We had a lovely breakfast here, lovely service, food came quickly, thoroughly enjoyed it. Fair priced for a popular seaside town. Well definitely be back :)
This place had character about it. Not plush or fancy and a little cramped in the main dining area but the lovely view out of the window watching the steam train, the lovely food and relaxed atmosphere made it a pleasant experience. We had a mix of food between us. Pasta dishes, sloppy joe wrap and a sandwich. Added bonus was that the eatery is dog friendly. Our dog was welcomed in without problems.
Visited Aberdovey for a weekend away with my wife and two kids, stumbled across this place on a rainy day and ended up staying roughly 4 hours. Staff are super friendly and welcoming, drinks are superb and the music creates a really nice modern vibe, would definitely reccomend to anyone visiting the area, wether that be as a family, couple or even for drinks with friends. We will definitely be visiting again!
So frustrating when businesses don't update hours or close early.
Arrived 4.40 on a sunny afternoon and closed.
Luckily your competitors were open so wouldn't give your co preferential treatment in future.
This cafe is picture perfect & if my memory is correct dates back to 13th Century.
It is right in the centre of Aberdaron with lots of outdoor seating.
We had a dog with us, so sat outside. Tables & seating are getting to the point that they could do with a bit of refurbishment.
We had a coffee, cold brink & Bakewell tart. All were good & would revisit.
Tried Pili Papas for the first time today for lunch and experienced high quality, high value, delicious food and drink. I would highly recommend. I had the Welsh rarebit with crispy bacon, which is served with a lovely side salad, it was absolutely delicious. My husband has homemade quiche with chips, which also came with a huge side salad. The portions are generous, the value is amazing.
Having visited just before Christmas and had a wonderful experience we decided to return with family.
Disappointed that the only savoury part of the afternoon tea this time were sandwiches.
Please do not put cucumber on the Prawn sandwiches as not everyone likes cucumber and although I removed mine my sandwich still tasted of cucumber which I hate.
We. all agreed that there were way too many sweet items and not enough savoury items, although everything we tasted was excellent I think it needs to be more balanced with savoury v sweet.
Still rate Y Felin 5 stars as the service was excellent and the food although too sweet for us was excellent quality.
This a great little watering hole in Criccieth. We are always made welcome and good range of beers and drinks with a great outdoor space too. We always end up chatting with fellow drinkers and learn so much about local events, nice walks and places to eat. A great pub in hear of community
We had such a great meal here we went back again 2 days later. The bar was busy both nights, dogs welcome. Friendly staff, fast service of the food. Large choice of specials. We had sweet and sour beef which came with prawn crackers, beef tagine with garlic bread. With each main we then had loads of choices of what we wanted it served with, but chips and rice was an easy choice. Food very well presented, delicious and filling. Good choice of traditional puddings. It's an informal eating venue with a pool table as well. We strongly recommend this as high quality, excellent value food.

The food is world class, the accommodation is simply beautiful and every member of the hotel staff is attentive and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble at this fabulous hotel, we are returning for the 8th time and I can't wait to visit many more, outstanding
