The best restaurants in West Wales

We huddled in here on a damp August day and didn't want to leave. despite the very low ceiling and sloping floor we stayed for 2 coffees and some snacks and left very happy. A hidden gem.

I was so happy to find out nearly 40 years later that Mrs Will has taken over from her husband and is keeping the delicious catches coming. We had a lobster platter for two and it was better presented and tastier than any fish restaurant we've eaten in, anywhere in Europe. Fantastic!

As always a warm welcome to us and the dog. Staff always genuinely friendly and really helpful. Enjoyed 2 course Xmas menu and truly 11 out of 10; delicious. Just wish we’d had room for desserts. Thoroughly recommend- never disappoints 😋😋 Will return soon. Thank you:)

We have just finish a selection of five different flavours (two of each) of gelato and sorbets bought for Christmas. Wow! Delicious every single one and difficult to choose a favourite. Can’t praise Ivan enough - diolch yn fawr

You can’t believe how incredibly good the food is here in the heart of Laugharne. You will not be disappointed. Service and quality are truly outstanding

bit on the pricy side but very delicious breakfast roll. inside looks really cool and waitress was nice. would definitely return again

We stopped for an icecream on a miserable day The welcome was warm and the icecream was delicious I had an affogato and my partner had two scoops of ice cream mint chocolate chip and vanilla both were superb

Excellent service Visiting wales called into this lovely little deli/cafe with my hubby and 2 dogs Although dogs not allowed inside they couldn’t do enough for us Found a bowl for the dogs to have a drink and had a great Brie/cranberry and bacon ciabatta delicious Well worth a visit

Very enjoyable evening meal. Great service and a good choice of main meals with accompanying side dishes. The value for money was outstanding and will be recommending to family and friends that visit the area.

What’s perfect little spot. Lovely staff, clean cafe, staff who couldn’t do enough for us. We had lunch and some ice cream to take away. Food was a good portion size and filled us both up. Can sit in or outside in the gardens. Also dog friendly and dogs visiting get attention and a little treat too. Thank you Nick and team look forward to visiting again.

What a wonderful find, a little family run restaurant. We ordered two large pizzas and had ice cream for desert which was all fairly priced. Everything is home made, cooked and served by the hosts, what a great team! We were made to feel very welcome during our visit. Well behaved dogs are allowed at the venue, we had ours and she just relaxed under the large table. There are some board and card games for you to play whilst you wait for your food. A nice atmosphere, would go again and highly recommend. They also do take away orders. There are other things to do onsite, as we arrived early we took an hours walk around the woodland.
