Placed an order on line for delivery, after 45 minutes no confirmation and no payment taken. I reordered as was waiting and was hungry, no confirmation yet again, so investigated more, to find out they were shut, so why take the order ????? Explanation required

Extremely bland food.Simply the worst Chinese food I have ever had.They could learn a few things from my local Chinese in Wigan.Peters chippy its called .That is quality with large portions as well. Bland and small potions and the egg fried rice is nothing I've ever experienced before.AWFUL..😝

Lucky Llangollen to have this bakery - the best seeded loaf around. Can also recommend the white tin loaf and the takeaway sausage buns. Friendly service with a smile.

I treated my family to a Sunday evening takeaway. Bangla Fusion is my local Asian takeaway, and whilst I don't frequent it every week, or even every month, I've never been disappointed in over two decades. I phoned the order of 6 main dishes and accompaniments and collected it myself 30 minutes later, all well wrapped and boxed up. The food was, as always, superb. Each main had generous chunks of meat in a rich and deeply flavoured sauce - each distinct from the others. Each of us had something different, so I think I can say that we sampled a fair range of the menu and couldn't find fault in any of it. As to the cost, £87 ish wasn't out of the way for a great takeaway for 6 people.

Food was OK delivery time was OK but drinks wasn't brought.

From my experience ordering Uber Eats from this place a few times, it feels more like a “hobby” franchise than a “career” one. In other words, someone likely bought it hoping to make money but hasn’t put in the effort or pride needed to uphold the once great reputation of this brand. There’s always something missing from my order, and the food lacks the care and quality that made Cold Stone so great back in the day. The solution is simple: use proper portions, hire the right people, take pride in the product, and pay employees fairly.

Me and my partner use to be regular customers at this bar, we went almost every weekend just for a nice drink as we live a 10 minute walk away & the staff always recognised us. One Saturday evening we went over, we sat down for a few hours having a few drinks, then Noah came up to us with more drinks and said that these had been brought for us (partners friend). To be honest at this point yes, we were tipsy but we were still able to remain responsible and sensible. My partner left to go to the toilet then once he came back, a bar staff member came up to us and told us we should leave after these drinks, we then left. A few weeks later we returned and upon arrival the owner Noah watched us walk past him up to the bar, where one of the bar staff told us he can’t serve us as we were barred? We left really confused and a bit disheartened considering this was our local and they gave us no explanation as to why we had been barred. Cut again to a few weeks later, we have been told by a friend that bumped into a bar staff member there that we had been banned because my partner was ‘throwing up all over the bar area, and continued to do so until we left’. This DID NOT HAPPEN AT ALL! Not once was any of us sick, and if this was the case, wouldn’t the staff there be more bothered at the time instead of just telling us we need to leave after we finish our drinks?? We think it’s EXTREMELY disgusting that Noah and also his own staff feel the need to make up lies about their regular customers just because by some shocking suprise, people actually tend to get tipsy in a pub that serves alcohol!! Also none of them had no issue taking money of our friend who brought us a round, if my partner was ‘throwing up all over the place’ as they say, shouldn’t they have refused to serve us that last drink? Disgusting behaviour from all of them.

I ordered over the phone yesterday and they said 15 mins!! Went to pick it up and I waited over an hour there for it to be ready...such a shame!!

Havent ordered for a while because last order wasnt the best but thought will try agian ordered lamb donner and chicken pakora turned up after 45 minutes even though there is a £5 charge for delivery luke warm donner meat looked pink chicken spongey after being in a plastic tub for i dont know how long certainly wont be ordering again 🤢

Food was cold and missing items

Waited 2 and a half hours in all and still didn’t receive the food. Called 3 times over the space of an hour and the lad told me the same every time. It isn’t here so it must be out for delivery. He didn’t seem to have a clue where it was. Asked him to ask the driver and give me a time and he just told me to get a refund and he didn’t know where it was or what happened to it. Awful service.

We went there for a takeaway lunch. The fish and chips were very tasty. Especially the fish was very nice.

Very dry, not great quality at all

Came to visit with my grandchildren after been recommended quite a few times. Whole experience from start to finish was awful. No booking system so you just turn up wait for a table to become free pay for an hour. No communication from staff or noticed advising this. What made it worse a man came along with family of 5 said I work here and was let in right past everyone that had been in the queue. Accept there may be perks for being a staff member but shouldn’t be allowed to jump the queue especially as they did not pay. Noticed the said family eating and drinking their own food bought in when clear notices against this. Young lady said have cleared your table it ready. We ended up wiping it ourselves with baby wipes along with the chairs before we could sit down. Bits of disguarded food all over the dirty floors clearly a slip hazard. Older children playing in the toddlers area wasn’t safe for my granddaughter. Waited 15 mins to be served 2 coffees with no one in front of me. Young staff gave no idea what they are doing. Just stand and stare at you blankly. No management around to delegate duties. We ended up coming out after 35 minutes and won’t be returning !!!
