Called 5 times, long time to pick up, hung the phone up 2 times after 5 seconds without saying anything, food is cold, didn’t take the pickles and onions off my burger.

Asked for no egg but got two eggs in my breakfast wrap.. I’m highly allergic so it was a waste of money and had to be put in the bin.. other items were ok but didn’t get a straw with my drink..

They park cars when there’s no space, it creates havoc in the car park with everyone parking wherever they can. Then 20 minutes later when the food arrives something is usually missing.

food was freezing took that long the poor driver was in mc donalds waiting for over 40mins so must have been collecting more than one order hence why it was cold maybe

Kept waiting 15 minutes for a drink by which time my brekkie was cold. Not happy. Edit, the last couple of visits they've got my order correct and I've not waited more than 5 minutes so I've bumped up the star ratings. Edit, on the last two visits they've performed faultlessly. Well done, keep it up.

McDonald’s as a franchise is huge they could do more to keep the food warm like much singular places do in appropriate bags. Also not one single napkin included. So food was cold even though quick delivery fries un edible and soggy /undercooked. Food cold (through no fault of delivery time)

They always mess up the delivery there's either something missing or gone cold.The food is barely average and it's gets thrown in the bag like a filled nappy.Service is always miserable 9x out of 10 doesn't give the best atmosphere and certainly not nice nor fast food. Would recommend anywhere else honestly.

I ordered the food at approximately 1.30 pm for delivery at 5.30 pm. The food arrived at 5.50 pm. that gave 4 hours notice to be delivered at 5.30 pm.. not good

This is the last time I order from McDonald's I've ordered the Philly cheese stack the cheese is in the box the burgers are not even in the bun it looks like you flipped the car, not only that the food is absolutely stone cold the only good thing about this delivery is the milkshake, for McDonald's this is absolutely disgusting, the the fries are that dry it's like they was cooked yesterday! how dare you send food out like this from a long time customer so disappointed but you're not having no more money out of me not sending food out like that! I'm really angry as I just spent like £40 also I've never seen children turn their nose up at McDonald's but today they have two kids don't want to eat it, whoever the supervisor and manager is you do not deserve your position in that job, you should be ashamed of yourselves and you are clearly not doing your job properly by managing your staff!!! 😡

I ordered 6 chicken nuggets, a large fries and a icecream for my daughter at 5pm, today Saturday 1st February. For Delivery asap. The update screen on my phone kept saying that the driver was at the restaurant. The Driver only arrived at my house at 7.15pm. When I questioned the driver, he said that he had been in McDonalds, Rhuddlan waiting for only 10 mins!. In the meantime I had ordered a different takeaway from a different restaurant. I expect a full refund please.

And my delivery time gets later and later everytime it updates like come on seriously! I’ve always had issues with this branch getting orders wrong, just not good enough, very poorly ran
