Ordered food for 16:30 arrived at 1745

food was cold and was also missing items from my order

Food was good but no sauces as requested no salt no napkins and no straws

Food was warm and no drink because the lid came off in the delivery drivers car

I ordered 6 chicken nuggets, a large fries and a icecream for my daughter at 5pm, today Saturday 1st February. For Delivery asap. The update screen on my phone kept saying that the driver was at the restaurant. The Driver only arrived at my house at 7.15pm. When I questioned the driver, he said that he had been in McDonalds, Rhuddlan waiting for only 10 mins!. In the meantime I had ordered a different takeaway from a different restaurant. I expect a full refund please.

awful every time I order i complain as it's cold and just thrown into the box never get a refund or apology never again

Absolutely shocking forgot my whole meal, didn’t put any of my sauces that I also paid for and everything was freezing, just a joke can’t even do a simple job right

They changed the times 3 times we got our food 1 and a half hours after order when it said 20-30 minutes when ordering

Ordered at 17:28 and I’ve only just got a notification saying it’s being prepared….i understand it’s Christmas Eve but 2 hours! And my delivery time gets later and later everytime it updates like come on seriously! I’ve always had issues with this branch getting orders wrong, just not good enough, very poorly ran

The carrier picked up our food then went all around Rhyl and near the range. When the food arrived the chips were freezing cold, the burger was cold and the icecream had melted didn’t get to enjoy our meal one bit. Very dissatisfied!

1 of the items I ordered was wrong. I ordered a bacon roll with brown sauce and ended up with a breakfast roll with brown sauce but it was a sausage pattern with egg and cheese. Not good.

we had multiple items missing from our order after ringing McDonald's we were told its the couriers fault........and therefore we ended up having to go threw the drive thru and pay out again.......!!!!! what a joke!!!!

Meals just get thrown together fries are always cold not matter what you order always have to wait 10-15 if not longer in the carpark don't think I have ever got my food at the collect point considering it's a fast food restaurant. I'm always having to go in and get my food as majority of the time it's been sat there on the side if not im going in because it's all cold by the time it comes out. Employees are always miserable with a sour face on them and I always say everytime I come here it's the worst maccies in the UK

Ordered a double quarter pounder. I got a normal one in a double box, I never received my extra sauces and all food was freezing cold. Only good thing was our delivery person , he was lovely .

Always something missing. This time no fries for the entire order. When you report to just eat they don’t give you a refund so it’s a waste of time and money. Don’t bother ordering from here or using just eat.

The food was on point the coffee was good the delivery was fast the food was still warm..the delivery drivers car was mint the only thing I’d say..is that the mini hash browns 5 for £1.99 is not a good deal 👍🏻

yet again I have ordered chips from this McDonalds and when they get to my home the chips are cold...... delivery was fine and on time so I can only guess the chips were cold when they left the shop. maybe it's time you stopped using this McDonalds for food orders.

The driver is logged at being at the restaurant for way too long which seems like they are actually not there and my food is just sat in the restaurant getting cold ? Are the drivers saying they are at the restaurant to secure the delivery for themselves when they are not there, it’s less and a 2 minute drive so the food should absolutely not be cold when delivered
