Great food in person, but delivery is terrible and a waste of money. If you want soggy chicken wings. Got no refund.

Their buffalo wings were excessively sour, to the point of causing me discomfort, imbalance in the sauce, too much vinegar or other acidic ingredients. The music volume in the restaurant was very loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. Additional 13% on top of the total cost

Loads of chicken flavour options. Good chicken burgers. Nice little vibe. Friendly staff. Strong cocktails. Quick service. Can’t complain!

An absolute gem for people who love wings!!!

Their bottomless brunch is well worth it. Unlimited wing, fries and drinks for £45 pp. Highly rate the BBQ, and the Shanghai Oriental wings. The buffalo wings were slightly disappointing after seeing so many great reviews about them. Service was excellent and the whole experience is really good value for money. I love how they give you gloves to eat the wings!

Worst chicken wings I’ve ever had. They simply tasted of oil. They also forgot the sauce. I wouldn’t waste your hard earned money here.

Very yummy, will definitely go back! Food is cooked and prepared really well and served beautifully. The lychee drink was so nice also!

We were greeted and seated promptly, and the staff was truly outstanding. Special thanks to our waiter, Matteo (I hope I spelled your name correctly)—your service deserves 10 stars! The wings were phenomenal, so good that I wish I could experience them again for the first time. We followed Matteo's recommendations, and everything he suggested was exactly to our taste. We will definitely be returning. We also tried the corn, which was excellent. The mocktail was delicious as well. Let's not forget dessert. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

Don’t usually leave reviews but had a great time with my partner here. The service and food was great. Wings are amazing. Still got that crispness even after being drenched in sauce, how???. Truffle fries was to die for. The cookie dough dessert was really nice also. Will look to try the burgers next time.

Been here few times and it has always been good food and excellent service. Unfortunately took my partner here for the first time today and didn’t go so well. Ordered one burger and one wings but waiter who was Asian slim and medium height had said we ordered wrong and we disagreed and he insisted he read the order right to us when he didn’t. The Mac and cheese never arrived when he served our food either, so by the time this came we had ate all our food. Also one of Nashville burger didn’t have some ingredients. Having said that, our waitress the lovely lady who I think is named Skye was amazing throughout the whole ordeal and we cannot thank her enough. Perhaps some of your staff should take note on the good customer service skills provided by her. Thank you Skye, sorry we didn’t have any cash to tip you personally.

Discovered this gem of a place whilst looking for a place to eat with me mate Dan and desperately trying to look like I knew where to eat in kilburn... in a place which didn't have a huge M on the logo ... Whilst all the reviews are almost exclusively exceptionally positive, it's easy to be sceptical about how good the food actually is, and how patient the team are when contemplating what you're going to order. In both respects , it's a super-duper high score from me🎉 Price wise, I think the chips are a little dear, but the chicken is comparatively excellent value... especially when you get that yummy barbecue sauce on it and - although we were there on a Tuesday evening, the atmosphere was pretty good too. 🎉😀. Me mate Dan had some kind of zinger burger look-a-like-ey and whilst I had a little food envy, I'd definitely recommend the chicken legs ... Unless you're the chicken 🐔. All in all a great place to scoff some amazing chicken and subtly overpriced chips whilst listening to some crazy down-wit-dem-kids musak on the jukebox. Great staff , good value and a very pleasant night out....

Best wings I’ve had in a long time. The Bangkok wings tasted so good with loads of flavour. The wings are crispy and succulent. They also do a good pint in here.

It had been a while since I’ve dined at Wingman’s so I was unsure how the lunch menu worked, but Ersun was really helpful. He explained to me the dishes and I had a really positive experience.

Service was extremely disappointing. We placed our order, but the burgers arrived way ahead of the wings, which took a staggering 40 minutes to show up. By then, we had already finished our burgers and were left waiting. When we brought this up with the manager, they responded with attitude and didn’t offer much help besides a vague promise of a quick resolution. Unfortunately, when the wings finally arrived, they were cold and hardly edible. We were so let down that we requested the service charge be removed, especially considering we’re regular customers. Our server did try to assist, but being new, their hands were tied. Overall, it was such a letdown that we won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Poor delivery service with uber eats. When i called the restaurant they never picked up. It was like someone was rejectiong the call. Food came in a state. Soggy and cold Driver was rude and aggressive. Raheel was the driver. Dopey and slow. Kept driving around in circles near my house.

Bottom line. Food here is very good and I've been a champion of Wingman's since their Hyde Park festival days but this particular visit for me wasn't up there. Made use of the Wings Wednesday offer and ordered the BBQ which is my go to and for the 1st time the sechuan wings. I received the Korean wings by mistake but due to time constraints I decided to just eat these and they were tasty but obviously this mistake shouldn't have been made. The sechuan wings were really disappointing. A dry wing which didn't have the great spice tingle you want from sechuan pepper so they are a flavour I won't be ordering again. No food complaints from the 2 friends I brought along to try for the first time who had the buffalo and a peanut flavour from the specials. A couple of environmental issues. we were sat in line with a heater so it was uncomfortably warm and I'm afraid I have a complaint again about the music. It's too loud and it's more often than not a terrible genre. They do the same in the Soho branch and it makes for quite an unpleasant dining experience when you cant easily have a conversation with your dining guests.

One of the best places to eat delicious and well-cooked wings. The service and atmosphere are very good, a wonderful place. It would be nice to tide up the toilet.

Very very worst restaurant i ever seen. I get two deliveries from here and it’s too much time even there is no customers inside. Chef’s are talking inside. Customers are waiting in home for their food. Is this makes any sense. Very very poor service.

I came last week for some dinner with my friends and I was impressed. We asked for some recommendations and the Manager was really kind to suggest some of the dishes and we ended up picking buffalo wings, szechone wings with some sides and burgers. 100% delicious. The service was really good as well, Kushun made the experience really great for us. Music was a bonus! Will definitely come back for more.

Booked brunch on a Saturday at 4:30pm - for a group of 6. Turned up to be told that they had NOTHING to make cocktails that’s included in the brunch. We were offered an Apple spritz or a beer. One of the managers then told me it’s because I booked a later slot and that’s why we couldn’t have cocktails. The table next to us were also very upset when paying their bill as apparently you HAVE to pay their service charge & they had already accepted not to have cocktails with their brunch. Atmosphere was dead - gave a 2 star because I can’t rate the food. My group left and went elsewhere to enjoy food and drinks.

Good Chicken & Polite Staff but slightly overpriced

What happened…? 🙁 Wings used to be the best — crunchy, perfectly sauced. What have I just ordered? It’s like chicken that’s been boiled in buffalo sauce — fatty, soft, dimply skin. Absolute waste of money… and a damn shame… big loss for Kilburn…

Came into try the lunch time deal after visiting the other venue in central only a few weeks ago . Chicken Wings side and drink for £12 quid . Upgraded the side to the mac and cheese(extra £5) and it was delicious. Eren who served us was very friendly and offered great service. Came around 2pm and thought it would of been busier but there was only one other table in the restaurant

BAD EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO! Caught the chef putting his fingers deep in his mouth to pick something out of his teeth , to then proceed with touching the food. Food was cold and burger was oily and horrible. Please do not waste your money on this place.

The wings were 10/10. The prices are a little high for this type of restaurant and have risen quite a bit in recent years but this is common in this industry now. Excellent tasty food, just becoming a little bit pricey for this kind of restaurant. Would definitely return.

Hadn't had a chance to get their buffalo wings for about half a year, and boy did I miss them Outstanding food and service. Had a large serving of wings, a BBQ burger and the truffle mac n cheese. The MNC was perfect as they didn't overdo it on the truffle, the burger was fkin delicious, and the wings are the best buffalo wings I've ever had. Can't wait to go back.

Over hyped and over priced First time going to Wingmans and I doubt I'll be going back again The wings are tiny with hardly any chicken on there, only the burgers were decent, service was average nothing special Dare I say it, but I think you're better off going to your local chicken shop instead

The wings were perfectly cooked, but the sauces on top of them where too much and not very good, especially the wing with cheese one. We couldn't finish eating them. There's also the naked version, without sauces on top. In retrospective I should have taken those

Only myself and one other table on a Tuesday at 6pm so can't really comment on atmosphere but the music fits the vibe. I enjoyed sitting in here. Ordered the buffalo OG burger and this may have been the best chicken burger I've ever had. It was really really top class - Fire Fries were great too. Would definitely return - and would love it if you could get a side portion of wings - just like 3 or something because choosing between wings and a burger when they look as good as they do is like picking your favourite children...staff were lovely also, great job Wingman's! Oh and ignore people like the idiot below that give one star because they can't charge their phones! What a moron

Unusual food, amazing taste recommend to friends

Easily the worst wings I have had. Rubbery and flavourless. I was expecting some oven roasted buffalo wings, it was just regular deep fried wings and they were terrible. Stick to your local bossman chicken shop, I sure wish I had. I would’ve saved over £10

Food was fantastic as always. However we didn’t get our reserved low table as there was none available even though it was booked. The waiter didn’t bother accommodating us and gave us high table. Service and management could have been better. Wings made up for it.

My friends and I went to wingmans first time and the experience was good, so we came back later to try different dishes, once we came in the asian girl working on the reception asked if we have reservation, we said no then she took us to the bar, our phones were about to die so we asked her if she can move us to a table near a charging point and she was like that “all I have” with a frawning face, like saying “if you dont want it, leave it”!!!!. She didn’t even help us charge our phones. Then we decided to change the restaurant because of how she treated us. So we decided never to wingmans!

Die Burger waren weltklasse. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Nur zu empfehlen!

Can't fault the food and service. But the bill for 1 burger, 1 portion of wings, 1 portion of chips and 2 drinks came to £40+ so a little on the pricey side.

2023 ubereats order had small flat wings only. Very unsatisfactory, should be the same as restaurant. 2019 My critique is the pricing. A whopping £25 for burger, fries and a drink. I won't frequent it.

This was my first time at Wingmans in Kilburn and i was not disappointed. I hadn't booked a table but was accommodated straight away. The service was fast and friendly and the buffalo wings are 10/10. I will return to try other flavours on the menu. If you like your wings this place is a must!

Amazing wings! All the wings taste amazing and the price reflects the quality and quantity which is great for London where everything is overpriced The chicken burgers aren’t anything special, don’t have the same kick of flavour as the wings do however, the portion of the burger is HUGE!

Had a great time here as a birthday treat. We had the szech-one and signature wings with slaw and rosemary fries and everything was cooked perfectly well. This place beats other wings places as they marinated their wings in advance.

Food was what you would expect from such a place. Service extremely fast. The rosemary fries really stood out. Truffalo burger was amazing as were all the 4 different wing flavours we had. Highly recommend this joint!

Incredible Wings and Great Burgers. The portion sizes are good. My partner always gets the truffalo burger which was insane. I had the buffalo wings. You get 8 wings in a small portion but you can opt to go large or extra large. The mac and cheese has beef in it was was lovely. Wasn’t overly cheesy but was still good. The truffle chips are sensational. Drinks are reasonably priced. A good spot for a casual easy dinner!

We were delivering in the City and decided to try wingman. We were greeted by an amazing employee called Amber. She was extremely polite,professional and friendly. We ordered from the lunchtime special which was 12 pound each. Mains,side and drink. I must say the food was amazing and the place has an excellent vibe. I would defo come here again and recommend it to everyone. Must again thank Amber for her brilliant service. A credit to the company.

Ordered a takeaway and all they do is delay the order more and more…the initial stated time is a lie…it’s not the first time but it will be the last. Appalling service which entirely destroys what are actually some good wings….

Truly awful service. I can’t stress how poor the service is here. I’ve tried on numerous occasions to give it the benefit of the doubt but everytime they fail miserably. It’s a real let down to the chefs who do a fantastic job. I truly wish management would spend more time in training their staff to be decent waiting staff or perhaps invest that much more in hiring decent human beings. Quite tragic they differ so much from the SoHo branch who are much friendlier, polite, well mannered and all round respectful. Please don’t go here to eat in, just order a deliveroo!

Average experience We were seated near the kitchen and the chefs were talking loudly to their friend sitting on the table next to us, pretty much the whole time we were there. We wanted to stay longer but didn't because we couldn’t talk properly because of the distracting chefs. Food was average, previous times we’ve been there, it’s been much better. Service was okay, the manager and one of the waiters were very good, but they got our order wrong twice and the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. Probably won’t be returning now.

Ambia was the best server and food was 10/10 we loved her

The food was okay, but the service has to be the worst I have ever experienced. Rude staff, ignored by the staff, a long wait to be seated, a long wait to have our order taken and an extremely long wait for our drinks which arrived well after our food. We were even told not to order any more draft beer as either the tap was faulty or the staff did not want/know how to charge the barrel. I would recommend the food as takeaway only, eating in was just painful.

Interesting wing flavours on the menu and we were excited after hearing a lot of good things. We were let down by poor service, and cold wings, even though we were one of the few people in the restaurant.

I have been going to Wingmans for years, since it started in fact with a mutual friend knowing the owner. I was always so impressed with not just the food but the service. This time was very different, I never usually write reviews but had too wth this experience. They took a drinks order after 15 minutes with an empty restaurant and 4 servers, I then had to point out the drinks were waiting while the waitress was very rude to me. Once the food order had gone in, the waiter didn't write anything down and then proceeded to ask me again what I wanted as he had forgotten a few minutes later. The food arrived and the empty plates were left sitting there for 20 minutes, again, empty restaurant and barely any people while the staff just chatted at the back of the restaurant. We then ordered a desert for my partners son and waited over 30 mins, I imagine they forgot to put it through as it arrived very quickly once we mentioned. The cherry on the top was the waitress being asked twice for the bill and then once she bought it, took my money and turned her back saying nothing or even a thank you. In hindsight I should have taken the service charge off, we left infuriated with how we'd been treated and how much we spent (over £90). On more of a positive the food was great as always, I really hope the service improves, It didn't surprise me it was empty on Wing Wednesday which I hadn't experienced before, it lacked service and a nice atmosphere.

Today I visted the restaurant and the staff were so lovely! In other places people have been passive aggressive when it came to allergies, but here they really took the time to go through the allergen menu with me and check on me throughout the meal. There were three girls working around 7pm who were amazing and really made me feel welcome and completely non judgemental. Never been treated with such kindness and patience. Thank you guys!

After having read the reviews and following a friend's recommendation my husband and I thought we'd book ourselves a table to try this place. Wish we hadn't from the moment we walked in we were met by a hostess named Angel. She stared at us when we said we'd booked a table as if we'd stepped off of Mars didn't even greet us properly. Once sat down we were waiting for ten minutes she and another server were walking up and down and neither made eye contact in order for us to even ask for a menu. Eventually we asked the second server for a menu and to her credit she was pleasant and provided one. After a further wait please note the place was fairly empty another two tables with customers we stopped Angel to ask if we could order. She stared at us blankly no acknowledgement of our order the entire time she stood at the table taking the order. The wings arrived and they were to the credit of the establishment good but the poor less than satisfactory customer service continued. We finally asked for the bill which was brought to us by Angel without the wings Wednesday discount being applied we had to mention it and a second bill was brought out. Abysmal service! I wouldn't come back here again the customer service was incredibly poor and staff need to be trained on how to treat customers in particular Angel. The irony of the name given her standoffish, rude behaviour throughout our time there ......

Came here with the girls to have the £45 brunch and what can I say, Arlen was amazing. Great service, fast , prompt and very friendly! The rest of the staff were fantastic as well. The wings were nice , hot, fresh and tasty and the fries were crispy and seasoned. Buffalo and bang bang wings were good. The music was good, overall good vibes. Can’t agree with the comment who said Arlene was a creep… must be an admirer!
