The best burger in west end lane!! A huge variety of options with both food and drinks. The portions were very generous. The food came fast and the staff were very accommodating. Will definitely be back to try out their brunch menu!!

The Jalapeño burger was amazing, if notamongthe best I'veeaten, and combined with an ice cold Asahi it made my day. I asked for the patty to be smashed (this burger doesn't come so), and they fulfilled my wish. The staff was seriously super friendly, which added to the experience. Warmly recommending to anyone in the vicinity looking for a good meal.

Awesome staff, food and atmosphere! Had the Parisian Love cocktail on arrival, then many more with friends. We didn’t have a booking but they couldn’t have been more welcoming. Had the Smash burger and curly fries. Couldn’t ask for more 10/10 no notes!

One of my favourite restaurants. My hideaway and a treat for my daughter. The staff are second to none always happy and cheerful, Nothing is ever to much for them . The owners are so welcoming . Me and my daughter love the food , which she has as a treat . I love bringing friends and clients here for cocktails as they are the BEST 5***

A great discovery! The menu offers a delightful array of food and drinks. Service was exceptional. The Whiskey Sour hit the spot, and the Inferno and All Hail The Cheese burgers were top-notch. Rosemary fries, a subtle delight. Can't wait to return for more burgers, cocktails, and that killer 90s R&B playlist.

We tried their brunch menu today which has a lot of choice. Had the blt bun and the best on a ciabatta bread. All good.

So I had the vegan all hail cheeseburger and if I would have died that day, it would have been a good life because I had this excellent burger😋😍. I had it twice in four days and I would have had it more but my friend stopped me😭. In my humble opinion it's a must see/eat when visiting London. Absolute foodgasm.

The service was amazing. The waitresses are adorable and gave wonderful recommendations. Didn’t get a pic of it but also had the Mac n cheese which was delicious! I removed one star overall because the cheesy fries weren’t that great, and I think the prices are a little high for what you get, but I was definitely stuffed when I left. Would return.

I am a regular customer whi ordered a delivery and specified fries with no rosemary in the notes. Also called to ensure notes were received. Received fries with rosemary and I am allergic! dinner ruined and the manager refused even to come on the phone to speak to me! lost a customer! don't bother ordering here as they clearly do not respect their customers!

I went there with friends to have a fast lunch break and was that we had. I know we were a group divided in two tables, but the waiter got some orders wrong and thus, he had to change twice an order. For the discounts part, we had a meal with an offer they make for lunchtime, but they don’t say that you can’t use other offers (and so, discounts). To be clear, they should write that offers can’t be cumulated on the menu.

Is one of our go-to burger places! Food is always really good, we love the wings. Chicken burger is a winner for myself. Staff are always happy and attentive! Overall lovely place to eat!

I went there with my family and the staff were very friendly. The food itself was also very yummy. I personally went for the smash burger and curly fries and it came with a free soft drink. I would definitely come again.

My partner and I ordered the fried chicken burger and it was absolutely delicious! We loved it. The service was also very speedy my only thought was that the started arrived with the main (it would have been nice to have it beforehand).

Best veggie burger I’ve had so far in London - it’s hard to find good burgers as a vegetarian but the burgers are consistently excellent so we regularly come back. Chips are also delicious and the staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend - favourite restaurant in the area!:))

I’m from the opticians across the road from Buns and I just tried their inferno hot dog. Let me tell you that was the best hot dog 🌭 I’ve ever tasted!!! Fantastic gourmet cooking and ingredients used. I’m so happy to be their neighbour! Thank you

It's one of the best restaurants i have been ever. So we arrived there at 10pm and when we get in we had the best smile and great welcoming of the day from Zey, she was amazing at everything. We ordered our food and when it arrived we started to take photos because it actually looking so good and delicious 😋 the taste of the burgers we had it with amazing. Freshly done i and my friend after long time working in the kitchen we can tell, that was Freshly cooked and straightaway to the table. + everyone there they're so friendly and helpful Big thanks to my chefy Ramadan. Happy to be there tonight and for sure will do again with my colleague's from work as best please on our list 🙏 Well done to all of you.

Slow service, delicious burgers

Two well done burger were very pink inside and we were given a drink less initially for the takeaway menus.

The breakfast is really nice here and the service is really good. The music was a bit too loud on one occasion but would still give it 5 stars.

The food and the service is first class but trying to make a reservation is not so great as Get get a reply as pending a and not the type of reply you want arrange a time for dinner.

Nice hamburgers, and lovely place for dinner. The staff was lovely and prices were good. Only problem was the service speed which is slow, we waited around 25 mins.

Amazing place for brunch. We go there religiously, almost every weekend. The staff are lovely and extremely welcoming. Great food and very competitive prices. A real gem in West Hampstead!

I liked the restaurant and the waitress was very nice. I had a Ceasar Salad, which was ok. I give it 4 stars, because the prices are a bit high and the menu is not very diverse.

Never had a bad meal here - be warned though, if the menu says ‘spicy’, it means spicy!

Was walking next to the venue and decided to give it a go. Pleasantly surprised although the place is quite small. Nice cocktails and very affordable food choices. All members of staff were very attentive.

Ordered on Deliveroo. The food was really expensive. Two burgers, chips, onion rings and 2 shakes came to about £60. I got the Duke. The patties were well cooked and the brisket was of a high quality ; the fried panko coating was really crispy and accompanied the patty well. The patty was bland and was seriously under seasoned. The burger was lacking sauce which could've helped a lot with the flavour. My burger was the only item that arrived hot out of everything we ordered. Ok I did get the most extravagant burger, and got an extra patty, but it came to £22 with chips ... The fries were pretty average if I can ignore that they arrived stone cold. They had rosemary and salt as seasoning apparently but I could hardly taste the rosemary. The onion rings were way below Burger King standards which aren't that high. They had a nice seasoning sprinkled on top but it was so badly distributed; there were parts which were heavily seasoned and then entire onion rings with no seasoning. Again it may be a result of the delivery and packaging, but they were cold, soggy and many rings were stuck together 😞 The milkshakes were excellent; full of chocolate, thick and tasty ... However for the price of the shake, you get a very small serving in my opinion.

Depending of who attends you, the staff can be very rude. We went for breakfast on Saturday morning and the experience was quite good, good food a reasonable price so we decided to come back today Sunday. We went to the restaurant at 10:45. The sign on the door was as “open” but when we entered, the waitress asked us to leave and wait outside for 15 minutes as it was still closed. It was freezing outside. It have been nice to offer us to wait inside with a coffee. The only option she offer is to turn once of the external heaters on. A place to not come back

Completely mediocre, ordered burger medium came well done bland all round clearly not using particularly high quality meat. Chips were pretty rubbish overcooked and barely a taste of rosemary. Halloumi fries were alright but came with the nastiest cheapest sweet chilli sauce. Many man better burger places in London, no idea why this is so highly rated.

I went we some girlfriends for our monthly catch up.We have been going there for the last couple of years.We normally order 2 cocktails from the happy hour menu.Half of my cocktail turned up and the other half in another glass….basically one drink!!!i felt completely cheated.When I asked why the drink was so small they said that that’s how it was…no it’s not!!! Trust me! They still charged me for the 2 drinks and never even suggested to get me another one…. My friend ordered 2 mojitos and she couldn’t even taste the rum in it.The mint was old and with lots of black leaves in it! Obviously trying to cut down on anything they can!!! What a shame! My friend ordered a burger well done and it came very under done….still bleeding!!! She had to wait another 15mns for it to come which by then we had finished our dinner and she was starting hers…. They didn’t even apologise! The attitude of the manager was completely patronising and staffs were just disappointing.They have just lost 3 very good and loyal customers for trying to make fool of ourselves… We were going to book our Christmas party there for 12 of us but I guess we’ll now take our custom somewhere else.

I am local to the area and really wanted to go to this place for some time now as was persuaded by the good reviews. I ordered a cheeseburger (red cheese) and the fries came as a bonus, which was great and the only thing I enjoyed about my food. I was extremely hungry so started to eat the burger quite quickly, having eaten the half I realised that it smelled funny, I didn’t like the taste either, I don’t know what it was exactly. The bun was quite sweet for me too, which didn’t go with the taste of the burger. So overall the worst burger I have probably ever had and it now put me off burgers, which is very unfortunate. My tummy didn’t agree with the burger either. Not sure whether the reviews are bought or genuine but I would definitely not review this place as highly as the most of the reviews here.
