I have someone else's order not happy one bit

Not the best I am normally happy with people

Double cheeseburger missing from order !!

Chips were just warm. Ordered 4 sauces which I didnt receive and 1 of the drinks was 1/2 full, the other 1/2 was at the bottom of the bag!

I ordered a mayo chicken n got a double cheeseburger instead built apart from that order was correct

No sauce from the order was in the bag! Gutted. So dry due to no sauces

The burger and fries were very cold and the milkshake had melted, the delivery person told me that it had gotten overlooked. I am very disappointed and was unable to eat it.

didn't give all the food over kept a box of nuggets and 2 burgers and 4 ice creams!!!!!!!!

AGAIN NO DRINKS SPILTS EVERYWHERE IN BAG ON FRIES! Empty drinks every time from that delivery man and he has VILE behaviour when asked about it - take the empty cups and leaves them in the middle of the road!!!

Go to MacDonalds drive through, get Macdonalds Car Park. Food comes out ages later, cold (or worse, wrong order completely). Staff rude and argumentative. 9 times out of 10 asked to wait in car park, no exaggeration. Take note of some of these comments!

Sausage 🌭 pate very dry but value for money

Wrong order delivered!! Ordered £50 worth of food to feed 6 people, an order came with a receipt total of £17, one big mac meal and some chicken selects, now got to wait to hopefully get a refund in the next 7 days!!!! Starving

Fries all had to go in the oven to warm them up. Same with nuggets and both burgers. The Frank’s burgers were so dry had to add mayonnaise in an attempt to make them moist enough to swallow

We only went for ice frappe but they were cleaning the machines. We ended up having Biscof ice cream and it must have been a new guys as they were over flowing . Excellent!

Macdonalds is just a fast food joint. The size of the portion is beyond belief. The bun was hard around the edge and small. The burger was thin and tasted as though it had been held in its heat source for a long time and the filling was sloppy and like a mushy texture. I think macdonalds has had its day and unless it produces decent meals I will not be visiting again.

Well when i left school i worked in McDonalds in mcr arndale an belive me that place was none stop busy , and i got to say these days its another level the staff shocking always to busy laughing and talking to each other than actually working . I only go here because my little boy likes nuggets . But its absouloutly a disgrace ive been here and ordered apple pies on 6 yes 6 times and they were out of the time limit massively and when you complain they just try palm you of with another one with no time even on it 🤔when i asked for the managers name so i could report it he wouldnt give it only gave me the name of the big boss not sure why . He wasnt there or cooking so its not his fault .i can only say the staff who actually take pride in what there doing are the older chaps who walk round cleaning All the cleaners or shop floor staff who sort everyones trays out should be put in the kitchen and make the kitchen staff clean because they are the only staff that do there job . That look after guests they get all the flack for staff mess ups but still never complain and do there jobs fantastic so hats of to you guys .if all the other staff and (managers) were like you it would be a good place to dine but unfortunately its very poor and i would love to know how these places get a 5 hygine rating when they constantly give out food thats out of date this seriously needs looking into . This franchise is giving mcdonalds a terrible reputation (CUSTOMER SERVICE) CHECKING FOOD LABELS ITS A REQUIREMENT DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY or ask the cleaning crew cleaning crew 10/10 Other staff 3/10 Managers 1/10 customer service very very poor ive even spoke to people who have left this macdonalds because they admit themselves how poorly ran it is an how thy all say they dont care about the customers . Who lets face it are mostly children . God help us all

I get a different order I want a refund.

Visited at 8.50pm and ordered x2 mcflurry's. Seating area was very untidy with food wrappers and sauce pots over tables and the floor. Our order was marked as please collect but was not ready. Had to go to the side of the counter to look for a staff member after waiting 5 minutes as they were all focusing on the drive through . I was told the order was being made but when it arrived (10 minutes after the order)they were nearly defrosted so had obviously been sat there waiting . This branch obviously marks order's as ready to collect to improve their kpi's . Possibly the worst mcdonalds I've visited .

I was watching the driver tracker, he stopped multiple times and made an unplanned stop off the apps routing. Food arrived cold as a 9 minute drive took the driver over 25 minutes.

I didn’t even receive my order. Status turned to delivered and was stood outside and nothing arrived! Obviously don’t read delivery notes. This was a first time order, I won’t be ordering again.

3 meals missing and extra burgers. No Minecraft toys considering they are Minecraft meals ! Staff attitudes is shocking and that was a manager!!

The staff send everyone using the drive thru to the car park to park up and then make you wait ages for food. Food then comes and half of it is cold as it has obviously been sat out. Staff are rude and have no intention of trying to rectify mistakes. The one time I have been into the restaurant there was a queue at the desk and no one serving. A lot of tables were dirty and food and rubbish scattered about on the floor, might have been a one off but did not leave a good impression.

Missing 1 philly cheese stack, 1 mccrispy, 1 fries was meduim and should have been large missing, no drink giving. And all was cold.

It kept going from high minutes to low minutes back up to high minutes , burgers ok and chicken ok , fries absolutely dreadful - stone cold and limp

My apple slices were missing from my order other than that everything as ordered and arrived warm

Got the family of 4 meal and missing a Big Mac!! With only 8 items to put in a bag, I’m not sure how the largest item gets missed.

Messed up everything on my order & had missing items . Food was okay though.

I am so upset with how COLD, SQUASHED & SOGGY the food was.... it was awful and not worth the money. I had to try and save what i could and microwave everything which the kids didn't like and sadly the 6 year old refused to eat anything because it wasn't nice. To be perfectly honest all of it wasn't nice.

your courier went to wrong address then rang me I told him my correct address and still never delivered my order saying delivered on app but not to me I need a refund
