Very friendly service, always welcoming… the pistachio kunafa is to die for!!! I’ve been a returning customer for over a year and will continue to do so…. Everyone must try!
We wandered into this restaurant without any expectations and were so impressed and glad that we came. It was very nicely decorated and clean, with friendly informative staff. The food was fantastic! The ceviche was fresh and tasty and we loved the empanadas (we tried them all! Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Delicious food, different battering that may not be to everyone's liking (it can, but not always, hold a lot of oil) that stays surprisingly crispy after transporting over 10 mins of driving.
Huge and varied range of choices that are sure to entice trying at least once.
Friendly and attentive staff, quick service and large portion sizes for price.
Well worth a visit.
It is a while since we last visited this cafe and whilst the pleasant decor and calm atmosphere were the same, the staffing and kitchen area seemed to have changed. The coffee was as good as ever but the cakes and pastries on offer were disappointing with barely a nod towards Austria. We ordered the drinks in German as per the menu but the woman serving us had no idea what we were saying. The lunch menu looked much the same as before but the trays of food in the chiller cabinet did not look very appetising. We did not feel inspired to return for lunch.
I’d been eager to try out Massis for a while so I finally got 3 of us together yesterday lunchtime…..we hadn’t eaten a third of our sharing platter full of authentic flavours we all love, before saying we’ll definitely be coming back!!!
The staff especially Sabrina were amazing and they welcomed us into this chilled setting within a church which was so quirky.
I cannot recommend Maasis enough….a must try for your tick list
Thank you Sabrina & all
Will see you again soon

Your afternoon tea was bought for us as a gift.
We booked a table one month ago for 3pm on the 6th February 2020.
Having made a special journey into Cardiff, we arrived at 2.45pm only to be told that there was no evidence of our booking on your system.
After much deliberation with the chef, the lady on reception was able to squeeze us in.
After our table was prepared, we were shown to a dark and cold dining room.
We were the only diners.
The lady was very helpful and we were able to choose sandwiches from a small selection. They were freshly prepared albeit only three fingers each. The tea was fine, but the small scones were not home-made (disappointingly) and the cream was squirty and not as advertised in one of your previous review replies as being clotted cream. We asked about this and were told that clotted is not an option. So we made do with butter. The three small (and we mean small) pieces of cake were dry and bore no resemblance to those advertised on your website. We left most of them. All in all, the worst afternoon tea experience that we have ever encountered. Atmosphere was poor and would have preferred sitting in the warm lounge area.

Excellent sweet and sour chicken balls, delicious chicken with mushrooms in a black bean sauce. Yung chow rice was good, but a bit too hammy for my taste. Favourites are chicken in satay sauce and chicken with mushrooms in black bean sauce.
No food being served.
Asked barman if they were serving food,he said that he didn't know!!!!!
Half pub unlit.
Tv in bar on with sound blaring.
Customers shouting at each other not chatting.
People came in for food, and left immediately when told no food service.
Tables full of debris, and dirty glasses.
All in all,a very unhappy experience.
Had one drink, and left for "The Fox and Hounds."
Where we had a great time.
