Orderd 2 breakfasts. Only 1 delievered.. no option to contact cafe. only options for refund....Nice when 2 of us wanted breakfast. Won't be ordering again.

Cold, sausage and bacon done to death, missing 2eggs 2 toast and 1 hash brown. Poached egg rubbery. No butter on toast.

Missed the black pudding on both breakfasts

Breakfast are nice, but chips are stone cold and soggy

I've been waiting 2 hrs and the site is saying delivered but I still haven't had it. they kept pushing my delivery time back.if they can't deliver they shouldn't take the orders.

No extra sausages delivered which cost £1.55 each

Didn’t have no mushrooms with my breakfast only had 1 slice of bacon when I was supposed to have had 2, i orderd extra bacon wat I paid for didn’t have that eithe not happy at all

There was no black pudding on my breakfast which was highly disappointing as that's why I ordered from you and no where else just for the black pudding! I won't be ordering from here again

Popular cafe in the town, lots of choice for meals hot and cold had tea and sandwiches which were very reasonable priced.

Absolutely disgusting breakfast, the egg white still had slimey stuff where it wernt cooked, ordered extra bacon and flat mushroom which wernt delivered, was supposed to be a large breakfast, it wouldn’t have been enuff to feed a child

Order never even turned up!!!, and the restaurant couldn't even make fresh considering my 4 year old was waiting for her food!!!, will never order again!!!

Hash browns were burnt on the edges. Poached egg was rubbery and yolk was hard. Arrived cold. Very 😞

Half of things missing, drinks not here

Asked for scrambled egg, had a hard poached egg and my children's chips were half burnt. Hash browns were rubbery and very overcooked. Shame as always had a nice breakfast from here

forgot items so I had to order elsewhere kinda disappointed cause the food is pretty good.

Toast was missing although the butter was included. Wasn’t the same without a slice of toast.

Food was soggy, didn’t have fried bread. Which is what I paid for.

The cheese and ham toasties were both burnt and no ham inside totally unedible! After sending pictures of my food just eat turned me down for a refund totally unacceptable!

One of the best breakfasts ive had, No grease what so ever on the food. defo order again thank you :-)

You got my order wrong I ordered one cooked breakfast and a veggie breakfast and you sent me both with sausage and bacon. Really disappointing.

Very poor all round. Staff chatting and not paying attention. Were going to have a meal each but the whole cafe need a very thorough clean. The teapots were very grubby! Asked for mugs. Waited ages. Had coffees as didnt want to use the dirty teapots. Many tables had dirty and quite a lot of discarded meals left on them. Eventually I asked a member of staff who passed by to clear a dirty table for us. Not good enough at all. I will be contacting the authorities to make them aware of very poor hygiene standards today. We wont be using the cafe again.

Food was late and wasn't even what I ordered and was cold

Food came not as ordered,I have an allergy to tomatoes and I ordered beans,it came with a tomato plus an extra Item I ordered didn't arrive,not happy with the order,but on the bright side delivery time was spot on. Won't be purchasing again as it wasn't worth the £18.00 with delivery or more,expected more of a breakfast,not good

Slow service rank food chips sausage and fishfingers look and taste like they have been cooked at least twice. No servets was told they would provide something but then got forgotten about. Waited ages for food too.

Missing breakfast and items missing out of every box

Missing items from both breakfasts, I ordered 2 ultimate breakfasts but was missing the 2 x slices of black pudding from both, missing the hash browns from one of the breakfasts.

Shell in my scrambled egg, watery and the food was 2 hours late.

Ordered food that was vegetarian friendly. Some idiot sends me a ham and cheeses toastie instead of the cheese only toastie. You had one job, it’s really not that difficult

Paid extra for sausage with my bacon roll nothing came also paid for 3 lots of toast also missing shambles of a service

Ordered a cooked breakfast. Missing beans and extra fried bread that I paid for

Delivery on time and food hot. Unfortunately, scrambled egg had a lot of egg shell in it. In the end I couldn’t eat it so was wasted. And paid extra for bacon and one very small slice of bacon was given that was stone cold.

Great quality service from reastrant every time. Just some bad JustEat drivers.

Went for a bit of brunch with someone thought I would get avocado and eggs on toast well let's just say I might as well have got bread with eggs, toast wasn't toasty and I had a slither of avocado the eggs were nice but not worth the £4.49 at all. My friend got a jacket potato with cheese, hardly any butter and the potato was powdery. Honestly don't bother

Missing items. Mushrooms not added. Extra egg paid for, not added. Food is freezing.

I don't know why I bother going here it never changes. I don't know if its that they don't have enough staff or just poor team management. No seems to know what they are doing. Speed of service could be a lot faster. And the customer service is something to be desired. They never have enough stock. I think so serious training is needed for the team and the management.

Only 2 staff dirty dishes everywhere no clean cups for coffee so cardboard ones. They should be ashamed

We both had fish and chips the portion of chips were very small and chips were overdone. One piece of battered fish was well over done to such an extent struggled to cut through the batter. Our table was dirty and the napkin dispensers were empty all the time we were seated. We were at our table. We were waiting a fairly long time for our food. They had possibly been busy before our arrival but also seemed short staffed. IHolly a staff member was really helpful and very friendly. One other Thing to mention there was no toilet seat on the one toilet in Morrisons I share this review because my experience within other Morrison cafes has been exceptional in every way.

Went for a snack and was told that the menu on show was not relevant as new one coming out ...watched 4 people ask for food to be told no ..what is the point

The cafe was cold, i was glad I had my coat on. The order took 20 minutes to come but to be fair the bacon rolls were good. A few people around me were complaining about the service being too slow. I would not go there again, there are plenty of cafe 's locally which are warm and inviting and much better service. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Food is really nice but they never order eniugh in the advertise a meal deal starting at 3pm which includes fush and chips but by the staff own admission run out if fush by about 12.30pm

Bought potatoes and garlic and onions yesterday with dates of the 24th of april on them. The potatoes were rotted all the way through, you expect it from on or two in the packet but it was every single one! Not cheap potatoes either. Full price meat of the date of the same day which smells when brought home! Its getting diabolical, not only the food is no good the staff are useless. All with a cant be bothered attitude changes need to be made! A few months ago i ate in the cafe and i had a cup of coffee food was okay as expected for the price but i could not find a clean mug! With staff being rude to me when asking for a clean mug There is never any stock on the shelves! Like i said changes seriously need to be made for this supermarket to turn around!! One unhappy customer!!!!

This is a big breakfast for £6. The bacon and sausages are quite nice, black pudding, fried bread, fried egg, beans, mushrooms. They had ran out of hash browns so I had an extra sausage not realising that I had 3 on there already. I ordered toast - I didn't need it, was full enough with the Big Daddy. Free sauces and condiments. Typical for a supermarket cafe, but would go back.

Had to ask for a refund on a cold breakfast. Bacon was stone cold. Egg well that was hard beans cold mushroom cold. Waiting 20 minutes for food is never a good start. Was told we couldn't have come as they didn't have time to change the gas. No but told tea was available but no tea spoons. Every time we eat here it's the same. When I asked a member of staff for a refund she ignored me and started to talk to another member of staff. I think we will give this place a miss in future .

Tables covered in dirty plates and crockery, hardly anything on the menu actually available, managed to get a fork but no clean knives. Unpleasant personified

Service was great, very friendly and food came quickly. Food was a good standard and prices are low. However the cutlery was dirty, tables were sticky and there were flys which put me off eating here again.

A big daddy breakfasts is very good priced and very large, it is worth the price, staff are friendly and always cutlery there and condiments, cant fault the service, price and food. Also kids have a free breakfast with adult breakfast, you cant go wrong.

A special big breakfast "The Big Daddy" for Father's Day. It was alright - not bad value. Service was good. Would go back for a breakfast.

I went to morrison here some time ago. when I went to go and get some tomarto sause. I found a huge hairy spider in there. So, therefore I told one of the ladys and she got fid of it. today I went there again and my father asked for sausage, beans, mushroom, fried egg and fried toast. Then, they brought out scrambled egg, just toast and it had tomartos and they just compleatly messed up the order. I found it rubbish. although the food was OK.

Had a big breakfast, weren't allowed to change thing you didn't like on it you had to just take it off what you didn't like, cutlery were filthy, almost all of it was reheated bacon was the worst and the toast was basically bread, one side was slightly toasted. Only good thing about it is the sausage. Will never eat here again.

Close it down! Hygiene was disgusting. The manger had to do most of work. When he did brought out cutlery which was meant to be clean. Bin men entering kitchen n service counter.staff gossiping and extremely abrupt. Would seriously go to hospital after eating here.# filthy

I frequent about 5 stores in my area and use the cafés as they are convenient. However they have been going downhill for quite some time. Today was the same as usual - 25 minute wait for food that is overcooked and pretty tasteless. Tables not cleared or cleaned, unavailable or unclean cutlery, general untidiness around the place. Majority of the staff do their best but staffing levels have been cut and the customer is suffering. Think I will be sticking to sandwiches in future!

Use 2-3 timea per week helpful and friendly staff.Good value for money

We like to go here later in the afternoon on weekdays to make the most of the kids eat free meal deal. We can feed the 4 of us with a good sized meal and drinks for under £12 which is an absolute bargain!! Although it can get very busy here and a lot of the items on the menu can be unavailable but this might just be down to the times we arrive. All round it's a cheap and cheerful place to eat in Caerphilly.

Its a clean and tidy place staff are helpful and friendly the food is ok.

Went shopping at Morrison’s , smelt the cooking , so went for a meal very tasty and good value for what it cost clean and tidy there .

Food was cold..coffee was disgusting..wouldnt recommend to anyone..had to clean the cutlery myself as there was food left on it.

There are several choices of places to go for breakfast but, for me, Morrisons is by far the best choice. Good choice from toast, up to a huge full English (though I guess I should say Welsh) plateful. Nicely cooked and tasty.

Love the jacket potatoes and the toasty sandwich meals but hubby is vegetarian and since changing the menu there's nothing much for veggies on the menu.

Visited the cafe for lunch with my 2 year old. She loves the chicken bites, cant get enough of them. J dont mind because they are much better quality than mcdonalds or frozen ones.

Very slow and seemingly under trained staff, was asked to repeat order several times and after about 30 minutes of waiting for a breakfast both meals where wrong, staff didn't seem to keen on fixing the mistake. Rather poor service however price is decent and hot drinks machine was good, the ones that worked that is.

Average service gets very busy and had to clean our own table was next to impossible to reach the baby food facilities, would also recommend that the tables get designated numbers the whole table cards are way out of fashion and I watched my food go from table to table whilst having to shout to flag the staff down, food it's self was ok considering the last time I was hear it was dreadful

Always awful. Long waits, terrible service, never seem to know what they are doing or have any stock of the most basic things.

Have had a drink or quick bite to eat here loads of times over the years but I won't be visiting there anytime soon after the last three visits over two months have been dire. The cafe is badly understaffed and tables are left cluttered and dirty for very long periods with staff just walking pass the mess. Food and drink is acceptable for a supermarket cafe so no major issues there but recently the place (especially early evenings and weekends) is home to groups of young teens who one one occasion were a big pain as were being very loud and speaking around very rude and vulgar topics loud enough for everyone to hear. The quiet member of staff seemed to scarred to speak to them but they were eventually asked by a more experienced lady to leave as they were not eating or drinking. They were saying they go there for the free WiFi. The same girls were also the day after airing in the children's site on ride by the store entrance being cheeky to customers leaving. The store is becoming a hang out for loud teens just because the free WiFi. It is intimidating and this should be looked in to.

Having visited the café for many a year now. I am glad to see all the new renovations. Much nicer, more modern and a little more comfortable. The menu has also become more modern, even with Lamb Shank dinners which is fabulous and lots more choice with sandwiches drinks and full dinners. Even though a self service cafe. It is lovely to sit down and have your freshly cooked dinner brought to you. The fish and chip dinner is much improved but the chips tasteless as most places are. The lamb shank dinner is very nice for a cafe and could rival a few restaraunts in the area for sure The sandwiches are always fresh but not much filling and a little over priced. The coffee isen't the best quality but ok if thirsty. The hot chocolate is quite yummy. All in all the prices are pretty fair, just a few need revising due to poor quality. That's just a few recommendations, Pop in and treat yourself after all that hard work shopping.Meet a friend for coffee & cake.Plenty of free parking outside. And the place is kept quite clean all round. Nice to see the staff in appropriate uniforms.But their customers pay their wages & it costs nothing to SMILE. Well done Morrisons for the improvements

Me and my wife decided to eat here, we both had the beef curry with rice & a man bread, the curry and naan bread were excellent, the rice let the dish down for it was dry and lumpy, we still ate it, the staff are friendly, overall very nice, will definitely eat here again.
