Domino's Pizza in Monmouthshire

I rate them a one out of ten because on the first hand they forget about my order and then they got my order completely wrong I ordered a half and half and they gave me a meat feast with onions and mushrooms and it was cold when I had it aswell

Twice within the past two months they’ve messed up our order giving us completely different things to what we’ve ordered.

The food is always good. When it was first set up it was shocking but now it is class. The only downside is the staff. They are rude and impatient. I had a delivery and a dominos worker rang me and was shouting at me that the driver was outside my house, why wasnt I there, over and over again. the driver was at the wrong house and I was standing in my porch, not even able to see them. the delivery drivers are lovely, cannot say a bad word about them but the fact the worker shouted at me down the phone that I was ignoring the delivery driver is a put off. if the food was not excellent I would 100% slate this place but its a good meal

When staying in an Inn in Wales for the night I wanted to grab a pizza to eat in my room. I went to Domino's in Abergavenny after phoning through an advance order for collection. A large Meateor Pizza was £11.99 and it was a very nice one too, plenty of BBQ sauce and a good covering of meat. It stayed hot too even though it was a good 30 minutes after collection before I started to tuck into it. My only 'complaint' is that you get one Garlic & Herb Dip with a Large 10 slice pizza and if you want more you have to pay £0.70 for each extra dip, which I think is a rip off. If you get one dip with a small pizza you should get two with a medium and three with a large pizza without having to pay extra... It's not as if the dip pots are large!!

Had to contact them. The manager fixed the problem immediately! This was due to a "Domino's" web site problem. The staff, who were trained (and as I perceived - over the phone) dealt with my questions straight away. I MUST say how wonderful the delivery driver performed - an example of how someone can also show how team work really works. If you can stand in the mad wind, and p*ssing down rain, then be polite and hand over a pizza - you're a better man than me!!!

I just love a dominos pizza. The Abergavenny shop is fab. I have ordered for delivery many times and they are first class ! Excellent service each time , never late and the pizza is always hot and lovely. Great service guys !! Well done.

Visited on a weekday evening, ordered on the phone to pick up which was on time as advised. Food was great and as requested- you can park just down the road to pick up as no parking outside.
