Food amazing some idiots tho going through the drive through always check your food before leaving food left out but every time I go in it’s great

Manager (Brad) asked me to takeout food at 10.15pm when im going to order food still we want to eatin. KFC closing 11pm and they not given permission to eat there. Unhappy about customercare .

The uber driver phoned me he asked me to meet him in the car park because he couldn’t find my door number and he wanted me to leave my daughter alone when it was only me and my child alone not happy

The restaurant is really clean and the staff is super friendly. There's plenty of seats inside and out. The self-serve kiosks are super easy to order dinner or lunch.

Great experience at KFC Caerphilly today. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Food was hot and fresh. Will defo be returning!

Order missing items and all cold

Disgusting hygiene, floors, walls, seats and tables a complete disgrace, absolutely filthy. Staff looked like zombies, no chicken on the bone, half the order missing, bins out of order. Hope my family don't get food poisoning. Definitely will not be returning

First time at this KFC in Caerphilly. There is a drive through but I went in to the restaurant. There are menu/payment kiosks immediately as you go in. All orders have to be done using these, even if you're paying cash (which you then take to the counter with your receipt). There's a loyalty card scheme which gives you offers if you go to KFC often enough. The place was clean and had plenty of seating. The food was fresh & hot.

Was lovely except the burger was over cooked

Chicken was tasty freshly cooked just a shame their chip portions are so small this happens at all kfc restaurants unless you place order for large meal. Great service and friendly staff

The delivery driver was very loud knocking our door which resulted in our baby being woken up very scared as she was sleeping, when we explained he was very rude, no apology, we are also not happy with the delivery because the bag had also been opened

It's chicken, it's meh. Dryer than sand with a toilet so dirty you can taste it as soon as you go near it. Overall could do with a clean. You'd be better off eating in a farm yard.

The order arrived on time but the quality was off. The original chicken pieces were fresh and hot but the fries and "Hot Wings" were not. The fries were lukewarm at best but the "Hot Wings" were old, cold and stale.

Spoilt food again! KFC advertises that the wrap is toasted, v rarely they toast it. Even when I ask they still don’t toast it. When I take it back, I then have to eat it with cold chips. Start employing men, not boys who haven’t a clue what they are doing!

Forgot part of order which all took ages. Tables all around were not cleared up from rubbish the one we sat in was full of ketchup and bean juice then finally the raw chicken need sort workers out as they didn't care

Isn't it about time this place was closed down, definitely somewhere I wouldn't go back to, staff look dirty, and seem to be on another planet and definitely not with it. Disgusting!!!

it says my order was delivered HOWEVER it has not been, I know that this is no reflection on KFC, but rather on the just eat drivers. why be given a "code" if it is not required when receiving the actually delivery. I have now come to the conclusion that just eat and Uber drivers are (in my opinion) rather incompetent and have no respect whatsoever, this was meant to be a Christmas treat for my daughter and step daughter, which has now been ruined.

Food was alright, pity my mate had to sit and watch me eat as you missed his complete order after charging, best get this refund soon… shambles

zero stars. I would not know how my order was as it never arrived. apparently it has been delivered but not to my address. funny how you now have to give a code to prove it is me who ordered. how did someone else manage to have my code.

they remembered my sauces this time which was great, food was hot and fresh and they gravy was thick and much tastier than usual. delivery driver was on time and found my address with ease, which is great as the drivers usually do not pay attention to delivery instructions and end up getting lost. happy with our order today.

Having to wait 20min in the drive through not because it was busy but because staff didn’t even know there was customers waiting to order!… order finally placed but out of stock of coleslaw?!…. This KFC makes third world countries look brilliant in terms of KFC service! How embarrassing !

What the heck is that? Payed for extra cheese - at first they forgot to put it as well as all other ingredients,lol, then - they just stuffed it and gave this cold sad demolished burger. I mean… it’s below zero Get your staff trained and probably hire more members, so I wouldn’t have to stand near deserted counter. Outrageous

Ordered through uber eats and the food was cold, I wasn't expecting it to be fresh and hot but this definitely was cooked a decent amount of time before we even placed the order. The chicken in a wrap we had was broken in bits with little to no mayo and our kansas bbq bite were swimming in too much sauce. 3/10 may be nicer if had not as a delivery but this was a complete waste of money coming to over £50 with delivery charge.

Don't like the new automatic screens, we asked for table service but they still shouted us to fetch the drinks. No caffeine free drinks either.

Spent £40 and half the food was missing. Spoke to someone at the store and they said for us to order fries on the app and they would give us what we payed for and a little more…not only would we have to pay for the fries but also pay for another delivery charge. Told us it was that or go through just eat for refund on the items

Not one member of staff acknowledge us while we were waiting at the counter to be served we walked out won't be going there again

Just had food here, not fresh at all, floor and tables were absolutely stinking, staff stood behind counter could have been cleaning while waiting for customers, doesn't deserve a1 star.

Ordered at 825and didn’t receive food till 930 not drivers fault as he was waiting at restaurant for a while if I had known it was that long on deliver y I would have picked it up myself when placing order and time is stated on app you should honour it

Always had less issues than McDonald's down the road, chicken always feels quite expensive these days but served piping hot and by friendly staff

We like this place for the right reason for us but not KFC. It's one of the only fast food restaurants that I feel comfortable sitting in, the reason is because most of the time it's quiet. The food is good but I do find the chicken a little too greasy, however, some may like it like that.

Kfc meal came without any of the dipping sauces ever thought it was a dipping feast. A load of beans had also been spilt out in the bag all over the chips.

Appalling service. Staff took card payment and then refused to hand over our order because of a computer glitch. The manager clearly doesn't understand consumer rights and believes this behaviour is acceptable because it's a multi-million pound business with a "system" to follow.

Very salty for some reason. Did not enjoy it at all

After paying for our order and the debit showing on our online bank account, the sales person claimed the order hadn't gone through the till and refused to give us our order unless we paid again. Couldn't give us assurance that we wouldn't be charged twice and said customers are often charged 2 or 3 times, but not to worry as we could request a refund if we were charged twice!
