McDonalds in Denbighshire

Ordered at 17:28 and I’ve only just got a notification saying it’s being prepared….i understand it’s Christmas Eve but 2 hours! And my delivery time gets later and later everytime it updates like come on seriously! I’ve always had issues with this branch getting orders wrong, just not good enough, very poorly ran

It's McDonald's, I don't think there's a lot to say about it that hasn't been said before.

They forgot ice cream and nuggets

Service a bit slow in here food not always hot

Waited an hour for delivery that was supposed to be 25-30 minutes. Food stone cold had to reheat

The carrier picked up our food then went all around Rhyl and near the range. When the food arrived the chips were freezing cold, the burger was cold and the icecream had melted didn’t get to enjoy our meal one bit. Very dissatisfied!

Warm drinks were freezing and ordered a drink that was half full and the food was cold I order a caramel frappe and it was melted and the cream was sunk to show it was melted

1 of the items I ordered was wrong. I ordered a bacon roll with brown sauce and ended up with a breakfast roll with brown sauce but it was a sausage pattern with egg and cheese. Not good.

I received a chilli cheeseburger which I didn’t order. The fries were cold and the cheese melts are all stuck in the bag dreadful.

we had multiple items missing from our order after ringing McDonald's we were told its the couriers fault........and therefore we ended up having to go threw the drive thru and pay out again.......!!!!! what a joke!!!!

Don't even bother ordering a large drink because they clearly measure it with a medium cup, girl with glasses should have seen how empty it is but maybe she had the wrong prescription on

Food was cold and stale like it had been sitting at the establishment for a long time. The chilli double cheese burger also looked as though it had been punched after it had been made.

Meals just get thrown together fries are always cold not matter what you order always have to wait 10-15 if not longer in the carpark don't think I have ever got my food at the collect point considering it's a fast food restaurant. I'm always having to go in and get my food as majority of the time it's been sat there on the side if not im going in because it's all cold by the time it comes out. Employees are always miserable with a sour face on them and I always say everytime I come here it's the worst maccies in the UK

Ordered a double quarter pounder. I got a normal one in a double box, I never received my extra sauces and all food was freezing cold. Only good thing was our delivery person , he was lovely .

Always something missing. This time no fries for the entire order. When you report to just eat they don’t give you a refund so it’s a waste of time and money. Don’t bother ordering from here or using just eat.

The food was on point the coffee was good the delivery was fast the food was still warm..the delivery drivers car was mint the only thing I’d say..is that the mini hash browns 5 for £1.99 is not a good deal 👍🏻

yet again I have ordered chips from this McDonalds and when they get to my home the chips are cold...... delivery was fine and on time so I can only guess the chips were cold when they left the shop. maybe it's time you stopped using this McDonalds for food orders.

The driver is logged at being at the restaurant for way too long which seems like they are actually not there and my food is just sat in the restaurant getting cold ? Are the drivers saying they are at the restaurant to secure the delivery for themselves when they are not there, it’s less and a 2 minute drive so the food should absolutely not be cold when delivered

Freezing food coke tastes like soda

I have not received my order. This is the 2nd time now. It says delivered but not come to the address. There are cameras and ring doorbells in the street. I waited outside and nobody came. I won't be using just eat again.

The food was stone cold greasy messy the coffee was missing. There was a hash brown missing. And once again the egg was crunchy with shell come on.

The worst McDonald’s in north wales, there very slow so not much of a fast food restaurant had to wait 15 minutes for a porridge and it was cold be much better off driving to the one in town or Abergele one

Absolute bag of pants. Order machine broken, no one on till, over 20 mins for food to turn up, and most of it was cold. The only redeeming feature of this place was the cleaner on duty this morning. Very helpful and attentive to the customers. #cleaner4manager

Slowest McDonalds known to man. 2 drinks, a porridge & a breakfast sandwich. Waited 25 minutes before a cleaner realised how long we'd been waiting and went to collect our food which had been trayed up but abandoned at the back and was therefore cold. Poor show McDonalds.

the just eat app NEVER takes the driver to my address. so after standing outside, in the rain, watching the driver go up and down the wrong street for 30 mins I had to run after him to get my cold food. I hate this app. Its so rubbish.

I only received the drinks and the brownie. None of the food was included so I have wasted time and money. A refund is one thing but it doesn't make up for a complete lack of food. Surely your courier checks the contents before delivery!

ur manager of ur store has left my child without a meal she has a vile attitude ordered food for my child and never even turned uo then have to go through this app it's disgusting the food we did get was freezing cold she need to sort her customer service out big time disgusting u need a new manager who nose her Job

Just ordered dinner for my sons 6th birthday, absolutely stone cold when it arrived.. all of the chips for the happy meals literally chucked into one bag with ripped paper, my meal didn’t turn up.. I ordered a large chicken Big Mac and it didn’t come with the order.. missing a lot of items!! To top everything off the place doesn’t answer the phone so can’t inform anyone about this, was done through deliveroo and there not answering either.. will never order from here again, my advice stay clear.. the food tasted awful.. oh and they didn’t give us the drinks for the meal either..

instead of our milkshakes they sent us Oasis, I put it down to a mistake, but then the rest of the family who did a separate order had the same thing happen. as I knew another order was due at our address I called the store so they could send the correct drinks with their order so another trip wouldn't be required, but they refused. Very poor service.

Wrong items delivered, and delivery driver refused to get out of the car and we had to go to them to get the food.

I don't write many reviews but I would like to say thank you to Michael. He made my day by the passion and the kindness he brings to his job. Not only that, he delivered amazing customer service by making sure all orders as-well as the people he asked are okay including myself. Don't lose your spirit and thank you.

Quite honestly the WORST service of any McDonalds I've been to. Recruiting children may be cheaper... but my word does it cause you to spend so much more on mistakes!
