Big shoutout to Aga, Jen, and Vee for always making it a great experience. My go-to place for getting work done, fully connected and online thanks for their high speed Wifi. Highly recommend!

I had a coffee here everyday while in London. You order on the screen and they call out your name when its ready. Seating is kind of small and most are stools around tables. The coffee was excellent at times and so-so at other times. It depends on the barista tbh.

It's semi-self-serve, but you can also choose decaf coffee, and the bread is delicious 🥐 There aren't many seats, so it's hard to stay long, but please spend some time with delicious coffee ☕️ ~£10/person.

The restaurant was more than half empty but we felt rushed from the minute we arrived and the food was distinctly average. The ambiance and the staff were decent.

Black & Blue Waterloo. We popped in for evening food. We hadn’t booked, but this was not a problem, we were shown to a lovely window seat. The welcome was warm. The service was very swift. The food was absolutely delicious! The prices are very reasonable indeed. The toilets need some attention. I can’t wait for my next trip to London. I know exactly where I’m going to eat!

That was a poor experience. Altough the cappuccino was really beautiful. It was definitely not Strong enough. Besides instead of talking to a real person. The lady pointed me to the screen to order. I had to Tap. My way through a McDonald’s style tablet and had no connection or what so ever.

Maybe it was an off day but I just drank (very partly) one of the worst flat whites I can remember. Shame because I’ve had good luck with Black Sheep before. More training required?

I’m not much of a coffee drinker but going to this specific black sheep coffee shop really changed my outlook. Thanks to the amazing kindness and customer service of Shauna my family and I were able to have splendid meal, experience and coffee.

The music was vibez. The coffee was stupendous. And the service was tremendous due to the lovely Shauna, thank you for a lovely experience.

Spent the last part of the meal trying to Shazam the music as they had some amazing tracks I hadn’t heard before. Would love restaurants to provide play lists. Really relaxed meal with great food and perfectly timed service, not rushed, not slow, just right. We had the amazing prawns (two types but garlic just edged it) and then a selection of steaks. All perfectly cooked and high quality. Fantastic location near Waterloo. In the evening light it has a Blade Runner vibe to it. Walk back over bridge had some amazing views perfectly lit by the full moon (see pic). Overall, a fantastic meal and well worth a visit. Recommended.

A cosy little Black Sheep Coffee store with a small amount of seating indoors and outdoors. The coffee was tasty and the service was good and friendly however the tables could benefit from a wipe down between customers. Also the entrance door closer could benefit from a repair as it does not close fully thus street noise and draught pervades.

Ridiculously expensive for a very poor quality meal. Fillet steak, tiny, with a pepper steak that was like water, cheap fries, boiled watery mushrooms. Steak was chard on one side, looked like it had been cooked in a dirty grill or pan. Tourist trap, like one of those “cheap” steak houses in the 80’s. But it’s packed - avoid

I claimed the student discounted matcha, excellent service and excellent variety of choices for the matcha. Would highly recommend this place as an affordable and student friendly alternative for cafe lovers

Came in to do some study work and had a pistachio latte (the best!). It is a small shop but it had a nice ambience even with a full shop and the service was excellent - 10/10 would recommend

Cute small cafe. Coffee was ok. The actual coffee shop is quite small so I wouldn't want to be working non-stop in here. Lots of other sweet treats to try which pair well with a hot beverage.

Found on the periphery of Borough Market, this steakhouse has well spaced tables and cheerful, welcoming staff. Between us, we tried the Côte de Boef, 10oz Ribeye and the burger. The Côte, at £50 for two, was my dish of the evening. I would cheerfully have eaten it solo. Succulent and tender, it was all a steak should be. The burger was also very good. Perfectly cooked and with a very well balanced fat content. The chips were excellent. OK, why 3 stars? The Rib eye was a real letdown . It was a tough, thin, overcooked, gristle-shot misery of a steak at a princely £33. Expensive and truly awful. Saisbury's sell better for a tenner. Count on 50 quid a head Have the burger.

There’s a combination here that can deliver one of London’s best coffee experiences. That is a double espresso in a ceramic and being looked after by one of the beautiful humans/barista’s Shauna & Viannie. Avoid the ordering screen at all costs - inefficient with shocking UX for all.

The dishes are very delicious. We went twice and waiters, especially one was so kind and suggested a really tasty wine for each dinner. If someone ask me where finding good food and nice place in London to eat I surely recommend Black & Blue in the Southbank

Matcha was beautiful met these lovely ladies called Shauna & Jennifer. They were so sweet to me, honestly sometimes people can complain about the wrong things! Such lovely girls definitely coming again

You need to visit this place! It caters for all - meat-eaters, veggies and vegan. My mother had the ribs, I had the prawns and my husband had the vegan burger. All of us thought our meals were delicious. Im not a salad person but even the salad that came with the prawns was mouth watering. My husband was particularly pleased that on top of it tasting delicious; the homemade patty didn’t fall to pieces as he ate it which seems to be a common issue with homemade vegan burgers. The ribs were a full rack and fell off the bone. We were stuffed but couldn’t pass up the desert menu as everything on there got our tastebuds tingling. My mother got the strawberries and cream which she thoroughly enjoyed and I got the sticky toffee pudding which was light and fluffy and very yummy. Wish I’d got our waiters name as he was fantastic; Helping us pick from the mocktail list and generally being helpful and friendly and making the start of our trip an enjoyable one. Thank you!

Just loved it. Went this afternoon with a friend after the theatre. The staff were very friendly. They were more than just good, they were all genuinely helpful, happy and smiling. We throughly enjoyed the garlic prawns, crispy chicken and cote de beouf. The Margaritas were lovely. Will come again.

We experienced extremely poor service at this branch. The employees were rude, displayed racism, served undercooked waffles with minimal filling despite requesting them to be crispy. I have been to Black Sheep Coffee numerous times, but this is the first instance where I encountered such poor service.

honestly walking in to the black sheep for the first time, blew me away. The waffles were phenomenal and amazingly tasty, best waffles in the city, the two staff Shauna and Jennifer were super nice and friendly towards me and my girlfriend ,could have not asked for better service. would 100% recommend the black sheep to everyone, especially if those two are working there. keep it up guys.

I love this place. They have the best coffee. I recommend the iced latte with a pump of hazelnut and the cheese and tomato toastie. The toastie is one of the best I've had.

Self service. Ordered iced matcha and a iced vanilla latte. Didn't take long. Although there were bits in the iced vanilla latte. Staff explained it was a newly opened milk. Six tables with some seats outside. No toilet. No tap water, had to ask. Staff asked if there was any water out on the counter, there wasn't any. My matcha was ok, basic and there was a lot of ice, quite watery too.

Absolutely loved it here, Pedro was lovely and treated us with the most respect. Aaron behind the bar was quick with orders and made the drinks amazingly! Also, everytime you entered or left the place, someone was at the door always to open it for you. As a 14 year old writing the review, this has been the best experience I've had when it comes down to restaurants. This was a great experience overall, and we all enjoyed an unexpected evening out! During this time we had an unpleasant experience of a random spanish person coming over, making me and my mother uncomfortable, I went inside to ask for help and they took me seriously as a 14 year old and removed the person promptly, this made the experience more enjoyable and relaxing as we were taken care of by all members of staff. As an apology for the inconvenience, we all got given free drinks, they even gave me a fruity shot as I am underage, which was an amazing gesture! The food was beyond amazing and we all cannot wait to have more visits in the future. I completely recommend this place for a relaxing night with family as it will be an evening out you will never forget!

Rude place. Instead of taking your order they hesture you to the ordering screen. Pretend to be cashless but take cash tips.

We had great service, great coffee here. The staff is really friendly. This is one of the few places in London which sells exceptionally good filter coffee. I love this place. Whenever I am in London I make special effort to find their closest branch and have a nice cup of love-berries coffee! Thank you Black Sheep coffee!

A bit cramped comparing to other Black sheep Coffee, and meet unpleasant people that day. Iced Pistachio Latte is not as good as I thought, but cost £2 on unidays on Monday is fair enough.

I love this coffee house on Goodge Street in Central London! Coffee at Black Sheep is delicious. The musical selection is hip. But the best of all is the wonderful staff. I always feel welcomed. Service is extraordinary. Mornings often find a group of thespians enthusiastically discussing theater on their way to classes down the street at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, Local shopkeepers discuss business, regulars drop in for a cup of java on the way to work. The buzz is enlivening. Relaxing. Welcoming. There are a lot of coffee shops in the neighborhood. This one is my favorite.

I was looking all over for a place like this. Found it here , the classic brick wall integration as part of the store is a nice touch. Shauna and Viannie were extra friendly and had great conversation too. Warm drinks galore, you know the rest.

Came here with my mum (who had never been). My mum didn’t know how to use the tablet so Kirsty (hope I’m spelling that right) did the order on her kiosk and helped me sort my free reward coffee after my own confusion on the app. She was so lovely and friendly and the coffees were delicious!

Went out with friends for dinner and were totally disappointed. Ordered Ribs as they were highly recommended by the waitress but when they came they were so dry you were thankful for the side sauces! Seriously supermarket box ribs are better!

black sheep coffee had an amazing atmosphere very relaxing and welcoming i had a hot chocolate made by nashauna who was very kind and smiley. great place to sit down for a chat,work or just to have a bit of piece. would totally recommend .

Excellent coffee and good bagel but ordering on screen when staff right in front of you means no personal interaction. Felt impersonal and nit very friendly.

Food was lovely. Mains reasonably priced, starters perhaps a tad expensive we felt. Our party especially liked the ribs. Service was good however an automatic service charge was added with no mention. Always happy to tip good service but I don’t believe it should be presumed.

Decent enough steaks, wine and cocktails a stones throw from Waterloo Station. Good service and atmosphere. Not the best in town, but pretty damn good.

Utterly bizarre to have a touch screen self-serve thing in a small coffee shop. Weird not to interact with your server until after they've made your coffee.

Very average for the price. The steak was small and chewy. Frozen fries and a sub-par salad. Not recommended. Service was prompt. Stack it high, sell it high rings a bell.

I recommend this store to everyone; the manager Shana makes the creamiest and smoothest cappuccino and is so friendly and smiley even when i made a mistake ordering and she kindly offered to remake it.

I walked in, said hi to the barista who looked miserable. They frowned at me and asked me to close the door behind me. Didn’t even say please! Or ask what I would like, I went some place else. Staff training needed guys!

Off the main road so found a seat. Nice coffee and cake but why no price list? Or staff indicating other options available? Maybe us old fogees don't travel up to the smoke enough to realise EVERYTHING can be online. And if you aren't... tough luck?

This place produces consistently good food and is fairly reasonable cost-wise, except for the wine which I think is a bit overpriced. My main gripe with the restaurant, though, is its limited and never-changing menu. There are literally no more than about five or six main courses in addition to burgers and over-priced steak. That gets incredibly boring after two or three visits. I’m not compelled to return unless I can’t get a table elsewhere nearby.

This is a great find. Although small, is easily accessible for all. The vibe rules from the decor to the always friendly Baristas themselves and, the most important thing - the coffee itself is epic. You can’t go wrong with this local coffee shop.
