Wow excellent staff and really clean place. Just people could have more manners and clean up after themselves instead leave the tables like a pigs

I want to say after a busy night shift I enjoyed my breakfast wrap which was just perfect,hot and wrapped correctly...after reading negative remarks I feel it's only right to leave a review on a perfect meal...well done

Car park was tiny had to park down a side street to grab food

The fries never been hot always cold and even you return it they will still give you cold chips....coffee too milky and watery

Worst McDonald's restaurant in North Wales. Couldn't run a tap.... Lost our custom as everytime we visited something was broken... Don't think the Milkshake Machine has ever worked. If you want a special order, don't bother. Quicker to take a plane to New York grab a Mc Meal and fly back before they've got your order ready. Quicker if they employed the Sloths at Chester Zoo. Give me Burger King any day. Adios Amigos.

Food was late and the fries not hot. I noticed the new tipping feature, which I'm not happy with (the service charge and delivery charge remained the same I noted) and now I wonder if drivers are prioritising deliveries based on this.

Over 10 orders from this branch for delivery, drive through or collection and always something missing. Food much better at other local branch. Happening too often to be coincidence especially with sauces. Can forgive once or twice bur never had a correct order at this branch. Save yourself the pain and travel into town or Abergele.

I came tonight for a quick meal as I hadn’t eaten all day, the girl on the window taking orders was fine. Got to getting my drinks, they were half full, so I asked for her to fill it back up and she gave me a different one which was the exact same saying that’s how they are, but when I’ve come previously I’ve never had an issue and as she was walking away started huffing and puffing as if it was coming out of her paycheck :/ And whatever you do don’t ask for sauces unless you fancy a cheeky frown and miserable faces :)

Ok..food always cold due to the driver having multiple delivery’s should be hot it’s only a ten minute drive

The chips were stone cold and very soggy, the chocolate milkshake was everywhere in the bag and all down the cup.

Mcdonald’s using far too much packaging, 6 bags for 1 burger and chips. Felt like pass the parcel 🤣 Delivery by just eat was perfect.

Typical McDonald's though to be fair, I've yet to have cold food or an incorrect order. I suppose by their own standards this one is basically a 3* restaurant!

Ordered delivery through the app and they use UBER eats as a courier. It took 1hr 30mins for our food to be delivered. Then when the driver did turn up, he just knocked and left the food on the doorstep. Also we were missing 2 big Mac meals from our order and the rest of it was stone cold. I tried numerous times to ring the restaurant, but it just kept ringing out. I will not be ordering from this McDonald's ever again. AVOID!!!!

Shocking. I am disappointed everytime I come to any McDonald's. Cold meals nothing slightly warm and this is the chicken salad we get! Milkshake machine is never working our fizzy drinks were flat , the girl that served us said our meal wasn't on the menu when it was on the screen in front of us, no dips or forks in the bag to eat with, I asked for no mustard on my burger and got mustard so I couldn't even touch it. Honestly never coming to McDonald's again if I could do a zero star I would.

These are our go to charging stops on long trips. Always reliable for car charging if a little expensive and great place to have a break with a quick snack etc.

As good as McDonald's gets really. Friendly staff and good fresh food. Clean to.

First time EVER in a MC Donald's, definitely didn't disappoint, finally understand why everyone recommends. Ordered: 2 Saver crispy Chicken burgers with 1 large fries and 1 large Cola Cola drink, medium fries and Tropicana drink, 9 chicken nuggets with medium fries and Oasis drink with a large Malteasers MC flurry and pealed of a sticker on fries win a Mc Flurry as part of a promotion. Would come back.

Driver was polite and on time but the restaurant forgot a full meal.

Three times my food has been wrong at the this restaurant now. Was just frustrated with having to drive back to the restaurant after paying extra for my food on Just Eat on top of the delivery charge as well becuase my food was wrong again. Fair play to the manager Tom for sorting me out (was a good lad) but the order accuracy needs some heavy improvement. A positive is that the food quality is up to standard, order accuracy is atrocious.

Forgot my straw and food is cold

Driver gave me a comment saying something along the lines of “it would help if I got out of bed in the morning” which wasn’t the case as I was downstairs and only heard the knock seconds prior from the other room. I think this is unacceptable as there was no need for a comment as i didn’t hear him knock until he knocked louder.

They brought our food to us. The new recycling station was full so we had to leave our tray at the station. Toilets we very clean. Staff were friendly. Had an issue with their app. Manager sorted it for me.

order was completely wrong.....not even close to what I originally ordered. although I did ring the store an Ryan the store manager was absolutely lovely over the phone an offered me a free meal whe I go to the store 😊 Ryan saved the day x
