The best restaurants in Cardiff South Wales

Slice is one of the cutest cafes I've come across. Their selection of handmade sandwiches, cakes and pastries is so hard to choose from whenever I go in, but I'm never disappointed with my choice. It's a real treat to chat to the friendly staff who let me take my time to decide and serve customers quickly. There's a great range of treats for almost every diet and the staff know plenty about their products to be able to advise on allergens.

Reserve una comida para el 10 de mayo de 2025 con 6 ex colegas para reunirse y ponerse al día. Quién sabe pero tampoco nada parecido. Todos los que ordenaron el filete ribeye encontraron que estaba subhecho. El médium llegó raro. Medio - raro - creemos que todavía tenía un pulso! Las mismas papas pálidas, pero el maíz en la mazorca estaba bien, al igual que el queso mac 'n', aunque el tamaño de la porción era poco impresionante. Lamentablemente no impresionado en absoluto con la velocidad del servicio, la calidad de los alimentos, o la cantidad de alimentos por el precio pagado. Just had an amazing meal at cote in cardiff. The pork belly is highly recommended and had the best table service from Lara. Will definitely be visiting again .

Had a fantastic time with my girlfriend for her birthday meal. I would recommend the chicken Pad See Ew. Robin was a great server!

Decided on an actual sit down meal here at GI Mowglis after several takeaways from here in the past. A friend & I enjoyed what can only be described as an amazing quality meal with great service. My GI Special Balti was flawless, full of flavour and an amazing portion! Nans the size of serving plates, haven’t seen larger in my years of Indian meals in S Wales. Already planning my next visit next month!

Very tasty and good value. There's so much food here that you can legit share one gyro plate between 2 people

Delicious food and great service. The beer ran out due to the Rugby over the previous weekend but what was available was lovely

I like drinking here, because the staff are Very Welcoming and supportive. I like the early evening conversations with other customers. This is a worthwhile pub to visit, which might see you leave laughing.

Some of the food are nice but the chicken shawarma was bad, it was bland no flavor at all

Lovely place with the good variety of fresh fish and see shells. Definitely worth to visit!
