Went out for a family meal for our son’s birthday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly The Food was very nice we all enjoyed are meals I think that the meals are very good value for money and the size of the meals are very generous Would definitely recommend to others and we will be returning in the future

The best breakfast I've had in a long time. The added bonus was that I caught a glimpse of the red headed hottie walking upstairs with a plant in his hand! Does he work in your cafe, if not he really should, he'd bring the ladies in!

Had a great meal from here from a collection. The spicy Singapore fried rice is amazing! Put my order in. Was told 20 mins and was exactly that. When they put spicy next to the menu options they mean it so don’t order spicy unless you like it. Fresh tasting food that’s perfect for collecting and reasonably priced too.

My favourite Chinese! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Thought I’d give them a go after years of not eating there, especially after reading comments and seeing they were under new ownership, but they are Ok at best. Definitely not a 5 or 4 star takeaway. Ordered a number of times now, and portion size is good, and the price is on par with others, but the food is nothing special. 3 out of the 4 orders have had stale sides even when mentioned to them. Also found the phone manner a bit abrupt when calling to check progress. Definitely much better Chinese style takeaways up town.

We ordered two meals and a tea and coffee. Only 9 people in there two of which didn’t eat. 45 min wait for corned beef pie and chips and steak burger. The tea and coffee were served in cups without saucers and nowhere to put the tea bag. Food was ok but nothing special. Nicer places about or similar price. Staff nice enough but they need to work on things. The carpet needs cleaning too.

Despite it's rather gloomy interior (it is a long cafe with restricted light getting in, this is a decent place for a coffee.

Jordan & his time are so friendly nothing to much trouble. We had mixed grills and the steak was the best we had in ages.

Great service both in the evening and breakfast, nicely set out, and the food was well cooked. My only complaint was that the gammon was extremely fatty on the smothered platter. My better half was not impressed with the coffee

We ordered And this is the worst take away I ever hard in my life I can only eat a chicken koma and I no my food this was I frozen curry out of Freezer you can tell by the jelly on the top and my wife got lamb Madras and this was the worst ever and it was the same u can tell it Frozen the chips was cold and not Indian chips and when I called I explained told me that don't care and did not want to no would not come back STAY AWAY HEATH Warning Warning Absolutely disgusting it's the worst food they are not proper Indian Cooks I got photos This puts proper Indian restaurants a bad name this should be shut down so bad please keep your money I am from Newcastle and this is absolutely 💯% disgusting The attitude was absolutely appalling Very disgusting

i don't recommend eating their food the only thing that was decent was their cod bites the chips are dry and if they forget something they ask you to pay for the delivery a second time when they messed up the order in the first place

I’ve ordered here probably 7 or 8 times in the past and it’s hit n miss. One order will be bang on the next missing toppings or desserts or cold even. some reason we still sometimes order. They did do great create your own style burgers which is now not available on the new menu. You also can’t buy add ons which is a let down not even extra bacon or cheese sauce... The menu is pretty basic and underwhelming really. The latest disappointment was going to order at 7.45 and being told they aren’t taking no more orders. This has happened a few times I’ve attempted to order. Doubt I’ll bother again.

Both chicken and chips were way overcooked! Would not go back!
