Carniboar Steakhouse in Wrexham

Have visited here several times and have never felt disappointed, had a meal here again at the weekend and as always the food was superb! Steak cooked perfectly as I'd asked (medium) the staff are so lovely and attentive! Highly recommend anyone to dine here 😊

Had the sharing steak Phat plate - Fabulous, unfortunately couldn’t finishing the Parmesan fries, what a devastating shame. Great value for the price. All round a great meal, lovely staff.

I'm sure it's good value on the nights they have deals on, you get decent sized portions however I found it quite expensive. My food was generally luke warm but tasted good. On the whole staff are nice and attentive however when coming to pay the bill individually as a party of 7 the server became visibly irratated by us. I even attempted to leave a tip by card but was met by the response "no it's all finished now" I still left some cash but no real gratitude shown. Doubt very much I'll be returning

Just come home, after having a wonderful meal at the Carniboar. We are a family of three, and all had the steak night special. It was absolutely delicious, cooked beautifully, and very generous portions! We also had drinks and desserts, which were lovely. Our waitress, Ruth, was fantastic! Attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly….. perfect! Will definitely be returning-Thanks for a great evening!

Perfect food and excellent service. The steaks here are amazing and the menu gives lots of choice. My only complaint is that we were overcharged. The menu advertised was two burgers for £20. It was only a week later when I checked the bill that I found we were charged £36. My daughter hd paid the bill and they said the discount had been applied, but it hadn’t. We didn’t really notice as the bill was well over £200 and so it didn’t register. I messaged them via Facebook but they never replied. On the note of the burgers, they were amazing and worth the full price hence still giving a ‘very good’ review. This was just one visit of many and I will still go back, next time I’ll be checking the bill carefully before paying.
