Umut Pizza & Kebab House in Monmouthshire

Wrong opening hours, it says it shuts at 1:30, I am here at 00:10 and it is closed.

Was really good food was amazing I didn’t care about the food hugenine but I would definably recommend it

Got a Doner kebab from this place last week , positively the very worst kebab I've ever been received , lumps of stone cold meat , wilted salad , served straight to the bin , do not waste your money ...

Absolutely disappointed in service waited an hour for food forgetting half my order then waited another hour and half for them to deliver and still in complete order! Never order from theses guys choose to ignore my phone calls!!!

Good chicken shish kebab done over charcoal then finished on a hot plate...served in really nice freshly made naan

Gross under cooked chips, terrible chewy pizza that tastes like the sauce is just pure tomato puree from the tin and an incredibly rude service. I dont think shouting and offending your customers is the right way to go about your business??

I ordered a small chicken shish and a large chicken doner .was a little surprised that they put both in the same kebab . surreal!

orderd while fishing in the area meet them at local petrol station all was well with delivery got back to find a slop box , dodgey mixed donner meat, never had this type of meat before full of grease and no pitta bread they swapped it for thick grease 🤢🤢 gross guys don't waste ur money.....fix up peeps you'll make people sick!!!

Paid £7.00 for no donor kebeb just rubbish meat and fat. When i called to complain call ended then ignored.

Tonight is the third time in a row that we have waited over an hour for our food for it to only be stone cold.. food from this place used to be perfect every time.. when we rang them to say the person on the phone didn't give a s**t about it.. won't be ordering from here again

After stating a delivery time, food arrived 30 mins early when myself and children were not home food was left with my partner but once we arrived home it was cold and inedible I phoned the take away and was shouted at by the man who answered telling me it was my problem and I should have been home I explained I stated a delivery time when ordering and he said they don't read that!!! man on the phone was very aggressive and refused to do anything saying it was my problem £30 worth of food in the bin!!! will never order from here again and being shouting at a customer is extremely out of order 😡

The manager is abusive at best and the food is barley edable, it's a wonder that they are still aloud to operate with hygiene ratimg of 0 and verman scurrying from wall to wall!

Low hygiene rating, horrific customer service and greasy nasty food. My friend and I went to this take away yesterday and were surprised to see that they weren't display their food hygiene rating (which is illegal). When we questioned the owner on the restaurant's hygiene level he claimed we could find it on the internet. Not convinced we left. We later returned to say that we hadn't found the hygiene rating and that he should be displaying it on the door. The manager shouted at us swearing multiple times and finally admitted that the hygiene level was zero, the then told us to leave the shop. NOT PLEASED!!!!
