We booked 12 of us, 6 adults 6 teenagers, what can we say, we arrived starving have just climbed snowdon, we left stuffed!!! The food was amazing!! Beautifully cooked, well presented, tasted divine!!! Staff were mostly fantastic, occasionally missing when we wanted to order more drinks or pay the bill lol but that didn't impact the evening, was advised to order between 2 and 4 dishes each so we did, the portion sizes were on the generous side, no one left hungry!!! We had the famous pork belly, husband said it was the best he had, calamari, spring tolls, duck flat bread, chicken tacos, halloumi taco, chicken skewers, ragu, muscles, prawns, basically we pretty much tried everything, the only meh was the garlic chips, just some chips with a dollop of garlic mayo on top but still tasty, will 100% go back if we are in the area again

Have to say first of all, what a great place this is, right on the harbour of caernarfon and the weather today was beautiful. Ordered (we like tapas type meals) mussels, calamari, prawns, potatas bravas, and salt & pepper chips. EVERYTHING was spot on except the salt & pepper chips, bowl of skin on fries with salt and 2 slices of red chilli, we've had waaaay better elsewhere re the chips, the rest was absolutely gorgeous and cooked perfectly. Don't have salt & pepper chips, waste of money.

An excellent, innovative tapas style restaurant. We found one of the dishes a little disappointing, but that is slightly unfair, as really it was very good, just not in the superb category of everything else.

Amazing food, first time having a taco and it did not let me down! Went when it was really busy yet the food still came quickly and with a friendly face from the staff. Definitely worth the trip

We chose 5 dishes between two of us. They were all delicious and served on very attractive plates and bowls. We didn't have room for desserts so maybe fewer savoury choices next time so we can try the puddings! We also had a great view as we were sitting by the window. We will definitely come back.

I never write reviews but felt I had to after today’s meal. Pretty much faultless. Tapas style food to go with decent mains. Very tasty, top notch food for a sensible price. Very impressed.

Perfect evening with friends. Absolutely gorgeous food, couldn’t fault it all. Best vegetarian meal I have ever had so highly recommend the vegetarian tacos.

Situated at the quay-side right by the castle, we found this restaurant to be the best in town. We had their speciality crispy pork belly tapas which was excellent and their calamari starter was too. The mains of crispy beef tacos and glazed chicken skewers were excellent too. We loved the salt & pepper fries. I also had the espresso martini which was rich and refreshing. Their Bakewell cocktail was like an adult cherryade. The staff were very friendly. Family loved it. Overall excellent.

Food is incredible, staff attentive and friendly, will be going out of our way to revisit soon.

We had a lovely meal here last night, we ordered 4 different dishes and 2 side dishes. The sea bass, chicken skewers and cauliflower dishes were all absolutely beautiful, as were the salt & chilli chips. The crispy beef tacco's wouldn't order again but everything else 10/10, including the atmosphere and the staff. We had a lovely warm welcome and everyone was so lovely, warm and friendly. Would definitely recommend a visit

Went for a coffee there today....very reasonable prices, staff were really friendly, coffee was excellent, and hot, sat outside and enjoyed a lovely view...definitely worth a visit.

What an amazing place for a meal. Lovely well presented and good choice. I had the pork belly with satay sauce and my wife had the chicken skewers. Go for the house red which was lovely. The staff and chefs were second to none. Don't miss the opportunity.

Great find, value,quality and fantastic service. This is the second time we’ve taken advantage of the the bottomless brunch offer. A lovely welcome with a special birthday touch by friendly staff. The tapas were gorgeous, especially the chorizo in honey and cider, which was honestly the best chorizo tapas we have had. Thank you to all. We will definitely be coming back.

Have been wanting to try here for awhile . Not disappointed! On arrival we received a warm welcome . We had a lovely meal tonight. The menu is small but we managed to mix it up. We had mussels(main dish) to share between us and the beef short ribs and sea bass were both delicious.There could be a couple of more starters on offer. We shared a lovely toffee and butterscotch sponge for desert. Our waitress was really lovely, friendly and so attentive. She also was good recommending wine. Good value for money. We will be back at some point. Look forward to sitting outside staring at the water and Caernarfon Castle with a few small plates and a bottle of wine.

An excellent experience from the moment we stepped into this lovely restaurant - had a very warm welcome on arrival. We both ordered the special of the evening - steak and prawns - which was absolutely delicious 👌 We also ordered the salt and pepper chips to share - which was again lovely. Drinks were flowing, good choice of beers, wines and cocktails. Enjoyed the brownie too! It was a very busy evening - the staff were all working very hard to give everyone a fantastic evening. Stunning please. staff fantastic. Great prices Restaurant is a beautiful place to eat. the food was out of this world. We went as a party of 5 (with a autistic child) and the staff where just outstanding so accommodating very patient. Customer service was above and beyond I would highly recommend this restaurant if your ever in the area thank you so much for making our lunch and giving us a brilliant experience specially when I had the added pressure of my child who just needed that little bit of patients and wow you delivered everything perfectly. it really was appreciated. Great little restaurant in a good location. The menu is small and a bit of a mish mash of tapas dishes - Spanish/European dishes (chorizo) sitting alongside some oriental staples such as sesame prawn toasts but it all seemed to work. We ordered a selection of dishes for four to share and we had more than enough - portions were good and we thoroughly enjoyed each dish. We visited on a cold, very wet Saturday evening and Wales had just lost their rugby world cup quarter final match but we still received a very warm welcome from staff and we had a very pleasant evening there.

We booked a bottomless brunch for 12 people for a hen night. Staff were very accommodating and let us go there early to decorate ready for the ‘hens’ arrival. Food was delicious, very generous portions and all arrived in a timely manner. The staff were friendly our table was looked after by Ella & Mel. They ensured our glasses were always full and the plates were cleared promptly to give us some room for some hen party games. Nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed!! Would highly recommend

Went last week for the first time. Excellent could’nt fault anything. Went again yesterday and new manager new chefs different menu, nothing I fancied on the menu and specials was a guessing game before finally being told only one of them left cos someone ordered 3 just now. We were looking for a place to have diner in this little welsh town. The location is very nice as next to the castle. However the food was very basic and average. Nothing special at all. My chicken pomodoro was undercooked with 2 gnocchis in the bowl… We have also received the starter (garlic bread) after our “mains”. We could have cooked our meals at home ourselves. Great little quaint restaurant, Melanie staff member is excellent helpful and lovely. The menu however didnt represent what was on the on line menu, we requested to sit upstairs and was seated downstairs, not a big issue however why be given the choice when you book online. I had two very nice vegetarian dishes and my husband had the lamb kofta and the chicken skewer, unfortunately the chicken was raw so this dish got sent back and a fresh cooked one was brought out. The manager/owner eventually came over to us to apologise shortly before we were leaving. We paid the bill however nothing was knocked of the price and no form of a compensated drink was offered, even though it was my birthday. It was a shame as a great little restaurant in a great position however we will not be returning.

Limited menu - not what is shown on website. Food arrived at random, with gaps in between. Food was ok, nothing awful but quite bland. Creme brulee for dessert was not a creme brulee, more like a panna cotta . Location great, but some tables cramped - having to get diners on other tables to leave their seat for you to leave your table. Waiting on staa very friendly, although host was somewhat gruff when we arrived - not very welcoming. Expensive for what you got - really disappointed, will not be returning.

A beautiful little tapas bar. Lovely food and amazing service, my fiancee and i were made to right at home from the get go, the best place to eat in Caernarfon, and such a romantic atmosphere with contemporary music in the background. Highly unfriendly place and is not at all infant friendly. The man taking the order was rude and couldn’t give us 10 minutes to settle down with our baby. He indirectly was right on our head forcing us to order. We had to ultimately leave the place. The place was empty but he kept harping on more guests coming. Perhaps the most rude person one can encounter. Never to visit this cafe again.

We live locally and go to the other restaurant all of the time so we were really disappointed by the lack of variety and service here. We booked here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and picked here so we could have a couple of drinks in town beforehand. I'm also not sure why they ask where you want to sit when you book as i picked downstairs and we were put upstairs in a tiny cramped room. Superb location and very nice food. However as others have said, the starters or “nibbles” are actually much larger than the main dishes , we were worried that after the starters we wouldn’t be able to manage our mains but when they arrived they were very small. We had scallops for a main of which there were just 2 on the plate and little else. I also asked if the starters could come out with mains but got told they just come out when they come out, which I found quite odd but didn’t argue. All in all the restaurant is very clean and is quite modern and the food itself is very tasty but I would suggest just ordering the nibbles as they are much better value for money than the mains. We also had a dessert which was very good.
