We booked for a Friday lunchtime for 4 of us. The welcome was warm & friendly. The waiting staff & chefs were flexible & accommodating. The 2 chefs wore smart black chefs uniforms inc bandannas & they looked competent & hygienic. The salad wasn’t ye usual stuff - this was salad on steroids! Meat was tender & home cooked. Quiche delicious. Not licensed. Had a small outdoor seating area.

Been meaning to go for a long time, so worth the wait, but so many days missed out on. From the minute we arrived the service was great, the food amazing, French toast, pancakes, bacon sandwich, all the best we have ever had. From start to finish, we loved every bit of it. Can’t wait until we can go for lunch.

Wow where do I start. We love the green shed for it’s amazing food and rustic vibes. Amazing staff who can’t do enough for you, such a place with a great choice of food to choose from. The green shed also catered for our wedding reception this May. They rocked up in their catering van called the bearded chefs, for our chosen choice of food. They hosted our guests with an amazing pig roast, and beautiful sides, vegan and vegetarian guests also catered for. The Food was great and the entertaining Chefs Scott himself and staff are next to none! I highly recommend these guys. For an all round amazing experience dining in down with them. Or for any event you need some yummy food catering for the choice they can provide will blow you away. Check them out! 🫶🏼👌🏼

Always my favourite place to go. Found this little gem on the recommendation of a friend and it did not disappoint. Absolutely amazing food, super friendly staff, the chef is a great guy, super nice … all in all, a fab meal and experience. Would definitely visit again… if only we didn’t live so far. Visited the cafe for a lunch date with my best friend. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. The waitress was friendly and attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Unfortunately our trip was slightly dampened by the table next to us who were very negative. However the waitress dealt with it very well considering the way she was spoken to. Overall a lovely experience and yummy food. Will definitely be coming back!

Real quality cafe/restaurant in an unusual location. On the edge of Haverfordwest on a small business park. We agree with the previous reviews and can see why people are regular visitors. Great breakfast menu...most things can be made gluten free and staff are knowledgeable about intolerance or allergy. Very friendly staff and well presented breakfast. Busy and popular for obvious reasons. Excellent all round.

The only thing I’m Dissapointed in is that I didn’t take a photo of my breakfast or the pancakes on the table next to me as everything was absolutely stunning! Amazing coffee, great ingredients, lovely warm service. An absolute hidden gem. Can recommend….. everything on the menu but the French toast loaded with fresh berries, do it! We've been coming for 5 years, since it opened. During that time, it has grown in size but has kept what made it special from the start....a great service, great decor, and great food. We keep coming back for the delicious homemade quiche and fresh salads. Congratulations all - but please open one in the North of the county too!!

Decided this week to pick up a takeaway Sunday lunch from the Green shed. Having followed the social distancing guidelines I arrived at my pre allocated time to pick up our food. The food smelt that good that I almost stopped the car on the way home to tuck in there and then. When I did arrive home and tuck in I’ve got to say what a superb Sunday lunch. Huge thanks to Scott and the gang on a fab job once again

Visit often for lunch which is always first class. Had afternoon tea today with friends. It didn’t disappoint. More than we could eat and absolutely delicious. Freshly made sandwiches, good variety and homemade cakes and scone. Looked appealing and tasted as expected.As usual served by the most friendly and helpful staff. Certainly won’t be long till the next time. Cant wait!

My favourite place for a breakfast,not the normal beans and fried bread but something different, I can highly recommend the sourdough toast with crispy bacon with a little side order of black pudding and bloops ( plum tomatoes ) also the quiche is spot on ,great pastry ! Always had great service ,and have been informed it is busy and is going to take a little longer but always ,worth the wait ,polite staff and good service .cant fault it .

Went here with a couple of mates when I was down from uni, firstly the coffee’s looked amazing and tasted amazing, just like from a big chain, which is great from an independent. The chef was also great, had the best tasting breakfast ever, especially for one of my friends who’s vegan. The staff were great, decor was great, can’t wait to bring them here again, we all loved it! The most unreal breakfast in Pembs.

Fantastic!! Went for brunch with my kids over half term. The place was packed and had a great atmosphere however the excellent staff got us a seat. Can’t recommend highly enough

Have visited this delightful cafe for lunch and coffee on several occasions so decided to sample the afternoon tea with two close friends . We were booked in for 2pm and waited a short while to be seated due to popularity of lunch time menu . Immediately the staff were so helpful and welcoming and we were soon served tea . When the tiered plate of food arrived full to bursting it was greeted by a huge appreciative gasp by fellow customers and ourselves . Freshest finger sandwiches , warm quiche and scones with clotted cream and jam and a wonderful selection of dainty cakes and fancies . Well done to whoever was responsible for creating such a delicious experience .We will certainly return and thoroughly recommend to family and friends . Oh yes ,not forgetting the huge strawberry dipped in chocolate , lush .

What can I say! Absolutely one of the best afternoon teas I have ever had. Visited with a couple of work colleagues to enjoy a chat over afternoon tea. It was absolutely delicious, beautifully displayed on a three tier stand with a super savoury and sweet selection. Finger sandwiches, quiche and crisps followed with gorgeous cakes which included warm scones with jam and clotted cream. Loved the strawberry in chocolate! We were very well looked after by friendly staff and the owners themselves chatted with us even though it was very busy there. Have had their super lunches before several times but this was my first afternoon tea but not the last. Will be back again soon. Thank you for a delightful afternoon.

Delicious freshly cooked food. Healthy eating as meals come with a very good mixed salad. You can’t choose your own salad from a salad bar but I was very pleased with the selection. Not much choice on the menu but what there is is very tasty.

These guys have done a very good job with their presentation and level of freshness with their food. The lunch couldn’t of been any more fresh and it tasted amazing. Well done to them for doing very well with it all.

My partner and I met with some family for breakfast and the food was just spectacular!!! Lovely dining experience with a warm and welcoming ambiance. Staff were all very friendly and professional, I would highly recommend a visit to this perfect little cafe!

Just popped in here on the way through from Neyland after dropping my car off at the garage. They had just had a large table in for a breakfast booking which understandably slowed things down a bit.

Had a Christmas dinner at the Cafe at the Green Shed last week. Really looking forward to it, and, it did not disappoint. The food was amazing, the service both cheerful and attentive, and the price was very reasonable indeed.

Came here today with sign and share club for our Christmas lunch. Have never been here before but I was pleasantly surprised. Lovely friendly staff, a very nice atmosphere and delicious food. Already planning in coming back for lunch with friends in the new year :)

We visited for a late sandwich lunch and coffee. Both delicious and wellpresented. Service and atmosphere both very good and the place is spotless. Definitely give it a go if you're in the area. Watch out carefully if using satnav though (it's a big green shed alongside various other buildings) - ours took us 800 yds further on.

Have had lunch here on many occasions would thoroughly recommend it. Great food very pleasant friendly staff. Started today Carvery. Can’t praise it highly enough. One of the best I’ve ever eaten. Melt in the mouth beef and turkey delicious gravy and as much veg as we could eat. Will definitely be calling again very soon. Thanks guys!

Meeting with our daughter, who always seems to find the right places, this was another delightful discovery in her now home town of Haverfordwest. It really is a gem, with lots of home cooked and original goodies on offer, as well as a super ethic and a refreshing attitude.

Me and my mother visit The Green Shed regularly, as always the service is exceptional, the food is superior to anywhere else I've been to, its diverse and abundant, with flavour, spice, aroma and plenty of character, which comes from the passion of the chef, which is the reason why I return, he's full of laughter with a good sense of humour, and he makes me and my mother feel very welcome. His quality quiches are the best around. And to end this review the staff are also very helpful and attentive to your needs.

Used to visit the owners previous establishment ‘Caddies’ regularly, it was a local institution, but to my shame I hadn’t made it to The Green Shed...until today.

Visited here solely on the reviews, as we don’t know the area at all. The welcome was warm, the food delicious and plentiful, and service was with a smile. A small venture which the locals appear to support very well.

Great food. Busy cafe but service reasonably quick. Staff friendly. Nice to be able to seeing cooking. A definite visit again.

Unbelievable food and chief went out of his way to make something off the menu to suit my needs, highly recommend for service and food!

Took my family for lunch we had the most fantastic food and all freshly made. lots of healthy options with a great specials board. Lovely staff also. Will definitely return.

Came here today with my husband and his friends, I opted for the bagel with "crispy bacon" sausage and egg. The bacon wasn't crispy it was burnt to the point where it cut the roof of my mouth open, when we 1st arrived I asked the waitress of they do a normal breakfast and was told no only what's on the menu which was fine no issue! When the group came to pay I heard the chef who is also the owner creating to one of the members of the group that this question was asked and said if he was asked the question he would have replied look at the menu does it state this? To me I thought that was rather rude and very unprofessional of this so called chef. I only asked a question! I will not be returning and I certainly won't be recommending this place to anyone purely on the fact on the way this person reacted!! Rather disgusting attitude to have in that kind of business, you should really buck up your attitude cause you treat people like that then they won't return.

If I could give separate rating, it would have 5 star for food. Service was appalling, 15 customers, 7 staff, 90 minutes for breakfast. Had to ask for cutlery, coffee (I think) took ages, forgot to deliver the tea! Some of the staff were in dream world, I can only hope it was their first day and they were in training. On the upside they were very polite and seemed to say sorry a lot! For the food it is worth the visit but don’t expect fast service! I’m just glad we were not in a rush, I watched a few people walk out because it took so long to place an order.

A great place for tasty food, much needed in Haverfordwest. Will have to go to sample the breakfast next time.

Popped in for a quick bite with a group of friends...it was busy (lunchtime on a wet Saturday) but very accommodating staff found us a spot to sit next to the deli/takeaway. Delicious veg soup with an incredibly large selection of homemade breads...I never expected to eat it all...but just couldn't help myself! Others in our party had equally generous sized portions..all of which looked and tasted amazing. A very talented chef with a great team of people. Thank you!

Awesome little cafe stumbled upon whilst visiting the shop opposite.. quirky vibes inside and amazing food.. the vegetable soup is definitely recommended.. and the chicken & pesto panini was tasty to! Will 100% be back again soon! :)

This cafe is a real gem. Well worth finding and don't be put off by feeling like you are about to eat in an industrial estate. The food is to die for- fresh, imaginative and delicious. The decor is beautiful and has a real attention to detail that shows this cafe really cares about its customers. Great food, charming atmosphere, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Went here for lunch today what a lovely friendly environment. The food was delicious, the service was first class. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys fresh homemade food with a great atmosphere.

It feels like you are going into an industrial estate but what a wonderful gem of a place you will find. The cafe does a range of food including amazing hot and cold sandwiches and homemade cakes. You also get the most incredible, vibrant-coloured salad with any sandwich. The only thing better than the food is the community-loving backstory for which it was set up. Please go here.

We walked all morning in broad haven, which didn’t have the best lunch options, so we thought Haverfordwest would have some nicer options. We looked on trip advisor and found the green shed. We decided to go and not be swayed by its location. Im glad we did as our lunch was definitely in the top 10 lunches I’ve ever had (coming from a Melbourne girl who now lives in the cotswolds). I had a special board menu item, pea, courgette and feta frittata - it was delicious! And my husband had a cheese toastie - also delicious. Most of the menu is served with amazing salads (potato, couscous and coleslaw) which just lift the meal by 1,000,000%. Coffee was lovely and we hope to go back to try some of the incredible looking cakes and desserts (we were just too full and short on time for today’s visit). If I lived in Haverfordwest I’d be there for breakfast and lunch every day I could! We also had our two labradors with us and all the staff were so accommodating and kind. Even the chef popped out and offered us a water bowl for the dogs. Hands down the best meal we had all week in the county and the best meal I’ve ever had in Wales!

Oh my gosh I love this place! Met 2 friends for lunch and it was amazing. I had Retro Prawn Cocktail with a huge salad from the specials board,absolutely delicious and the fattest ,juiciest prawns ever!. One of my friends had a Pannini ,she said it was lovely and my other friend had 2 Chocolate Brownies because they were soooo good.

My wife is intolerant of many foods and we often struggle to find somewhere to eat, the green shed is our go-to place for a treat now. lovely food, and have a great selection of gluten free and dairy free food, which also tastes good! also the regular menu is awesome too. well done!! not cheap but not overpriced.

The selection of breakfasts and lunches is outstanding. Everything is fresh and attractively presented. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Lovely home made pastry quiche with interesting salad. Decor really nice indoor and out. Friendly staff. Cake looked good too.

2 adults and 1 child attended for lunch, only one table available when we arrived but we shared a large table with another two ladies. We took a menu from another table and waited to be served unaware we were to order at the bar. There was a 30 minute wait on food, but all in all the food was lovely and would definitely return again and recommend to others. More child friendly lunches would be great.

This is a real gem. All home made food. We had ploughmans which had cheese pate ham and 5 different salads! Beautiful home made olive bread. Very reasonably priced. We will be back

Wir sind nach dem Mittagessen noch zu Kaffee und Kuchen geblieben und es war durchgehend voll - hauptsächlich Locals.Das Personal ist super freundlich, Speisen und Getränke absolut lecker und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top!

Scott was amazing Eggs Benedict with ham for and smoked salmon for her it was the best I have had in a long time

I have had several meals at The Green Shed now from an absolutely amazing bacon sandwich, soups with lovely bread, a bacon and brie melt that was to die for and recently a private birthday party when Scott laid on a wonderful mouth-watering spread of quiches, salads, bread and teas and coffees at really good prices. I cannot recommend this eatery enough. I know it says 'cafe' in the name but it is far more than that. This is quality well prepared food and amazing, friendly staff. If you haven't been here yet make sure you call in, you won't be disappointed

Heard a lot about the green shed recently so decided to pop in one afternoon .. was hugely impressed, lovely fresh food, such nice decor and a great atmosphere. There was loads to choose from on the specials board and the coffee was delicious .

Gorgeous fresh salad bar and a beautiful setting. Staff are happy to help with anything and the owner (scott) often comes out to have a chat with customers. Cleanliness you could NOT fault. With such a gorgeous setting, friendly staff and above all amazing food with vegan and veggie options!! it's the perfect place for breakfast / lunch date and tip top ot off the philosophy behind the cafe is incredible x

Just been for a quick bite at lunchtime, and was blown away with the quality of food served. I very rarely comment on anything but this was so exceptional in both service and quality that I felt compelled to comment. I would highly recommend this place.

The food, the atmosphere, the staff, the service were all fantastic. Such an extensive and varied menu, something for everyone! My favourites are the Sheds Nutella Pancakes, lasagne, baked fillet salmon which was served with Pembrokeshires new potatoes and the homemade vegetable soup. Would highly recommend. The decoration and the interior in the café is absolutely stunning. Oh and they have a beautiful outdoor seated area.

From the money we came in we was welcomed with open arms! the decoration throughout was so fascinating, the food was exquisite and there is so many different ranges of food types. Myself as a fussy eater the chefs was happy to rearrange my meal which I was very thankful. The price range was very acceptable for the quality and amount of food. Definitely will be coming there again and excited to try some of the cakes !!

Had a 4 day eat in different places planned with the wife but after the first visit we had to go back the next day haha the food was delicious staff are great and the prices are very reasonable.If you haven’t tried it you absolutely must!! You will not regret it.
