man..Wingmans, give Ersun a promotion please.

We always come to Wingman’s because the food is incredible, and it’s such a great place to be. Every visit is an amazing experience! Today, we were served by the lovely Wesley, who provided exceptional service, and it was such a pleasure meeting and chatting with the boss. They really make you feel at home. Ten out of ten—Wingman’s has the best wings ever, and I’m a customer for life!

The new menu is sooo good! Favourites were the K-town wings and the halloumi nugs. Music is 10/10, super chill vibe, and the best waiter EVER Wesley who made our experience easy and enjoyable. His service was on point when asking about allergies and making sure we had enough drinks. The dessert was a great finish and the only request I’d make is for one more dessert option on the menu so we can order two and share ;)

Deliveroo. Mostly cold when it arrived. Also the portions seemed off, the fries portion was tiny, about 20 fries in total when ordering a large portion, I supposedly could have inhaled the small portion it must have been that tiny.

The first time I visited Wingman’s, the experience was incredible—the food was fresh, flavorful, and worth every penny. Unfortunately, my experience with their online orders has been the complete opposite. I’ve ordered online 3–4 times, and every single time there’s been a massive delay in the “wrapping up” phase of the process, often taking over 25 minutes before the food even left the restaurant. One time, the delay was so extreme that Uber Eats ended up canceling my order after over an hour. When the food did arrive, it was freezing cold—not just metaphorically, but literally. My burger contained components that were still partially frozen, and the wings were extremely disappointing, with a texture that made them seem like they were fried days in advance. While the in-house experience was great, the online service and quality control are completely unacceptable. I hope Wingman’s addresses these issues, as the potential for great food is clearly there, but these recurring problems make it impossible to recommend ordering from them.

This wings bucket was absolutely beautiful One bucket of Szechuan, and one Bang coq Mac and cheese was terrible, just plain pasta with beef on the bottom. No cheese at all Fire fries were okay ish

A very friendly welcome followed by great service and then delicious food. BBQ wings were perfect, crispy with plenty of sauce. Buffalo wings a perfect (for me) level of spice with blue cheese dip that was spot on. Mac & Cheese very nice.

Excellent food, chicken wings with unique seasoning. My favorite is the Smoked BBQ, I recommend it. The service is also great, friendly and smiling staff, ready to offer quality service to the customer! I've been there with friends a few times and I'll definitely continue going there!

FOOD POISONING! I have been a loyal wingman’s fan for years, unfortunately after a recent visit our entire group had an awful case of food poisoning. There were 3 couples all from different areas of London that had not had any food/drink together months before we went to Wingman’s. However after our meal (Friday 11th October 24) all 6 of us were wiped out. Vomiting, Diarrhea and extreme fatigue were some of the symptoms - we were all wiped out all weekend with some of us calling in sick to work on Monday/Tuesday. We raised this to Wingman’s in the hope of some admission so we could put it to bed. Today we received an email to say that there was no evidence of wrongdoing and we must have contracted food poisoning elsewhere. Appalling response to what was otherwise our favourite wing place. Safe to say we won’t be back, and important for others to know this is how they treat their loyal customers.

First visit here and I was NOT disappointed! Friendly service, nice restaurant and amazing food. I had the truffle burger and my brother had wings- both were really good. Great flavour comes with great mess, but they provide gloves and plenty of napkins so it's all good. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit if I get back to the area again.

Wingsman in London is a great spot for a casual meal. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was tasty. I particularly enjoyed the wings, mac and cheese, and cookie dough dessert.

Had a lovely meal at wingman’s celebrating my sister’s birthday. Ersun made sure everything was perfect and even recommended a few dishes which we absolutely loved! Cant wait to go back to have the Thai Fry burger again!!

Really disappointed today ordered food and the mains came cold. Manager took it away to change and wasn’t seen for another 15 minutes. So decided to pay for the sides which was bbq fries, truffle mac and cheese and a bottle of water which came to £23 which is a shambles in itself but what’s worse is the manager who bought our food over didn’t even come back to speak to us and sent his colleague. That manager had the cheek to leave the buffalo sauce and service charge on the bill but I just paid and left coz I was really put off by this man and the service. Rest of the team was helpful but that manager is a waste of space

Everything that we had ordered was amazing. The staff were so helpful especially Ersun! He did an amazing job at hosting us for the night. Will deffo have to return for the Thai Fry burger and the Shanghai Oriental wings!

Me and my family had a very good time there and enjoyed our food and drinks. All the staff members who we spoke to were lovely and helpful, especially Kieran who welcomed and served us throughout the night. He did a memorable service for us.

Came in last Saturday for the bottomless brunch. Really want to thank Kieron for his service. Made sure the drinks were topped up promptly. The food was good, compliments to the chef!

The Truffalo burger is the best chicken burger I’ve ever experienced. Always check for the specials. And if you can manage it, go for the cookie dough dessert to finish. You won’t regret it.

We come here every year before the NFL games at Wembley to get in the American mood. Food is delicious (the tater tots are incredibly tasty) and the service is also friendly - thanks to Kieran and Ersun!

They tried to scam us! As I went to wash my hands, the waiter came to my other half and asked her if she wanted to pay. He didn't show her the price on the card machine and walked off without giving the printed receipt from the machine. Good thing her Apple Pay showed that they had charged £90 instead of £44! (which itself is a rip off for a plate of wings, 1 burger, 1 fries and 2 drinks). Food was not nice, they don't understand the concept of subtlety. A truffle burger doesn't need to be DRENCHED in truffle mayo.. Plus the scotch bonnet wings and actually insanely hot and should come with a stronger warning. Not going back.
