I came to store to order and pay for an individual pizza for my 7 year old granddaughter. The guy serving said he couldn't accept cash, only card. I only had cash on me. Very disappointed child.

Had a piece of plastic in my pizza!

Just a mess. Double decadence base falling apart. Toppings sliding off the pizza. Completely undercooked. Double decadence filling seeping into the box. Totally inedible. Perhaps dominos would like to start listening to it's customers.

Pizza was terrible all sauce and no toppings. Staff also tried to charge double the amount

The food was real good, I don't tend to eat pizzas, but really enjoyed the one I had, I may just have to start eating them regularly

We normally love Dominos but not sure whats going on there at the moment. We regularly order Dominos as a treat or when we can't be bothered to cook. The last pizza we ordered was FAR too saucy to the point it was inedible. We considered this might be a one off. Tonight we ordered our usual pizza and the same thing again. So much sauce on the pizza. It's also really bitter like pure tomato puree. Not sure if there are new pizza Chefs there? Really sorry but just doesn't taste nice at all. To add insult to injury, we ordered a large pizza and what we really got was a medium pizza placed in a large box. Really disappointing. We'll either stop ordering Dominos altogether or start ordering from the Piccadilly branch to see if it's any better. When you're paying for an expensive pizza as it is, you at least expect to get the size pizza you ordered.

Refused to take cash. I made the order online instead but forgot a dip. I asked at the store how much a dip was and offered the change. They said i would have to make another order online. For 1 dip. Last dominos I order.

Ordered using the App and the pizza's were ready in less than 15 minutes. The staff were friendly. We went for thin and crispy base, which was indeed thin and crispy. Good option to minimise carbs. Pizzas were hot, tasted good and were exactly as ordered. Absolutely nothing to fault.

Great food, fast service, great customer service

After receiving my order wrong, the staff were incredibly helpful and considerate! They fixed the issue immediately and the issue was resolved quickly. I was super happy with how my issue was dealt. Lovely staff, highly recommend this branch!!!

We opted for the service where they bring it out to you. We'll we waited 20 minutes no sign of it, so I phoned them and they brought it straight out. It had obviously been done but they forgot to bring it out so it wasn't very hot when we got it. Tasted good but service very poor

Ordered 7.15pm text to say on way at 7.38pm called at 8.10 as still not here spoke to a lady called jan utterly useless and unhelpful. Couldn't tell me why order not showed up or where it was or even if it was processed... avoid

Customer service horrendous, walk in the store and you may aswel be invisible, i had to make the effort after 5 minutes of waiting or would of been stood there until closing time.

Fair play you make s**t pizzas! Second pizza on the bonce that you delivered in a mess, had a double decker base or what ever you call it. Your driver must of been throwing it about in his car or it could have be when he pretty much throw it in to my hands and rushed back to his car…Eaten half of the pizza offered the rest to the dogs, pretty sure I heard a giggle so I binned it! Also you need to put a little more effort in to your hot wings tasted like a ball bags! On a positive note I really like the blue on the boxes you use! Nice way to waste my money pretty sure you have lost a customer.

It took 42 minutes from ordering our food for it to be out for delivery, 20 minutes of that was spent in the quality check stage of the pizza tracker. It then took 15/20minutes for it to actually be delivered and we don't live that far away. When the food eventually arrived it was as if it was made yesterday, hot wings were dry and the pizza's were dry and getting tough to chew.

Ordered 2 pizzas for a treat asked to change meatballs 1st pizza arrived with meatballs on,no changes. Second pizza was the burger one,asked for no gerkhins that was done but hey ho no burger sauce on pizza. What's the point of burger pizza without sauce. It was bland and tasteless. On a plus pizza was delivered hot

A long time customer but tonight’s pizza was shocking We ordered 3 large pizzas and they were dry with next to no cheese, so burnt and bubbling, had a kids party and most of it left over for the bin, just over £40 spent and now they charge delivery for £2.00 even though we are up the road and the large pizza has also shrunk and the size of a medium!! You have just lost a life long member. Why do these companies scrimp on something that is already over priced to risk losing their customer base. There is now no reason what so ever to return to dominos.

The poor reviews about the standard of hygiene in Caerphilly Domino’s are certainly valid. We ordered dinner from here tonight and found a long black hair embedded into the cheese of our pizza. I’m pregnant so it especially worries me that there is such a lack of hygiene here and I have now eaten some of this food. Reading previous reviews from others reporting the lack of hand washing, hair not being tied back, basic hygiene measures not being followed absolutely correlates with what we found in our pizza tonight. Awaiting customer service action to resolve this currently. Actually makes me want to be sick and is totally unacceptable. Disgusting.

Only 2 stars because of the APB cameras in the car park will automatically send fines out for staying over 30 minutes.

The person who served my friend went straight back to handling food without washing their hands gross.

Avoid at all costs! I have phoned twice and emailed asking for a refund. They lied twice and said they were refunding the money I paid for food that was never delivered. I even emailed the head office customer service. Nothing! So basically, they charged me for food and then never delivered it and won't give me my money back. 3 weeks and still waiting!!! Disgusting.

Poor service. Made the wrong pizza and once it arrived home called them and they wouldn’t deliver a new one because it’s about 90 seconds ‘out of range’ of delivery. Only offered me a refund for the one pizza. No apology. Tried to convince me on the phone it was what I ordered when I had my order in front of me.

Ordered pizza online, rang and asked for not much cheese on it. When i got home I am sure they put extra cheese on it. Phoned the store and asked for it to be refunded, woman on the phone very rude said to bring the pizza back then hung up. When i took the pizza back the staff were all pointing blame to eachother. Very unprofessional. Think they need adult supervision there as the kids are clearly doing whatever they like. Absolute joke!

Lovely pizza and sides but couldn't even eat the cookies as they were so burnt on the bottom they tasted discusting .

Staff not wearing masks all condradating around the food, not wearing gloves when handling the food, the hair not up tidy hair being down. The app is saying the food is done but when I collect my food they told me it's not done very unhappy with my service

Wrong order. Appalling customer service from Siam who claimed to be the Manager but is actually not. Avoid at all cost! Papa John’s in future. You have lost a loyal customer.

Was considering buying a pizza but on observing the staff kneading the dough, no face mask,no gloves, wiping his mouth and returning to kneading dough without washing his hands even!! I thought better of it!! Under the current circumstances with covid 19 you would think this is the minimum they could do!!! Absolutely shameful!

Pizza was delivered sooner than requested, all tho we had a good deal for 3 large pizzas don't think will be buying again: pizza was dry and bit rubbery and had to look hard for chicken on chicken pizza. Will give Pappa John or local pizza a go next time.

I have no negative comments on this place.I love this place great pizza's nice gooey cookies too! I'll be coming back soon too it. Keep the business running.

Food great some items expensive

Easy to order via website and ready and waiting when I arrived.

Ordered a solo deal, cause it's a thursday I expect it wouldn't be too bad, on the app it said up to 35mins, 50mins later I was still waiting, food arrived looking like it had been put through for another time for a warm up and still arrived freezing cold. Went to go snack on my cookies having warmed my pizza up myself and they were like bricks, almost breaking my teeth! Second time ordering from this dominos and both times have taken almost a hr! I now remembered why I dont order dominos.

Ordered food for a thursday night, solo meal deal. Pizza, wedges and cookies. On the app it said 20 to 35mins. 50mins later I was still waiting. When it finally came I sat down to enjoy it and the pizza looked like it had been put on the conveyor belt for a second time to warm it up as it was burnt slightly. And to top it off it was freezing cold. The wedges werent too bad. Then I went to go snack on my cookies and they were like bricks almost breaking my teeth on them... very disappointed! I now remember why I dont order dominoes in caerphilly as this is the second time it has taken almost a hour to arrive and I've only ordered twice!

Good quality of food in this dominos but dominosnis way too expensive for what you get

Better tasting pizza in a box in morrisons and cheaper.

Although the pizza is great at times, it's expensive and the sides are boring.

Store really needs to be refurbished in some way. Looking over the counter is doesn't look that all appealing. However, staff have been great. Never had trouble with my orders.

I was very disappointed with my pizza tonight, I cannot eat cheese therefore I ask for extra tomato sauce so that it's not dry but the last few times I've ordered I have recieved a dry pizza.

I would just like to say thank you to all the staff. for looking after a 82yr old lady. that had broken down. on Sunday 10 Nov. they went above and beyond their normal job .to help her until I turned up to recover her car. I am taking this opportunity to show there are still so good people out there .as people only find the time to complain. and not praise the ones who do good

Overpriced but good Monday deals

It’s Dominos, you know exactly what you’re going to get and they don’t disappoint. Their app allows you to tailor your pizza and their delivery times are always very good. It might not be the cheapest takeaway meal but if you get the right deal it’s certainly large and tasty.

Would give this place no stars, second time ordering and there will not be a third, first time pizza was delivered cold and second time ordered pizza for delivery the man on the phone was abrupt, told us our pizza will be with us in 30 to 40 mins, 1hr and 30 mins later still no pizza, phoned them back up only to be told our order wasn't even down for delivery , we were offered a discount on our next pizza, um no thanks dominoes I won't be ordering again.

Updating my 2 year old 5 star review. Constantly given incorrect sides, dips forgotten. Wrong size pizza given tonight tried to say the Italian base shrinks when cook (amazingly to the exact size of a small when you order a medium 🤔) rather than admitting a mistake which happen smirked at me whilst complaining and refusing to admit a mistake. Wonder if a male would have been smirked at? Really really going down hill lately

Good convenient food just a bit expensive

Increased the price of the everyday special and got rid of the cookies, may aswell bend me over at this point ffs. I hope that this was a mistake and I'll wake up tomorrow to see that my regular everyday special is back. Tamping.

Very expensive for what it is go to Asda have your own just as good if not better a third of the price mind you you have to put it in an oven for 10 minutes

Food was wrong. Re-made but was very sloppy with toppings.

The last 4 times we have either ordered on line or gone into store the pizzas have always been wrong, they even tried giving me a pizza they had just received back from another customer, they had given them my pizza, which they had taken home and brought back, and don't bother asking for a refund as no one In store is authorised to give them, they have had to much dishonesty as staff have been refunding onto their own cards WTAF, this was the excuse I was told why I couldn't have a refund, the girl behind the counter said I'll write down your card details and ill put them on the manager's desk ( the office door is wide open) I'll get the manager to authorise a refund on Monday, it took nearly a week to get back to my account, and if they are so dishonest did I feel safe about leaving my details no I did not, i complained to head office and they tried to fob me off with £20 and said that's company policy regardeding refunds so I've got a policy for you, shove your £20 and remove me from your data base. Rude dishonest and generally bad customer service.

Bad Custoner Service, I arrived and they told me it wasn't ready to collect yet. I had to wait 10 min even though the pizza was indeed ready. but because the only person at the till was on the phone I had to wait another 5 min, by the time they gave me my pizza it was already warm to cold.

Went in to order gluten free pizzas and girl on the desk told us they didn't take orders for that in store and we'd have to go online to order it from there. So, we are effectively told to go away and order something online from the place we were literally just standing in as opposed to simply ordering it face to face. Ridiculous. Won't be back

Very disappointed in service at your establishment, told to wait 20minutes for our order yet writhin 15minutes you had given our order to someone else who had brought it back into the store also shocked at the reason why you couldn't give a refund for the purchase we hadn't even recieved very disappointed

My son ordered pizza for delivery only to get a phone call of the driver to go and pick from the next Street over in the rain if you are a delivery driver take it to the door simple not

3 hour wait on a Wednesday night?!?

Everytime I order items missing send out New delivery still missing items offer £5 having spent £30 to have order wrong twice shocking service rude staff who say I should treat them with respect ! Last time I think !

Pizza was dripping and soggy with bbq sauce with lots of air pockets. Really bad and tasted bad. Called to complain and customer service was appalling, a kid on the other end saying that there was nothing they could do!!! Said that they can't refund as we had 2 pizzas and one had 4 slices eaten and mine which was awful had one slice. Am a regular customer and the quality has gone down hill. Not worth the money. I had a dominos in melksham and it was delicious!!! Caerphilly is run by kids who don't know what they are doing! So annoyed!!!!! And frustrated!!! Called back to speak to manager and they blocked my call!!! Will be visiting them tomorrow!!! 😤

Ordered two pizzas for Sunday evening in front of the TV.. one of the pizzas had so much BBQ sauce on it was inedible. Called the branch to complain and ask for a refund to be told that a half refund was not possible. I’d eaten half of the other pizza so unless I could return both no refunds!! The guy on the phone was passing on messages from the Manager who repeated perhaps 20 times, it’s company policy to not give part refunds.. I’m now going to try head office. Overall the level of customer service is really very poor, surely it would have been easier to refund the 2x £9.99 pizza and have a customer who passes on good customer service reviews rather than writing this review and never using them again.. very short sighted considering we’ve order perhaps 20 times in the last 18 months. Do not use this branch if you can

Went online to order at 5.55pm to use the 50% off code by 6pm then paid on my card which was declined but i know i had money in there. Went back to reorder and was told my basket was no longer available . So phoned the shop spoke to the manager. He took my order and gave me the code for 50% off . So he wrote it down half meat feast half barbecue chicken . All sorted so i thought . Delivery came only to be 2 pieces barbecue chicken and the rest meat feast . Rang the shop a girl answered explained what happened only to be told by her that if we was that upset over a pizza then we shouldnt of ate it asked to speak to the manager and she gave attitude and hung up . So again phoned the manager told him i will send him a pic of the pizza to prove what we had . And cuz we both starving and ate the pizza he wouldnt do anything about it . Then he said he will ring me back but low and behold he couldnt be bothered . Good management mate and give your staff training for good customer skills ..

First time using dominoes Caerphilly for some time instead of Papa John's. But, Poor service, confused phone operator. Cut off after the order before I could leave a name. Would not re answer for 16 minutes. No wonder Pappa John's is doing so well.

My kids love the food from here, it's handy because their delivery is always good and quick.
