The best restaurants in Cardiff South Wales

Waited at ford for a service and MOT . So decided to walk here and wait. I asked the staff if I was OK to wait as it would be a few hours. They were fine and said take a seat and not to worry. I had a lovely few hot chocolates and a toasted sandwich. Really cosy little shop and really friendly staff ☺️

The pricing is reasonable but the food was unfortunately bland. Sweet and sour chicken was good but chicken chow main lacked flavour. Spring rolls are awful and had ginger in it. It’s a shame cos the workers are absolutely lovely

Brilliant experience at Scaramantica. *Excellent* service, very tasty food, speedy arrival of meals/drinks. Reasonable price points for the quality of the food. Classic but extensive menu, good variety for vegetarian diners. Will be back soon 👌🏻

My first time at a KK and it's an instant 10/10 no questions need to be asked, already one of the best things ever, I had the pumpkin patch and my dad got a strawberry kreme, easy 5 stars.

Wonderful, been going here a while. Lovely people, great food, every time. They made a mistake once and rectified it immediately and with some extra prawn crackers.

Very cool little cafe shop! everything is tasty and fast! good service and nice prices! will be back again for lunch!

not bad place, quite busy during thee lunchhour, so bit difficult finding a seat, so watch out for that, fast music, eat to the beat. Eat quick.

Really nice coffee shop. When we walked in we were greeted by the smell of freshly roasted coffee... mmm! Interesting decor and comfy places to sit. There were six of us but we managed to find an eclectic group of chairs for a chat over their lovely coffee and drinks. Our friends decided to say for some food.

We’d. Solo salí del teatro y me apetecía un gofre, simplemente pasó por este café recién abierto BRU. Tomó un delicioso gofre, descafeinado, capuchino y un café con leche. Todo muy bien hecho. Un buen café caliente y un café de buen sabor y un gofre muy bueno! lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Los precios son muy razonables, de hecho, más baratos que los lugares. He estado fuera de Cardiff.

A great pub in Cardiff bay away from the business of Mermaid Quay. Great selection of beers, wines and spirits. Wednesday nights are quiz nights which is always fun. Friday nights are great as they have DJ Bobby Smooth who plays chill out RnB. Saturday nights it's DJ Silver who gets the whole pub dancing with his 90s garage and RnB. Sunday they do the best Sunday lunch in Cardiff - highly recommend trying it! Big portions! The owner Shaun is super friendly as are the bar staff including Bev, Owain and Marcel who always go above and beyond with their service. What started as just "popping in for the odd one" we are now firm regulars and wouldn't look to go anywhere else. Everyone is there to have a drink and a good time, don't hesitate in joining in!

A first time visit to Blossoms - Just had afternoon tea with my wife - was superb - fantastic food and very friendly staff - lovely surroundings and decor - would recommend Blossoms fully.

Esto es lo mejor que he encontrado hasta ahora en Cardiff para Shisha. Se ve pequeño cuando entras, pero en realidad es un espacio grande y bien equipado con sillas muy cómodas. El hombre que me sirvió mi shisha y café turco era muy amable y tenían sabor a masilla que me gusta mucho. Buena shisha y buen café. Un café turco grande que fácilmente podría haber estado bien para 2 era £ 5. 95 y la shisha era de £ 12 que es muy razonable hoy en día. Bonita televisión grande para ver también y nunca se puso demasiado ahumado allí ya que la ventilación era buena. Con todo, me gustaría ir de nuevo.
