Caerphilly Rugby Function Room in Caerphilly

I had my wedding reception here. The staff were amazing, they set up the tables perfectly. The food was cooked on site and it was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were very accommodating.

Would like to thank Chris & Rachel @ Caerphilly rugby club ... what a lovely couple ... when we booked this we asked loads and loads of questions they were extremely accommodating and the roomWas perfect ... the bar staff were fab and everyone commented and said how great everything went ... even the end of the night they did everything just asked what we would like to keep and kept it safe untill the next day!! thanks so much for helping us celebrate we love it !!!

Well what can I say apart from awesome l. As a local Caerphilly based organisation we have held 2 children's parties at this venue (150 adults with 50+ children) with our party being held on 28th July this year and Chris the Steward and the whole team are the most delightful and helpful people to deal with - nothing is too much trouble and everything is dealt with in a "yes of course" attitude and always a smile - they all go out their way to make sure everything is done just the way you need it to be, even finding space for the kids events organisers and her team room to dress into their outfits!!! Chris and Rachel thank you very much for your kindness and accommodating all our needs in order to ensure everyone had a great time - the feedback has been fabulous and everyone had a great time this year even with the rainy weather HUGE THANK YOU from all of us

Celebramos nuestra boda aquí la semana pasada para nuestra boda Vow renovaciones y fue increíble día! No podría haber pedido nada mejor, la habitación era preciosa tenía decorado por bodas que eran preciados recomendado por Chris, tuvimos más de 90 clientes y era justo el tamaño de la habitación. Pedimos la mano a través de Chris antes de prosecco y después de un par de horas a nuestros clientes había pasado todo! Así que Chris era lo suficientemente encantador para salir y comprar más para nosotros! Tuvimos el buffet de plata y fue increíble todos mis clientes comentó lo bonito que era que estábamos muy contentos y tomamos el estrés de que si teníamos para suministrar el servicio de catering, todo el personal era muy amable y servicial que no podría haber deseado un partido mejor gracias todos tanto a Chris y el equipo de rugby en el club caerphilly!Sr. y Sra. Mounty

Yo entramos en el otro Domingo Caerphilly RFC simplemente para tomar un trago. Que me recibieron calurosamente la limpiadora de Chris de zapatos y su esposa al ser Raquel. Había una generosa variedad de quesos, galletas y pan blanco recién cortadas y marrón. La tabla de quesos era magnífico, compuesto de queso Cheddar, Queso Stilton, Manchego, ahumado, etc., etc., y todo era gratis. El bar salón estaba lleno de clientes regulares que era un grupo simpático. Entre ellos había un ingeniero, un tiler, un chico que chuletas, por árboles un tío que era un experto en caballos y un chico que bebidas Premier y cae dormido, creo que su nombre es Glen. Pasé un tiempo estupendo y nos quedamos allí más de lo previsto después de haber probado la cerveza, vino y gin tonic. Todo a precios muy razonables. Recomiendo este lugar a todo el mundo.

Recientemente se celebró una fiesta de cumpleaños 50 aquí para mí. Las azafatas eran muy serviciales todos a través de los arreglos también hicieron todas las comidas la comida era deliciosa y abundante. El disco también fue recomendado por el club y él era fantástico también gracias Chris y Rachel son fantásticos y no dudaría tener más funciones allí.

Attended a family wedding function, had a brilliant night with great service. Got to admit, was shocked with the quality and quantity of the buffet it was well worth the money. Would highly recommend

Organicé una sorpresa 65th fiesta de cumpleaños de mi esposa, en este lugar. Tanto Chris, y Rachel eran absolutamente geniales, a ayudar a solucionar las cosas por mí. El bufé era mejor que nada suministrado, lo he experimentado antes en ningún sitio. Organizaron la decoración de la habitación para mí, y el disco. Todo me lo solucionaron, para mí fue genial, y tomó mucho estrés fuera de mí. El personal del bar eran absolutamente genial, es muy bueno para servir a muchas personas, y muy agradable mientras lo hace. Si alguien está buscando un lugar para bodas, fiestas, etc. Este es el lugar para ir, no puedo agradecer lo suficiente, por todo lo que hizo por mí.

This is located within Caerphilly rugby club. Its perfectly suited to medium sized celebrations and they offer a full bar and buffet service. Seating is comfortable and there are large tables to sit small groups if required. Toilets arent the best, but are clean and functional. The staff really try to go the extra mile, and the club has a nice atmosphere about it. There is ample parking outside the venue.

Caerphilly rugby club was my chosen venue for celebrating my 40th birthday. The evening was perfect. Big enough to invite a large number of people but not too big that when people leave it feels empty. Chris the steward was really helpful and couldn't do enough for us and all of the staff were polite, friendly and efficient. I would definitely use this venue again and highly recommend it!

My self and daughter in law just hosted a charity night in caerphilly rugby club. We contacted Chris who talked us through the process of booking the room, sent us Buffett menus. He also sorted out table clothes for us. We decorated the room ourselves with Chris helping us to arrange the tables and chairs. It was a fantastic night. The atmosphere was brilliant. The bar staff were friendly. Drinks reasonable price and the Buffett was excellent. We booked for 95 people. There was plenty of food. Nice hot potatoes and stunning sausages. A good variety of sandwiches and miry more items. The rugby club even provided takeaway cartons for people to take home left over food. The only criticism we have is that it felt a little bit tight in the Room with the amount of people we had in the room. I would defiantly book caerphilly rugby club again and recommend it to others.

Hired the function room on 3 sept and I would recommend this venue. Staff were great and tended to everything plus the food was fab. If we have another party again we will be booking caerphilly Rugby club. Thanks Chris and staff

This is an ideal venue whether rain or shine the staff are extremely helpful and our willing to serve you quickly at the bar... Any questions or queries Chris will do his best to assist you and make sure that you are enjoying yourselves. Thank you once again...

Great night live music with an amazing singer and a fab buffett . Good crowd all having fun. Paid entrance which originally thought was expensive but not after entertainment and food

This is a good Venue for any function. The function room is of a good size. The staff are very welcoming and the bar has a very wide range. The price for room hire/entertainment/food and drink are very reasonable. I highly recommend this venue.

Superb local venue with superb contact from club steward Chris from start to finish. Had a great night for our engagement here - plenty of room for our 50+ guests and still had room to dance AND swing a cat or three! Great choice of drink stocked at the bar too, thanks Chris and the team for a memorable night!

Cannot recommend Caerphilly rugby club enough for its Sunday lunch. 3 course menu usually £12.50 sometimes £10 if you keep an eye out on their Facebook page. Good choice and variety of starters, mains and desserts. The decor could be updated but the food is quality!

Superb service from the first contact that we had with Chris at the club. Very personable and made us feel as if the club realy wanted our business.Great atmosphere in the room and a varied and well stocked buffet which we would thoroughly recommend. Overall the club can't be faulted on their service and helped me to celebrate a very enjoyable and memorable evening. Thank You

I have been to many functions at the Rugby Club and the room always looks Stunning. The staff are always hard working and very friendly. There is plenty of drink options from draught beers/lagers/cider to every kind of spirit and lots of wine. The Buffet is superb plenty of choice and lots of it. I would highly recommend this function room to anyone looking for something special Weddings, Birthdays or Anniversary. I look forward to the next function.

The room for hire is set out beautiful, very friendly staff with both the food and drinks very good with great choice. Visited Saturday to a Summer Ball and wow the room was dressed awesome, would not have looked better in 5 star hotel. great organised artist who travelled from Preston. She was well worth the visit. would be great venue for a wedding or special function, room is just the right size to give an atmosphere.
