The best restaurants in Morgan Jones Caerphilly South Wales

I’ve ordered here probably 7 or 8 times in the past and it’s hit n miss. One order will be bang on the next missing toppings or desserts or cold even. some reason we still sometimes order. They did do great create your own style burgers which is now not available on the new menu. You also can’t buy add ons which is a let down not even extra bacon or cheese sauce... The menu is pretty basic and underwhelming really. The latest disappointment was going to order at 7.45 and being told they aren’t taking no more orders. This has happened a few times I’ve attempted to order. Doubt I’ll bother again.

meat was dry and not enough sauce

Ordered food in the morning with a collection time of 12.20. Arrive on time to have to wait a further 10 minutes. Then when I drove back to work with our meals we found out we were missing some dirty fries. No problem I’ll just drive back it’s a honest mistake. Arrived and explained to be told it wasn’t on the order and that they had written it down wrong. I was then rudely told if I wanted them I would have to wait a further 25 minutes. The food is nice but the poor customer services lets them down. I wrote the same review on their facebook page but they blocked me and removed it. Clearly not open to honest feed back. They have a winning formula if they can just sort out their poor customer service.

Ordered pizza, chips, garlic bread and chicken strips last night. The order took forever to come but was delivered by a lovely young man, friendly and polite. On opening the food it was obvious that it was Stone Cold but by now we were starving( as we’d just got in from the Airport after being on holidays), not worth ringing up and complaining as it happened once before and they did nothing, I thought things had got better here. Never Again for us, money down the drain!!

Really quiet. Food was cooked to order and really fresh. Toilet are so clean

I got my food and it had a multitude of blood clots and I can now only taste blood and I ripped out a 3 inch tendon from 1 of them and the average piece was more gristly than an actual raw chicken ypu just bite into and that would be more pleasant basically they 🍇ed the happiness out of my bucket
