The best restaurants in Denbighshire North Wales

Right we order a cheesy garlic bread 14 inch and a cheese tomato pizza 14inchand the garlic bread wasn’t cheesy and instead of tomato base they gave us barbecue aboustley horrible !

Went in for lunch at 13.30 (closing time at 13.45), first thing the woman behind the till said was "how many of you are there?" Not even a hello, everything from there on seemed to be a massive hassle for her, ask for anything and she's shrug her shoulders and walk into the back.I understand you were 15 mintues away from closing but being from a background of catering myself you cannot give customers that type of attitude when they are giving your establishment money. Oh and yeah we all still left the chippy at (13.43) 2 minutes before closing time.Food was actually nice I have no complaints about that but why the attitude? Terrible customer service and that's the only thing all 4 of us will look back on when we think of this chippy and not the nice food, SORT IT OUT ITS YOUR JOB!

Fish and chip to share with the wife with a pot of gravy. Gravy was tasteless and lumpy . Fish was over cooked and dry ( probably get a better fish from Iceland) Chips ok but overall not good at all for the price £12 !!

Cannot find anything positive to say. Firstly the AC was broken so there was no heating at all and it was a very cold day. They had mopped the floor and it was still wet and not drying which made the floor very slippery Haven’t been to Pizza Hut buffet lunch for a long time but it has gone downhill badly. No where near as many salad choices, only three pizzas to choose from. My daughter had ice cream and there used to be all sorts of sweeties and sprinkles for toppings. All there was this time was one lot of sprinkles and two horribly sticky sauce bottles. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and we certainly won’t be going there again.

The toilets in this place are disgusting. I have never seen anything like it. How health and safety haven't condemned them I don't know. I would never dream of eating in a establishment like this.

For a start ignore the negative reviews! Friendly service , great breakfast at a really good cost compared to other Cafés in the area . They also have other meals aside from breakfast and all at great prices . Seating area clean and comfortable along with clean and accessible toilets and seating area outside for those who wish to have a drink and a cigarette. Will definitely come again when in the area .

Great medium pizza so we had two.Dont waste your money on papa john, its not nice pizza. Dominoes stuffed crust is the way to go !

Was starving last night, went down and ordered a donner wrap with salad. Paid £5 and it had about 4 strips of donner in, about 20ps worth. Honestly the scabbiest portion of food I've ever had. I got a donner wrap in another place a few nights ago and Godfather's wrap wasn't even 5% of the food from the other place. Get more food for £2 in Maccies. Man serving me had an arsey attitude on him too. Absolute sh*te , wasn't even nice. AVOID

My 1st time in St Asaph we popped into this lovely little pub the owners were very welcoming it had a great family atmosphere. Young kids there with there family brightened up the place great beer great service will definitely return

Cleanest kitchen I’ve ever seen! Sausage and egg bin lid was fit, sausage roll went down a treat as well!

Was looking forward to our holiday the hotel looked great on the outside, then we arrived and….it all went wrong!! The hotel was shabby and in dire need of attention and the receptionist was foul mannered and obnoxious and when we found our room without help or direction the lights didn’t work I spoke to the receptionist who told me I obviously didn’t know how to work lights i must’ve broke them myself, we checked out within 5 mins of arriving, we had trouble finding somewhere else at short noticed this ruined our family getaway. We never complain but this so called hotel needed a response, it’s full of homeless and drug taking individuals who loiter at the entrance, be warned !!

First time to this pub Saturday afternoon friendly staff I ordered fish asked what fish it was went to ask the chef he didn’t know just white fish As there was nothing else I fancied on the menu I took a chance My partner ordered lasagne and stepson ordered burger and chips After waiting 1/2 hour meal arrived Well what can I say the chips just looked like they’d been found in the bottom of the fryer or been heated up a dozen times As For me my fish well I just don’t know what to say the taste wasn’t right for one but it was the yellow soft gunk that was oozing from the middle that just said to me don’t eat unless your going to regret it Sons burger was just dripping in grease that put him off plus the chips from the bottom of the fryer same as mine that was probably fresh about 3 weeks ago Partners lasagne was dry and tasteless so overall First time and last time to this pub I did complain and they refunded me for the fish meal To be honest I shouldn’t have payed for any of that dreadful food Cause we just left 3 plates full of food but I’m a business owner and know how hard it is But come on Don’t serve low grade food for normal pub prices And me saying low grade food is being kind

Awkward staff. Ordered sandwich which ended up not being very nice or to my taste. I politely asked for it to be changed. All was ok until who seemed to be the owner TASTED my already eaten sandwich and proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the sandwich in a very rude and obnoxious way. Would never visit again and I predict that this business won’t be around for long!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
