Plantagenet House Restaurant

Tenby: North, Pembrokeshire
03/09/2018: Thanks to Neil, my colleague, we had "definitely maybe" planned to have a meal here. We were lucky to be seated in the famed Chimney room. The decor is classy and unique. The food was sumptuous and served with a warm smile. The wine was good. The experience, simply unparalleled.
02/09/2018: We came here for our evening meal on Tuesday. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The service was excellent - quick, efficient, friendly. The food was good quality and was served promptly. We loved the ambiance of the place. This has become our favourite restaurant in Tenby.

Ty Golchi

Dewi, Gwynedd
17/08/2018: We visited tonight and really enjoyed our meal. Plenty to eat and a relaxed friendly atmosphere. A great new option for Friday or sat night treat 😍
14/08/2018: Have visited many a time and had nice food and a warn atmosphere. However they have changed owner/manager, since then I have noticed a difference. The café does not have the same standard of hygiene and the toilet always smells. Also the waitresses are very casually dressed and appear sloppy

Old Rectory

Crickhowell,Llangattock, Powys
16/07/2018: A decent Sunday lunch with a choice of 3 meats and a selection of veg - all fresh not frozen as highlighted in some reviews I'd read
08/07/2018: Last year we popped into the Old Rectory basically because everywhere else was fully booked for Sunday lunch but we bowled over by the food and hospitality, so couldn't wait to come back but as we live an hour away we haven't got around to it until yesterday 07/07/20. To be fair to the staff they were rushed off their feet as there was a wedding party there and had i known that i definitely would not have gone there for lunch. To cut a long story short, not much hospitality from the staff, food over seasoned and some over cooked and the wait was horrendous, well over an hour and with two hungry children waiting to go for a walk up Blorange, its not much fun.
