The best restaurants serving Welsh food in West Wales

Matt is a great chef and so dedicated. If your looking for a quick meal this restaurant isn't for you. The whole experience takes all evening,he serves up to ten guests so makes it seem more personal, You can watch Matt preparing as it is an open kitchen and then he comes to have a chat about each dish. All I can say about the food is WOW as my title says art on a plate. Thanks for a great evening.

Great restaurant with a genuine passion for locally produced and seasonal ingredients. Staff are wonderful and it's a lovely, intimate and warm dining atmosphere.

Lovely meal. We all enjoyed. There was a party of 12. 6 adults, 6 children. Nothing was too much trouble. We booked a month in advance, due to being a large party. Very accommodating. Food was fantastic. Special mention to Laura, who liaised with me all the way to make sure everything was spot on. Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to return!

The grounds around Stacey’s Kitchen is beautiful. Perfect to go for a lovely walk and stop in at Stacey’s for some food. She does beautiful cakes. Highly recommend. Have also tried Stacey’s platters during a private function and 10/10!!
