Awkward staff. Ordered sandwich which ended up not being very nice or to my taste. I politely asked for it to be changed. All was ok until who seemed to be the owner TASTED my already eaten sandwich and proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the sandwich in a very rude and obnoxious way. Would never visit again and I predict that this business won’t be around for long!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

On a bank holiday Saturday, we stopped in Ruthin to visit a local house with bats, we went to this cafe near Market square at top of hill (Pen-y-Bryn = hill head) and were warmly welcomed and obtained a brunch, beautifully cooked, and served pleasantly even though staff were busy. We will go back there.

Wont be ordering from here again very angry and dissapointed think they gone bust and not said anything . Very angry 😡😡😡😡

2 Ceg y Ffordd, Prestatyn LL19 7YE WalesWaited 2 and a half hours in all and still didn’t receive the food. Called 3 times over the space of an hour and the lad told me the same every time. It isn’t here so it must be out for delivery. He didn’t seem to have a clue where it was. Asked him to ask the driver and give me a time and he just told me to get a refund and he didn’t know where it was or what happened to it. Awful service.
