Lovely fresh food, prepared in no time at all, had smashed avocado on toast with chili jam, looked great and tasted great. Relaxed atmosphere with a view of the castle - highly recommended

I had my wedding reception here. The staff were amazing, they set up the tables perfectly. The food was cooked on site and it was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were very accommodating.

What a find this was, just looking for somewhere for a cuppa. Never had such a lovely hot chocolate, plus the surprise of a mini chocolate ice cream. Oh my gosh, that was not only the cutest thing I've ever seen l, it was delicious. Thanks, we will now go home and tell everyone about it.

Whole breakfast was fried in grease , worse breakfast I’ve ever had , it’s cheaper and better going to Wetherspoons , never again

Burger was okay but ordered off uber eats and didn’t receive my drink or onion rings( despite paying £6 extra for these). Will not be ordering again, very disappointed.

Absolutely livid. How rediculous to have a 1 hour 30mins parking limit at the Caerphilly drive through where we sat in. I did not see the parking eye sign and I'm usually on the ball looking for signs . I'm going to check where they are next time I'm in the location. I will not be sitting in at this store anymore and spending my money. It's clearly not a place to sit, eat and enjoy company when you have only 1.5hrs.

Food was lovely - really lovely - and not overly spicy for the ‘medium hot’ dishes we ordered. Staff were very friendly and obliging and the restaurant was spotlessly clean. The only reason for the 4 stars for atmosphere was because we were the only people in there - hard to believe when the food is so good! We’ll definitely be back, highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can't fault them food was absolutely bang on chips were crispy chicken was tender and wraps were fresh and to doe for fp first time ordering think I found my new go to place. Keep up the quality

Hello We quite often visit crossways Caerphilly and Paul (The manager) and the staff are always very accommodating . Great food and an all round great time. Tonight was no exception but I need to say and extra huge thank you to a lady called Keeley (sorry if I spelt it wrong) My daughter who is 7 was choking on a tortilla and I went into panick mode and couldn’t help her everything was a bit of a blur but i was shouting for help I Remember keeley coming over very calmly and taking my daughter and doing the correct manoeuvres to dislodge the tortilla I cannot thank her, Paul and all the other members of staff who helped and were concerned. We were checked on throughout the rest of our stay and my daughter was given an ice cream as she didn’t want her food. Paul also kept asking if I was ok as I think I was in shock for a while. Without the correctly trained staff, this could have been much worse keeley absolutely saved my daughter tonight and I’ll be eternally grateful there was a young boy who works there that was concerned too. I cannot thank them all enough ❤️
