Ordered here tonight. Girlfriend hadn't in 4 years after a bad experience, but thought we'd give it a try again. Tonight was my first time. I'm just really annoyed at spending £25 on this. Chips were really flabby, Calzone simultaneously dry and incredibly greasy (despite having barely any cheese), and the cheese bites were really mushy and bland. Honestly the lowest quality food I've paid money for in a long time - maybe ever.

Sadly there was very little signage to indicate that all produce is plant based. That is not how we choose to live. We think there is a place for animals in our world. We ordered two pastries and coffees. The almond croissant was delicious . The coffees were very disappointing and made me feel a bit icky. On our way out I looked careful at the sign and noticed it was all plant based. This isn’t mainstream food and therefor attention needs to be drawn to it.

Went to Tintern hoping for some lunch today and stopped at the tearooms at 1:45pm. Met with a surly, "We're not doing any more hot food" (at 1:45pm!?) so we asked for a sandwich. Met with a surly, "We're not doing those either" (at 1:45pm!?) Told, "You can have coffee and cake". No thanks, we wanted lunch. We were obviously a nuisance and unwanted. I've given a one because I can't give a zero. Don't bother with these tearooms, customers are obviously surplus to requirements.

Booked this for a birthday dinner having previously checked they could accommodate our dietary and mobility concerns. We were welcomed on arrival and allowed to seat where was best for us. The range of gluten free food available as a staple was very welcoming. The size of the starters was large, the oriental platter being a meal in its self! The quality of food was very good. Customer service was just right, helpful but non intrusive. All in all this was a lovely dining experience and we would definitely return again.

We found this as we passed through. Excellent coffee and choice of cakes pastries etc which is what we like. Staff were friendly and hospitable. The cabin is decorated with beautiful Safari animals pictures adding sunshine even indoors. We hadn’t realised it was also cafe for a soft play but it is separate. The garden centre is a real one with bumpy car park and loads of plants. Recommend.

I rate them a one out of ten because on the first hand they forget about my order and then they got my order completely wrong I ordered a half and half and they gave me a meat feast with onions and mushrooms and it was cold when I had it aswell

Awful customer service. I was told to collect my order in 15mins. When I arrived to pay, I paid and waited a further 20mins until someone realised they'd forgotten to give me my order. No apology. I was simply assured the food would be warm. The prawn toast was soggy. Unhappy and delayed customer. Please remember to be polite and say sorry next time you make a mistake and consider the contents of the bag before assuring a customer that the food won't be affected.

Having previously been impressed by the restaurant/ cafe we decided to have some light refreshments. We stood at the reception desk for quite a while before someone eventually showed us to a table. We waited an eternity for someone to take out order Our patience was not improved by seeing 2 separate groups of staff deep in conversations. After getting one of the staffs attention we were told someone would come & take out order. It took a further 5 minutes before someone came. Our order consisted of two tea's, current scone, with cream & jam & a custard slice ( of which there was plenty when we first sat down). When the order came, it was a plain scone (not current) & no custard slice. We were told they had sold out!!! It then took quite a while before we could get a credit for the none available item. All in all not a very good experience!! 😩😩

I was making a morning treat run for my department and placing a sizeable order so I elected to order on the app for click and serve so as not to hold up the drive thru or indoor queue with 6 drinks and a pastry during a time when people might be trying to get to work. I thought this seemed the most convenient option as the app told me to click the "I'm here" button when I arrive and then the drinks are brought to the car, once you put your hazards on. When I arrived I went to click the "I'm here" button to find it was gone and a "reorder" button was there. A little frustrated, I went into store to find if my order had been lost or something. I spoke, pleasantly, to a woman, who's name I didn't get unfortunately, who seemed quite annoyed with me. I got halfway through saying "morning, I've placed a click and-..." and she pointed to a pile of pre-made rather cold drinks with a croissant. She then told me, in quite a snippy tone, that it had been sat waiting for a while and that she had been going out in the rain every ten minutes to check if I was there or not.... as if this was my fault? I explained that the app told me to do what I had tried to do and she just talked over me and told me that was wrong, as soon as they get the order they make the order unless I specify a time. Well, there was no option to specify a time in the app.... surely that's the point of the "I'm here" button? Anyway she also told me to just do the drive thru next time as it's more convenient and no one has to go out in the rain then. Yes, well, if I wanted to do the drive thru and hold everyone up then I would have picked that option. I picked the option I wanted to pick for the schedule of my morning. I tried to explain myself a couple more times to try and understand what it was i had supposedly missed but she just kept speaking over me in such a rude tone. This is the first time I've attempted to use the app but it was quite straight forward and gave instructions. It's not my fault if the various manners to deliver the service offered haven't been trained out properly. I'm honestly not contemplating returning - and I had been a regular customer as I work locally. Bit of a slap in the face to be spoken to like that, especially after placing such a large order. Also all the drinks were cold so thanks for that. Waste of near £30. I had to, of course, explain why the drinks were cold to my department..... so they're also now not keen on returning.
