Itbwas excellent ! I very rarely eat Mac and cheese, this one was very good. There is a lot of cheese, very creamy. Mushrooms were tasty and the pasta was cooked with perfection. The price is not expansive and the staff was fast and friendly

It was a sunny friday evening when I visited this place. There was a young gentleman who was taking the orders. They have a variety of options and it is customizable according to your wants. I'm a non earning student and I tried asking for some concession. The man was so kind, gentle and warm and waived off 2£ from the original price. I was really happy and I really appreciate his actions. Literally no shop in the whole of Camden budged when I asked for some concession, even though they don't trend on social media. The Mac factory being one of the viral trends on the internet didn't disappoint me with any denial. Coming to their dish, I got their classic Mac and cheese with a topping of spicy jerk chicken and undoubtedly it was a whole bundle of cheesy goodness. Rich, dense cheese with a kick of spice from that jerk chicken was worth every pence. It was a good portion and is definitely a must visit shop if you are on a food haul at camden market.

We ordered a Super Mario, which consisted of sautéed mushrooms, garlic and white truffle oil. I’m not a fan of Mac and cheese myself, but I was willing to try it out as it offers a few different topping options and I couldn’t pass up the chance to try it. I didn’t regret my choice. The Super Mario was nice - the truffle oil added a nice touch to it, and the mushrooms were soft. It might’ve been better if they added more crispy topping.

Suitable for all types of diet. If you are allergic to something, the portion is so small that your body will not detect it. Boiled dough with (too) little salt and rolled oats sprinkled with some cottage cheese parmesan. I really expected much more in every sense..

Bought their 'Mac & Cheese' at Hyde Park. Absolutely delicious, lovely & hot & really enjoyed the toppings, too. (3rd photo shows the Mac & cheese after I had eaten some of it).

This review is solely on the food and cleanliness. I had the birria tacos - not that I know what dog food taste like but these were terrible, they were way too salty and the meat tasted and smelt raw. The only saving grace was the fries which were decent. Next was the bbq wings, if we could give this a 0 we would. These were rubbery and raw inside. The coating was burnt to a crisp. What a waste of £18.50. We went home vomiting severely. Next the cleanliness - bins were overflowing and the tables were sticky, so were the floors. Staff used the same gloves for everything. This small establishment had so many rave reviews from people we knew, but it doesn't live up to the hype. We should of just gone to McDonald's or KFC WE DEFINITELY WON'T BE RETURNING!

Delicious and addictive Mac and cheese. Very creamy and cheesy. I had the version with the jerk chicken and pineapple it was amazing. Definitely recommend.

The Mac Factory was on our “Camden Market Eat-List” because of its stellar reputation; serving fresh Mac n cheese that definitely doesn’t leave you dissatisfied. The serving pot is filled to the brim with macaroni and a lot of cheese, and it is obvious that the chef’s do not “skimp” on the quantity of high quality ingredients used; my only complaint is that I was left with the longing desire to go back for more. Whilst Mac n cheese can often feel heavy and stodgy, the “nostalgic” was honestly some of the lightest I’ve had. The pricing is more than fair for what you receive… 10/10 would recommend for anyone visiting Camden and I cannot wait to return and try more of The Mac Factory dishes! Thank you Mac Factory!

We decided on Mac & Cheese after the hundreds of options available at Camden Market and it was good but not great. Relatively pricey but it was very filling for the size of the serving. I got the classic and my friend got the mushroom and truffle one and they were both very tasty but very rich in taste. Nice and warmly on a cold day though.

mac 'n cheese is always my go-to comfort food but this didn't comfort me at all. i ordered the "nostalgic" which is the most classic option which shouldn't go wrong (in my mind at least), but sadly it was. the cheese taste was meh, didn't taste like mac 'n cheese at all as mac 'n cheese to me should be cheesy and flavorful but it had none. not worth the money especially for such a small cup.

I expected a really lovely tasty mac and cheese but it was more sour and grainy. Idk, it didn't hit the spot for me. It wasn't bad, but it was just so sour for a dish that's not supposed to be sour.

So much food to choose from at Camden market but this has to be some of the best! The food was absolutely delicious, I had the tomato pesto mac and I'm still thinking about it a week later! I highly recommend grabbing some mac & cheese here!

I recently tried the "Posh Spice" mac and cheese from a stall at Camden Market, and let me tell you, it was an absolute game-changer! Downright addictive! And ofcourse the ambiance of Camden Market itself. Surrounded by the vibrant energy of the market, enjoying a delicious meal like the "Posh Spice" mac and cheese is an experience itself. Whether you're a local or just visiting, a trip to Camden Market wouldn't be complete without stopping by this stall!

We went to the Camden Market just to eat the mac and cheese, and it did not disappoint. It's probably one of the most tastiest things we had at the market.

Chose the super mario and it was excellent. Loads of truffle oil and mushrooms. The flavours and quality were genuinely very good. Highly recommended. Best thing I've had in Camden market. Forget funky chips, go to the Mac factory

I legit thought about this Mac n cheese for five years since my first trip to London and was so excited to finally have it again and it still lived up to my expectations. Specifically I had the la med babe both times and it’s just delicious and a decent serving size.

Very tasty and diverse selection of mac and cheese. We had an Italian version with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella, an exciting variation. Very friendly staff, you can enjoy the mac and cheese comfortably on a wall on the adjacent canal.

I got the Mambo Italiano, which costs £8.95. It was very rich and savoury, with adequate toppings (i.e., crispy pancetta, mushrooms). However, I would recommend you to share this cup of mac and cheese, since the taste could be quite overwhelming if you were to finish this on your own... especially if you're also trying some other foods in Camden Market. The queue was quite long, but once it was my turn to order, it took them less than 3 minutes to serve it. Very efficient. They don't accept cash, so make sure to have your contactless card ready for payment.

It's not bad, but it's not the best stall on the market. I consider it a bit expensive for preheated macaroni.

I recently stopped by for a quick bite and was thoroughly impressed by both the quality of the food and the generous portions served. The flavors were absolutely fantastic, and the truffle oil was a great touch. If you’re planning to eat your food near the stand, you need to be cautious of the mischievous birds lurking nearby, as they were quite bold in their attempts to snatch a bite.

- The Super Mario (sautéed mushrooms, garlic, truffle oil) was DELICIOUS and absolutely worth £9.

Its amazing, it's the best Mac and cheese i have ever tried in Europe (so far). The price is an ok price considering you are in London. The portion is pretty good and the ingredients used are blended together really nicely.

They claim to be open by 11am but they don’t. I’m here at 11.15 and it’s still not open. And they just don’t say anything while preparing. U wait out if u can.

This was part of our Camden experience, and I was pleasantly surprised at the number of options for a simple meal like Mac and Cheese. It tasted very good, I would recommend this place.

This place is a MUST TRY..AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. Was so pleased with the menu options, but ultimately decided to go with the Posh Spice which I've heard a ton of good things about. The Posh Spice is made with their signature mac and cheese sauce topped with chorizo, caramelized onions, and harissa. Watching him make this meal was such a great experience. I mean, the amount of cheeses he put into a bowl and then on top of the macaroni was unbelievable. I absolutely knew I was in for a treat. The mac and cheese was so gooey and the mixture of toppings was so delicious. For less than 9 pounds, it was absolutely worth the price. The portion may look small but it's packing and will leave you feeling more than satisfied. Will definitely be trying this again. Next time I'll try one of their other amazing toppings.

My friend and I both had the Nostalgic Mac and cheese at winter wonderland and we were both really disappointed. The flavour was underwhelming and it was way too salty, couldn’t stop drinking water after/through the night.

The best halal mac and cheese in London. We asked them whether their vegetarian options are halal friendly and yes, it is halal friendly (this dish: Nostalgic Mac and Cheese) The mac and cheese is not bland, very comforting. the addition of fried onion surprisingly make perfect combination. Love it! Even my husband who is not a fan of mac and cheese says it is tasty. Recommend it.

I liked their mac & cheese however, not to the extent that they publicise it as basis reviews - "world's best mac & cheese". It was among the good ones that I have had but nothing to blow your mind away exceptionally.

We decided to stop by The Mac Factory on our trip to Camden Market. It was our first time being there, and honestly, we were unsure what to expect. We order 2 Mac 'n' Cheese Pots: The Mambo Italiano, which was served with Smoked pancetta, mushroom and garlic, and the Super Mario, which was served with sauteed Mushrooms, truffle oil and garlic. All Mac 'n' Cheese pots are topped with The Mac Factory's classic cheese blend of mature cheddar, mozzarella and their signature parmesan and thyme crumble, we felt like this was a much needed addition to the dish, as it enhanced the flavour and gave nice varying textures (and a little crunch). If you are really into cheese dishes, this is definitely a place to visit. The service was extremely fast (for the standards of Camden Market), and the server had friendly banter while they helped us make decisions on our order. Overall, we believe this is a great meal for Camden Market, since you can eat while on the move, just be aware of the small serving size, it most likely will not be the only meal of the day. We enjoyed our time and will very likely be coming back.

Got the special - jerk chicken, pineapple salsa and pickled chilli. Mac and cheese was pleasantly light and fluffy, but chicken was a bit dry. The pickled chilli is actually spicy, so avoid the seeds! Overall not bad to share, but might be a bit too surfeiting for one.

We stayed in the queue for almost twenty minutes (10 minutes to order, 10 minutes to pick the food up), but I don’t know if it was worth the queueing. We came for the tiktok fame. Don’t get me wrong, the food is really good (we ordered the posh spice), but at the end of the day it’s mac and cheese. If you’re a huge fan of mac and cheese, I’d definitely recommend this place. If not, the market has so much to offer

Honestly some of the best Mac and cheese in London. I had the one with crispy pancetta and all of the ingredients were fresh. The line is always long because everything is super delicious but the wait is negligible. And the food is cheap. £8.95 for a bowl with mushrooms, pancetta and crispy croutons. This place is the GOAT!! I’ve had a lot of friends come visit me in London and whenever I take them out on a tour of London we always stop by Camden because you have got to get the Meat Mac n Cheese!! It’s so good and you won’t regret it! Word of advice get the Mac n Cheese and go sit by the canal or if you want a walk definitely go to Primrose Hill and look at Londons Skyline!

Oh wow it’s true that they say it’s the best Mac n cheese in London. Now I don’t think I’d visit Camden market on a Saturday again it was packed. We queued for about 40 minutes but definitely worth the wait, although I’ve been in Camden market on Thursday so maybe go then if you can lines aren’t so long! It’s creamy, cheesy and full of bacon. It was so good we ate so much in Camden market that day but the max factory stands out as the absolute winner. 10/10

Came here with my boyfriend to try the super mario as it was highly rated by Mikey Chen on Youtube. We did not have high expectations as we both aren't fans of mac and cheese. However we were wrong....this was so delicious. perfect mac to cheese ratio and the truffle oil and fried onions were a perfect match. It feels like comfort food that we never thought we had. Perfect as a side however great on its own as well. Lovely service from the chef. Will come again.

Very nice small pot of Mac and cheese - I had the one with nachos on and some chilli. Camden locks was very busy so there was quite a queue, probably 10 minutes. The pot wasn’t big enough for a full lunch but a nice portion if you’re happy to have something else / smaller eater.

I really enjoyed the mac n cheese here, I got the mambo Italiano (would recommend). The smoky meat and fried onions really complimented the pasta.

As The Mac Factory is one of the most hyped kitchens in Camden Market, we had to give it a try. We ordered both the Super Mario and the Rub a dub mac. The hype is not justified, the mac is pretty average and tasted just like pasta with cheese sauce, nothing special and is not worth 8 pounds in my opinion. Fried onion does not belong on pasta and did not complement the other flavours. Crispy bread crumbs would have been a better alternative! Super mario offered a great taste of mushroom and truffle, would have appreciated more mushrooms in the mac as well, to much pasta compared to toppings The rub a dub had a fresh taste and made the mac feel lighter, however, also lacked topping compared to mac The

Some very good and rich cheesy Mac n cheese. Not much to it; they do a really simple dish really well. That said, it’s pretty generic mac n cheese and you can tell the ingredients aren’t very high quality. Go to Hawksmoor for the best mac n cheese in London.

Tiny kiosk, barely found it after a long search. The mac'n'chees were pretty nice though.

Wanted to try the famous Mac from here and it didn't disappoint, very rich and creamy. Down sides is the area, very crowded and the wait time after ordering as 20 minutes or more. Atmosphere, another downside, I recommend going somewhere else after getting your food.

Waited around 10 minutes and it was well worth the wait! The macaroni was freshly made and tasted amazing, it honestly was one of the best I've ever tasted!. We had the Classic and the Mambo Italianio.

A few had suggested this place to me, by saying that it featured on the Insider. I was curious to try this. Waited a long time in the queue, and guess what the Insider made a smart choice!
