The best restaurants in Gwynedd North Wales

Staying in Aberdovey for a few days make room for Coast Deli and Dining. Well cooked and everything you want to get the day started. No silly little separate bean bowls etc.

Best korma and paratha I've ever had! Lovely staff literally writing this in the restaurant right now! And to say this was nice is an understatement of the highest degree love this place! ❤️

Fantastic food and service. Staff were really friendly. Our meals were delicious with decent portions and we were served quickly. Dogs are welcome and we even learned a few words of Welsh. We will be back. 😀

We went for Sunday lunch with family and our two dogs. The food was excellent and the service very friendly. It was nice to have a meal where everything was clearly home made.

Had the chicken salad which was gorgeous.. always a lovely meal to be had here with big portions and value for money. The place has been decorated and it looks lovely. Staff always friendly and helpful. The lasagne was on offer for £10 which is brilliant when some places charge a fortune. We love coming here when going for a drink to pwllheli

We visit Pwllhelli every month and lunch at the Whitehall each time. The food, staff and pub are 1st class. Nothing is any trouble for the staff who are always friendly which says a lot about the place. Don’t know who manages the place but they are doing a good job or at least the staff are. Look forward to lunch when we visit Christmas week.

Really great meal and all 4 of our party were equally impressed with our food. Great Gluten free menu and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend Wal Restaurant.

Second time we have been here and it was as good as last visit. I had the bacon ,goats cheese and pine nut pancake with honey , absolutely delicious. Daughter had the biscoff and banana and friend had smoked sausage,bacon and sauerkraut both equally good. This will definitely be on my list every time we come to visit

They give you a very good amount of ice cream and addition addings aswell, however, the ice cream was pretty quick to melt even though it was a cold day that day 😅 but overall very delicious

Had a fabulous meal here at the Villa Marina. Lovely to find somewhere nice that offers a choice of gluten free on the menu, they even had gluten free desserts, but i was too full from the main meal. Staff are lovely and very knowledgeable. Well worth a visit if you are in Caernarfon

To be honest it deserves more than 3 star because the food is excellent and I had a great pint of Guinness in there , the young girls at the bar were polite , the only reason I scored it a three was due to a couple of rude locals ( I assume they were locals), unsure how much passing trade they get you don’t need a couple of rude individuals ruining it for them.

Booked a table for 9 and they were closed! No communication whatsoever and no reply to my email asking why. Very very disappointed.

¡Qué gran lugar! Visitado en un día ocupado de agosto y no hay mesas disponibles en el interior, pero estábamos felices de estar sentados fuera. La comida y las bebidas llegaron muy rápido, a un precio muy razonable, las porciones eran excelentes y la comida sabía increíble. Estábamos tan llenos que no nos quedamos de postre, optando por llevar un poco a casa para más tarde 😄 Sin duda volvería a visitar
