POTUS Bar & Restaurant in Lambeth

Ann Key was such smart lady, she made you feel so good with her kind and elegante manners and Spirit. I travel a lot and am used to becin different hotels but I was such comfortable with her. Besides, the breakfast itself was really appropiate, perhaps natural juice was missing.

I visited this restaurant for breakfast during my stay in Hyatt Regency. All the staffs in the restaurant were kind. Esp. Anna-Kay she remembered my room number on 3rd visit and made me decaf latte evey time. It was really pleasant experience in London.

We wanted to express our gratitude for Anna, for taking care of us and delivering a delicious breakfast to our room every single morning during our stay. She made sure to go the extra mile, be very polite and always with a genuine smile. It is much appreciated. Thank you for everything Anna! We will definitely be back.

Elegant, quiet bar and restaurant in Hyatt Regency Hotel. We were lucky enough to enjoy several breakfast here, which is delicious and variable. The staff is just excellent. Ms Anna-Kay is the heart and soul of the restaurant. Mr Nabil provided attentional services. We also had lunch here twice. We got delicious meal, well presented, according to our expectations. Thanks everything to the whole team! We are going to come back for sure!

I had absolutely amazing experience in this hotel and truly enjoyed my breakfast in the restaurant Potus Specifically want to thank Anna who is so friendly and makes you feel so welcome, I just love her delicious cappuccino she was kindly making for me during my stay , just love it !!! Also want to highlight how professionally she handled my ask to quickly get the lunch out for me as I rushed at the door after check-in and had few minutes to have something to eat before my meeting and she did make sure I had my food before it , well-done! Definitely come back to this hotel but now with my family;) Thank you all!

The continental breakfast was quite good, and the wait staff--especially Anna Kay, Mailyn, and Jenny were very kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. I'd certainly recommend.

I had the opportunity to stay here for two nights. On both days, I had breakfast here and enjoyed it. The espresso was properly made and the breakfast buffet was small but of good quality. The restaurant offers an a la carte selection with traditional options such as the eggs benedict which I tried. Shout-out to my host Anna-Kay who really went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my breakfast.

Wide variety of sweet & savory for breakfast with very good coffee. All the English favorites and beyond. Friendly staff.

Stayed in the hotel during Christmas period, and the experience was great! Everyone was very accommodating during the period and the Christmas lunch was a very nice touch as well! Beautiful traditional three course meals and a nice Christmas cracker with some souvenirs to memorize the special experience. Special thanks to our waitress every morning and Christmas lunch, Anna-Kay, for the great service!

POTUS is the hotel lobby bar and restaurant inside the Hyatt Regency Albert Embankment. I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here over the course of several days. The staff were good. Well-intended, polite and doing their best. Jenny at breakfast was superb as was the manager Sami at night. The food is mixed. Despite having its own menu, some days the restaurant was essentially closed as they were only serving food from the Lebanese-Japanese fusion restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel. Other days the bar was essentially closed as there was no bartender. Staff could only serve wine or make a simple cocktail like a gin and tonic. Some days you couldn't get any lunch because the kitchen wasn't open until 12:30 pm or 1 pm even though the restaurant was supposed to open at 12 pm. POTUS is an attractive lobby bar and restaurant with immense potential. Unfortunately, it seems lost with a confused concept.

We arrived at the Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment after 10 hours of travel with a 5 hour time difference, to be warmly greeted by front desk staff, Talha and Teher, who accommodated us with early check- in👍. We made a quick run to our room, deposited luggage and proceeded for breakfast. Our first English Breakfast at POTUS Bar & Restaurant was delightful 👋🏼. The big smiles from Anna- Kay, the silent appearances of Alfredo and the graceful glances from Carolina became part of our breakfast experience for the next 3 days. You all are now part of our story!!!! Thanks so much for the friendly, personal service🤗. Hope our paths cross again.

My family ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here throughout our stay in London. The experience was just incredible due to the staff-- Jose, Jenny, Marco and Alfredo. They made sure that we had everything we needed to have a phenomenal dining experience. Cannot say enough good things about them, it was a pleasure to meet such wonderful staff during our first visit to London.

Was here for my partner’s birthday weekend and had dinner here. The service was excellent and the food was even better and of the highest quality. This is an American restaurant but food is very much high end. Highly recommended!
