Great bar and loved the cold town IPA

First time trying this place after reading the google reviews. It didn't disappoint! The food and service were brilliant. The staff are very friendly and always checking-in to make sure all is okay. The atmosphere was nice. They played some cracking 80s RnB tracks which was fantastic. Happy days :-) Food was excellent and the steaks cooked to perfection. The dry ice theatre that accompanied the Tomahawk steak and the Tiramisu dessert was unexpected and a surprise. Tomahawk steak arrived secured to a metal skewer along with chips, salad and all of the sauces. Rib Eye steak was delicious and the Mint Tea afterwards was a nice ending to a meal. Place is fully halal which is perfect. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cambridge. It's approx 6 mins walk to Cambridge Central Train Station so very near the IBIS hotel if you were staying there.

The food was lovely,the chef was amazing(Emma)t bone steak BANGING! The service wasn't as good as were used to,other than this experience was great. Just need to work on up selling,as I bought a glass of prosecco but wasn't told about the fizz Friday. I still rate a 5. Just a little bit more polishing on certain things.

Just a few days before Christmas, place was empty when we got there but was starting to fill up by the time we left(probably as the Hippodrome emptied). Menu pretty limited and made worse by the fact they had no haddock BUT the plaice and chips I had instead was delicious and huge

It took 20 mins for someone to take our order.when we did get it eggs were undercooked sausages were have cooked i overdue large breakfast no hash brown given on the menu it said 2 eggs i got 1. 0 stars

Really really kind and welcoming staff. Mango miso sour was so unique and delicious. Steaks were perfect. Get the mash potatoes!! Also the candle in the front of house was the best smelling candle ever omg.

Got threatened by a bouncer (that they'd kick me out) if I whistled again. I whistled once, from the side sofas to get my friends attention (at the bar) and they demed that, inappropriate behaviour 😂

Amazing food and service! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. Even though the restaurant was bustling with people, the team at Filling Station made sure we were well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Despite the busy atmosphere, we never felt rushed or overlooked. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in what they do. Well done, team Filling Station — we can't wait to come back!

Almuerzo sin fondo... Katie fue muy amable, amable y muy atento en todo momento, asegurando que teníamos bebidas en todo momento. El brunch sin fondo era increíble. La comida era excelente y deliciosa. Sin duda volveré pronto.

Bonita ubicación junto al río. Arriba - agradable decoración y ambiente. Buen saludo a la llegada. Personal de espera agradable. Mi esposa tenía el cordero. Fui a comer una hamburguesa doble con queso y tocino. Nos encantó la comida. Quizás no el más barato, pero salí pensando que era una buena relación calidad-precio. Volveríamos. Recommended
