Apollo Pizza in Cardiff

As a picky eater, this is one of my favourite in Cardiff.

It is delicious and good customer service and smiling owner.

I absolutely recommend their pizzas. It was delicious! The garlic sauce was amazing!

Best Kebabs and Doners in This Place always Comes Warm And the Service Here is great Always looks after me whenever i order or come for collection fullfilling to!!! Would 100% Reccomend

Great quality food. I recently ordered via UberEats, and although there was a technical error (i.e., incorrect order items) on UberEats' end, Apollo Pizza were quick in resolving and sending a replacement. 5* customer service.

My chicken strips were burnt to a crisp, absolutely rock solid, aswell as my chips.

Cold, Dry food hardly any sauce and 30 mins late never again

On my birthday, the most important day of my life, I met the most unique flavors of Apollo Pizza. What made this day important was that we ordered pizza and kebab to eat at home with my family for my birthday. The person who answered the phone for the order was very kind. The staff who brought the order was also friendly. If I have to say about the kebab and pizza, their taste is simply wonderful, I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to try these flavors.

Really really disappointed with the mixed sheesh. There was no salad just sauce and about 8 pieces of meat, we had to share the meat and chips as my partner had hardly anything to eat also it was £11! Terrible amount for the price you pay, everything else was amazing.

I had chicken doner. It was hot and tasty. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. Best of all the price was very reasonable. Nice halal restaurant. I will definitely visit again! 5/5 👍 Edit:The best pizza I have had in Cardiff!

Our food arrived. 3 kebabs, all completely wrong. Wrong sauces wrong salads. Also all 3 were stone cold. Not exaggerating. They weren't even warm. Then when called to tell them, they hung up and wouldn't answer again.

Portion sizes seem to be getting smaller!! And why offer coleslaw if you never give it on the salad choice of a kebab! Always tasty that’s why we return… quality good but pricy for what you get… especially with chicken the kebabs.

AWFUL food. 2 pieces of lamb & doner meat that tasted like it was 4 days old plus no salad, just lettuce!? Simply awful & a waste of money.

Order through there website it's said will be 55 mins , waited 1h30 mins and we called them they said " awww when did u order blah blah " in the end they said its gonna be 30 mins which means for me they accept orders and not make them on time . So in the end after 1h45 mins we drove to pick it and it wasn't ready than as well wich is a f..king joke honestly as an advance don't Order from those u will be waiting all night and ur food won't be delivered to urs

Terrible chicken shish kebab. Ordered a large. Had to ask for some more salad as he had sprinkled it on. Hardly any chicken either. The pitta bread hadn't even been opened!! Absolutely not worth £9. Very disappointed.

I have ordered for home many times before. This time, I decided to buy it while passing by and chose Collection. I arrived earlier than I expected and it wasn't finished yet, but I did get a chance to see the shop. I saw that they were clean and careful. I generally order doner kebabs and burgers. They were delicious every time. Also, when I was here I saw the way they prepared pizza and I liked it very much. They prepare the pizza by adding lots of ingredients. Next time I will get pizza.

Over 30 minutes late, arrived cold and portion size on both kebabs small even though ordered and paid for large and medium. Very disappointed.

Very low quality burger and kebab. Didn’t even attempt to eat the pizza. Not one of us enjoyed any of the food. Most of it went in the bin. Yuk!

I have placed orders in both collection and delivery formats. They are much better after changing owners. The doner kebab and pizza are absolutely delicious and have large portions. Also, lamb shish is one of the best. Prices are affordable. A place to order again and again.

It's amazing how many options there are when creating your own pizza. It was delicious. My friends who had shish kebab and meatballs also liked the taste of the food. A quick and delicious solution for a girls' night.

I've bought pizza and doner (collection) from the shop before and they were delicious. This time I ordered the mix hamburger and it was fast and delicious. Next time I will try the shish kebabs. I highly recommend. 👍👍

Ordered two kebabs and portion of chips. Everything arrived on time but cold, the donor kebab was obviously yesterday's leftover, it was stale and cold. The chips were also very stale and cold. Was like eating cardboard. Worst kebabs we have ever had. Avoid this place to avoid disappointment.

Kebab turned up cold. When I called to complain the guy said “it’s fine don’t worry, next time it will be warm”. No fresh food sent out and no refund, just expected to eat a cold kebab. Raising his voice on the phone, talking over us and said “it won’t be that cold just eat it”

Ordered via a well known app, all was fine until 5 minutes before the arrival time when I got a txt saying no drivers available to deliver this has now been cancelled. Nice when you’ve been waiting 45 minutes for the food. Did it really take that long from accepting the order for them to now that ?

Placed order for delivery but part of the order was missing. Phoned and was told they would send out straight away. Never received and never received refund. Decided to give them a second chance, so 2 months later placed another order. Over a hour later still waiting. Telephoned and was told it would be with us in 5 mins - 15 mins later still waiting...

Poor Customer Service Food not delivered beacouse Delivery Driver to lazy to come to me and lying to them that im 15 min away when I was only 7. And when asked for refund no refund no refund from them

Clear instructions were made to leave the sauces off our kebab due to allergies but these requests were not followed, the food was over a hour late and when we called up to resolve the situation they said they’d send us a plain kebab which was still at the takeaway a hour after the phone call was made, would not recommend

Wow 😲 we arrived really late like just before 11 pm with hungry and fussy teens. The place looked nice and clean. I always look for cleanliness before I order and trust me. This place was the final place out of 8 that we decided to stop at. Well there was an overwhelming array of food to choose from on the board and my fussy teens all chose their meal. We waited as everything was fired up and we watched them cook our tasty food from scratch as the place filled with the amazing aroma of sizzling hot 🔥 food. Everyone found the food incredibly tasty. No one was dissatisfied or disappointed with their meals, which, trust me, happens quite a lot. Remember that l did say that they were very fussy eaters. All in all, l would highly recommend that you pay them a visit. They do more than pizza 🍕. My girls ordered Cheese burgers, shish kebabs, chicken kofta and a chicken burger.

Ordered a pizza and a chicken wrap. Threw them both in the bin. I was the only sober member of the group but even the others threw their food too. Will not be visiting next time I'm in Cardiff.
