What a great roast trust me I know !! The flavours are amazing the roasties are incredible the Yorkshire pudding is so light and delicious.. the beef you can cut with a butter knife ! I don’t normally leave reviews but The priory Tavern is a must for a Sunday roast .

Nice Pub shame about the Lamb! 🐑🤢🤕🧻🚽 Popped in yesterday for a Sunday roast. Treated myself to a £19 Lamb roast (pulled/shredded Lamb was a new and unexpected surprise experience for me) dinner with shredded cabbage and huge Yorkshire pudding etc.... did taste a little strange and overly salted, but hunger forced me on through. Bit of a grumbling tummy today, and can't stray too far from the lavatory at work so no long trips planned for today 😬 On a positive note, The Girlfriend did say she enjoyed her chicken Sunday roast though , so I guess maybe I drew the short straw on this occasion 🤦 the lemonade was very refreshing and chilled 👍

Chill, friendly staff and nice night events most of the week like jazz and quizz night.

Really great eating experience. I went twice during my five day trip in London. The burgers were delicious and I enjoyed the ambience. The servers were very accomodating and attentive to my party. For this to be a neighborhood bar, it also doubles as a nice dining night out. My only issue, albeit very minimal, was the amount of fries. I wish there'd been more, but that's probably a culture thing on my part. I would visit again.

Really good food and diverse menu, great range of drinks including a very decent pint of Guinness. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere as only good London boozers can do.

I attended this fine establishment in search of food and drink, the cider choice is abundant and the pea purée with the fish and chips was heavenly!!! All staff were friendly and knowledgeable on the menu! if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!!

Great pub! The food is good, but could be better. My veg burger was tasty, but too salty. The fries were good too, but they also had salt on them which I find unnecessary. My margarita was acceptable. Overall a good local pub to meet friends and family.

Can’t believe this pub is cashless . The atmosphere is soo boring I would rather watch paint dry . Didn’t even have the free (Not Sky Football) FA Cup football on . The beer was slightly oxidised like the pumps hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Either close the pub for good or accept cash and lighten the place up a bit. If I could score a 0 I would .

Visited on a Wednesday evening. Succulent jerk chicken and a refreshing real ale. Staff friendly and service excellent. Loos very clean too!

What a place! Incredible… fish and chips, jazz and blues. Owner is such a lovely person and the staff are great. The food is so tasty and drinks, well, what more can I say… the Priory Tavern has everything and is so welcoming, friendly and dog friendly ❤️ locals are wonderful too.

Was Sunday afternoon, so very relax.

Traditional pub, some fresh ideas for food (eg jerk chicken) or twists on classics (eg venison scotch egg) but I'd be keen for the chef to add some more "fresh" ideas, eg a salad or healthier options. Service is usually very polite and efficient but at times can be slightly hit and miss, with some staff being less keen than others. The atmosphere is that of a good local pub!

What a fab venue great vibe staff were so helpful. The menu and unique. We recommend any one to go there. Thank you to all the team xx next time in London will be back xx

Fabulous Sunday roasts at The Priory. The second time for me and both times superb. Both the pork and beef recommended. The Yorkshires are huge and the roast potatoes the best I've ever had in a pub roast.

Good looking pub, lovely open space with big windows and a big horseshoe bar plus welcoming and attentive staff (that lived up to the website description then - makes a change). Had an excellent treacle cured salmon starter with pickled veg and a dill creme fraiche. Roast dinner with some friends. Lovely beef, nice big Yorkshiers and crispy roasties - lovely. Finished with a sticky toffee pudding. This I feel could have been a little more moist than but I am a bit picky. All in all great food, good atmosphere all in a proper old pub. Loverly!

Visited yesterday for a delicious Sunday lunch, I had the beef and the cauliflower cheese as a cheeky addition. Food was lovely, great Yorkshire puddings and gravy. Will be back.

Been here a few times now and have to say, excellent value for delicious and conscientiously prepared, REAL FRESH food. Friendly inclusive atmosphere, low price good quality snacks and good options on fresh ale. Bonus is if you go later for Sunday lunch you’ll catch the regular live Jazz musicians with real style and sound

Went here for lunch today and it was absolutely delicious, they cooked a mighty fine steak and the decor/vibe is lovely

The Priory Tavern is local to us and recently changed ownership in the last 5 months. The menu caught our eyes as we were walking past. The food did not disappoint. The liver patte was excellent, and the roast was full of flavour. It also had a lot going on, which I personally love. Lots of veg, incredible potatoes, and a very tasty bit of beef. The staff were brilliant and the pub was very spacious. Board games, jazz night, and quiz nights to come. We will be back for sure!

Great atmosphere! Friendly staff, warm and cosy place away from the craziness that is kilburn high street. Sunday roasts are the best ! Really good value for you money. Highly recommend the Sunday Roast - best Yorkshire puds I’ve ever had at a pub/ restaurant, and the gravy is delicious. Staff are lovely too, very family friendly and a great wine list. Can’t wait to visit again midweek

Went for the quiz on Monday night, which was fun (and we won a £50 bar tab). My friend and I tried the burgers - a beef one and a veggie one - both were delicious! The chips were also tasty and the meal came with a free pint, which was even better!

Fun, family pub with great atmosphere and even better food! The priory tavern has a fantastic drinks selection, catering everyone’s tastes. Joe, the charming owner, provided great beer recommendations Onto the food, the beetroot burger is one of the best vegetarian burgers I’ve ever tried in London. My partner loved the fish and chips, the fish was crunchy and super fresh, one of the best fish chips he’s ever had. 10/10 would visit again

This place is fantastic, great find. Went for the first time yesterday and will sure to be back. The food was great, I had the rib eye steak and it was seasond and cooked to perfection, the peppery watercress side salad was really complementary with salty capers cutting through creating a taste sensation. I've heard that the roast dinners are incredible, so I will have to try that out for my next visit.

One of the best Jazz bars in NW London. Reasonable priced beer. Did not try the food, maybe next time.

We dropped by to check out the new management. Very impressed. My wife and I had a really nice steak and pie. Extensive range of beers. The space has been done up very well inside and the manager made handling various requests from a five year old easy. Will be back.

We have been twice there on a sunday and the sirloin and chicken are sensational as others say. Vegetables as well all cooked to perfection.

After a busy day I was rushing past the recently refurbished Priory Tavern [with my new Homebase watering can, as you do on a Sunday afternoon 😂]… I was thinking I’d missed lunch and needed to eat. I saw their menu and thought I’d try it out…. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place has been newly decorated with a nice feel about the place…. The lunch was delicious, and it turned out to be a lovely relaxing afternoon. I’d definitely take a friend there next time.

This place is under new management and can't be faulted. Best roast I've ever tasted, the portion sizes are fantastic too- half a chicken, with crispy skin. Amazing gravy too. Bar staff are a good laugh too and extremely knowledgeable. Try a picante if you fancy a cocktail. Board games and a cozy corner with a wide range of beers and wines.

Popped in for food on Saturday, absolutely amazing caramelised onion and beetroot veggie burger which was SO much tastier than the usual dull grilled mushroom option you get. Chilled atmosphere and a good selection of drinks too. Will be back soon for a Sunday roast - I've heard good things!

Ok so this place is under new management and we went as a family to have a sunday roast. The food was delicious even tho they havent figured out a kids menu yet the manger was really friendly,helpful and accomidating. The price is a bit steep however the portions for the food make up for that

Lovely night spent here, good buzz about the place with new owners and decor etc. Had the sea bass which was genuinely as good as I've ever had. Guy behind the bar was very patient and helped me choose a beer, which was useful since they've got about 20! Will be back next time we are in London.

Just been in for some food after a day of travelling. Treated myself to a steak and just hoped it was edible to be honest. It was the most succulent perfectly cooked rib eye with homemade horseradish and a watercress and caper salad. Was delicious, my daughter had a burger and ate it all! Nice atmosphere and good beer selection. Can’t wait to come back.

New management made this pub cashless, is disgusting. You lot gonna lose customers for putting card only... The old management they allowed cash and there was a lot of customers... Surely will not go there again cos is cashless...

Employee by name Christina is lacking any customer service skills and being sarcastically rude. While she served me with headset in her ear at the bar and was time for me to settle, she firstly picked up her mobile phone to respond to a message, and only then she reached out for pdq. I am flabbergasted. Shocking rudeness and customer ignorance. Also, tables are not being cleared of empty glasses unless customers inform staff! Overall, it is very sad to see that employees can be so incredibly careless. Even the bathrooms. They are not being looked after until a customer informs staff that it is dirty, no soap or paper. There is no soul of this place and no atmosphere, just loud music. I have been coming to this place some time, and it is very sad to see how it is deteriorating! Regrettably not worth even 1 star.

Drinks were good and 2-for-1 was a nice surprise, but Very few food option and the website and menus were outdated.

I was in the Public house earlier today and was subjected to racism, being a white British pensioner, born in England and served my country. I was not served by a foreign, repeatly for at least 20 minutes, even though it was very quiet. The person served 3 other customers, even though I was waiting. I will ask a solicitor if there is anything I can do about it, as I was not drunk or behaving badly

Loved the service. Served by the staff abhi and he was lovely while helping her choose drinks and also food from the menu.

Visited the pub over the weekend and what an experience it was. The atmosphere is amazing. Food is served quick and it’s a very budget- friendly place. I was a bit confused with the drinks but then Abhi who was serving us solved the confusion and served us yummy cocktails. Hope to visit soonishhh!!

Popped in for a drink on a Sunday, a pub I've been frequenting for over 10 years to find it empty with 2 customers at most. It was a sunny day & they have always had tables outside and today there were none. So I walked in saw all the outside seats propped up against the bar. I asked the guy behind the bar if I could take one to sit outside as I had my dogs with me and he said no as he woukd have to barrier it off... so basically it was too much effort. If he'd been rushed off his feet fair enough, but there was no one in there and they have a license for outdoor seating. If this is what to expect in the summer it's a big no from me.

Just walking past to be honest and it looked lovely so we popped in for a pint .. best 6hrs I spent!
