Domino's Pizza - Abergavenny in Monmouthshire

woudnt bother, if i could put 0 stars for service i definitely would! been waiting over a week now for my refund! the guy at the till barley spoke a word of english, and was very rude. we ordered chicken strips, and they told us it would be 15 minutes. time went on we went in after 15/20 minutes they said be 10 minutes, 10 minutes later we went back in they said THEY DIDNT PUT THE ORDER THROUGH!!! what a waste of 30 minutes!!! so we poliltey told them to F off and we’d have a refund! i rang them up friday just gone 09/08/24, and Alex said that the refund has been put through? but the guy who served us on 02/08/24 said it would take 3-4 days to come through. it’s now 12/08/24 and i’m getting rather cheesed off with this company. Alex also said that cos we requested a refund the money would’ve went straight back into my account and wouldn’t be taken, but the money went out on 06/08/24. where’s my refund dominos!!!!

Accepted my order only too cancel after a hour waiting(updated delivery time twice as well), won't ever use again..

Ordered a £4 peperami wrap, which looked tasty in the window advert. The chap at the till was very polite - he took my payment and then proceeded to move from the till to prepare my food (I watched through the glass from the entrance) - he did not don gloves, simply started preparing my order. Mid wrap, a lady and her son entered the establishment and he immediately stopped, returned to the till, clapping the flour off his hands and proceeded to handle everything around the till casually before again returning to preparing my wrap. I immediately asked for a refund, which he did not seem surprised about. I asked him outright if he was aware of health and saftey preparing food - he insisted he washed his hands before he started, which I knew he did not and besides, if he did, there was no excuse to stop midway and serve someone else inbetween what he was doing. I watched all through the process of ordering - it made me feel quite sick and I completely lost my appetite just thinking about what I could have eaten. No gloves, no concern, no apology. I am so disturbed by what I witnessed, that I will never order fast food again. I do hope I receive my refund as it is still absent from my bank account - but if it cost me £4 to never eat from a Domino's again, it was worth every penny. Does nobody actually care about contamination? For all I know, that lad trying to prepare my wrap could have just been to the loo before I turned up!!!

This is the second time now my pizzas have had next to no cheese on them not good at all!!

Absolute mess of a pizza cut into 8 completely unequal slices how does this even pass quality inspection I don't know. Very disappointing.

Under cooked tastless pizza, cold, garlic pizza, no garlic just tomato puree and chicken goujons are mixed horrible chicken dippers. £32 wasted.

Pop in to collect a couple of pizza from time to time. Very tasty.

Food was good and simply telling the guy on the counter what I wanted and what the best deal was to get it resulted in a reasonable price. Haven't had a Dominos in quite sometime so was nice to receive decent service and food.

Came in store and was prompely told to leave before I was 'too large' and I 'needed to go on a diet', I sent an email over to the management and they informed me they 'did not care', 1 star!

This is the worst dominos I've ever been to. Since a manager there got fired, the food gets served incomplete and cold. Don't go here! The place also looks like a complete mess.

Ironically, the “quality check” phase took about 20 minutes, vastly reducing the overall quality of the pizzas and sides. They turned up stone cold 😢

Great customer service, tried the chocolate pizza, 👍 and my favourites which are the cookies .

The Meateor pizza from Domino's is my favourite and Abergavenny did it proud.

Some parking outside but not a lot. Cooked well and boxed up tidy.

I felt I had to leave this review. I have always loved a domino's pizza in the past. What has gone wrong !! Collected 3 pizzas on Tuesday 4th October. They were totally dry and tasteless. Top price for extremely poor quality food. I won't be back.

Poor customer service was given the wrong order one pizza wrong size wrong toppings and soggy doughy base flooded with cheap puree yuck ... Total waste of time effort and money was told there label printer ran out so they didn't really know what my order was lol

Great pizza 🍕, however when I ordered a medium pinapple and chicken pizza, two boxes of cheesy doughballs and a bottle of diet coke, I ended up with two small cheese pizzas, my diet coke and a garlic bread, however did still eat them and were very nice - Leanne from the council xoxo

11 wedges does not make a portion. Apart from that, not bad if you like cold food.

Really poor staff. Unhelpful and actually just a bit rude. I think they’ve reached their zenith employment wise. Pizzas are domino’s pizzas.

Waited for order in the shop, watched it sit on the side for a fair while, unsure as it had been removed from the screen and no call from staff. When went ask if we could have our order, the man at the counter seemed to forget we had ordered. . Staff shouting at each other with cold food when we got home a short trip away. ,

Great pizza and tv screen shows when your food will be ready. Good uh.

A big mistake! We tried the cheeseburger pizza and it was awful. Instead of the sauce drizzled on it was everywhere n big thick clumps which made it extremely sickly. Put us off having another ever again as it's expensive especially if it gets thrown away

Getting better than they used to be, but only ever worth buying the deals from the website as they will easily charge double for some things in the store or on the website outside of the deals page

Fantastic offers if you collect. Web site is hard to understand, makes you want to call but phone orders have separate offers! Food is GREAT! Best Pizza, chicken wings etc in Abergavenny by far.

APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The so called "Manager" Neil hasn't got a clue how to treat people so not sure why he is in that position or even has a job there at all. They have got my order wrong on sevral occasions & the last time he said I could have a free pizza & a free side. When I called up to claim it he told me that it had already been claimed which it had not. I asked him to tell me when it had been claimed but he wouldn't answer me - I wonder why? He then told me I was welcome to complain as he said he knew that I probably would as he knew what kind of person I was! Can you believe that anyone in such a place would talk to a customer like that? Ah but I guess it is Dominos after all so they obviously care more about their erroding profits (due to all their constant mistakes AND EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT) This poor excuse for a human being has never met me before so how he can say he knows me is beyond me.DOMINOS ABERGAVENNY NEEDS A NEW MANAGER NOW!!!!!

Not set up for walk ins, our pizza was sat for 20 minutes after it had been cooked before they gave it to us.

Ordered £53 worth of pizzas on the 16th May 2017 approximately at 11 am, to be delivered at 6pm the same day, 7pm still no pizza delivery, phoned them and they said they couldn't find the address although in the shop when ordered said they knew where it was. My son ended picking them up and they wanted to give us the ones they were going to deliver at 6pm, obviously they were cold by this time, reluctantly they cooked fresh for us, would never use the Abergavenny store again.

Sadly not as good as some other branches and don't have chorizo.

How can you ever go wrong with Domino's? Nice bunch of guys, fresh pizza with tons of toppings, food was piping hot and the bill was super low!

Good offers circulated regularly but otherwise the menu can be expensive. Food is always tasty and well cooked.
