Dominos in Denbighshire

Last night we looked on line and tried to order 3 pizzas for delivery. Two medium, one large no extra toppings, total cost came to £56, REALLY!!!!! Sainsburys are cheaper, talk about pricing yourself out of the market.

Not had a domino before.Wow it was lovely. Super tasty pizza, cookies.All served hot.Pre ordered on line.Deliver driver polite and used ppe and no contact service.Eg leave boxes on a cardboard unit/box at front door . Knocks and waves with acknowledgment.I will definitely be having more.They worked all through lockdown too. (I see lots a cars delivering )Well done on this occasion.

Ordered a pizza to collect was pork meatballs. There used to be 2 toppings now you only get one, dominos 3 million branches must not be making any money. Can they explain the lack of cheese the essence of the pizza. My pizza was red just about plenty of tomato ( alot cheaper to use) naff all cheese. By far the worse dominoes ive ever had.

We have a theme through the holidays, “Around the World in 30 days”. We are currently in Italy, doing lots of Italian activities. One of our children is moving on to high school and Tuesday was his last day, therefore as a treat and as we are in Italy, what better way to treat him than to have pizza. The delivery man arrived and I explained how it was one of our children’s last day and could we take his photo giving him the pizza? He obliged and was lovely with him. Thank you so much you made his day even more special

We used to order weekly and enjoy but recently the quality has taken a dip. The amount of tomato sauce has been so little, it has all but dried up during cooking leaving no taste and a "cheese on toast" kind of experience. This has happened three times now and it's clear this is a quality control / training issue which needs sorting. These pizzas aint cheap, and when the sauce is in the right quantity, they are great but sadly, we will be giving this one more chance and if one more pizza has tomato base sauce which has dried up and can't be tasted, we won't be coming back.

Ordered pizza on line for delivery, came within 20 mins, was tasty and hot, got a fantastic deal as well.

Brilliant. Myself and my children ordered a large pizza, 4 sides and some cookies and everything turned up hot and in quick time. Really friendly delivery driver too (Tony)

Order pizza from them often. Consistent with the good quality of food, piping hot on delivery and great tasting.

Worst pizza ever, absolutely tasteless and made me puke up on a night out in Chester, won’t ever go to another dominos again 👎🤢

I used this dominos quite often and always find the staff friendly, but the last few times I have been, I've been served by a Scottish girl who looks at me like she wants me to die. Even when the place is empty, she glares at me if I don't hurry up and order. She never says please or thank you, and it makes the whole experience very uncomfortable. I think I will start going to pizza hut

The staff are great and the pizza's excellent. The offers change regularly but there are some offer which never seem to change. Not the cheapest pizza in town but the quality is better than most (IMO). There are different deals available online than those in the store and delivery is free for orders over £10.

Ya que mover a gales desde Londres que pedimos de Dominos rhyl cuatro veces y cada vez que el pedido ha sido increíblemente equivocado. La primera vez nos pusimos la tienda prometieron para rectificar la orden y tres veces después cuando llamamos a la tienda se negaron a canjear el gesto de buena voluntad.Esta vez me llamaron para decir que necesitaban para cambiar nuestro pedido, ya que no tienen en stock lo que pedimos. Cuando llegamos tenían una mayor pizza y nos cobró por ello! Nuestra orden pasó de aproximadamente £45 a £75!Llamamos a la tienda inmediatamente y nos dijeron que ya teníamos la orden en la puerta que no rectificará la orden. (No fuimos a conocer la orden era incorrecta, sin abrir las cajas! Nosotros) se negaron a reembolso y se negó a recoger la pizza extra. El director se negó a venir al teléfono. Nunca estoy pidiendo de dominos de nuevo y todo el mundo nos hemos aconsejado saber para usar en vez de Pizza Hut.Antes de trasladarnos a Gales, pedimos de Dominos cada quincena. Ahora: nunca más!Tengo todos nuestros correos electrónicos ofreciendo incompetencia Rhyl dominos de nuestros pedidos. Servicio absolutamente vergonzoso y tratamiento!

Tuve una maravillosa de Dominos Pizza Ayer pedí un poderoso con mucha carne y el servicio del conductor entrega de Harry era fantástico. La entrega fue en mi puerta en 25 minutos. Es excepcional comparado con visita previa. Harry era muy conocedor y contestó todas mis consulta con facilidad, además de que me dio un precio mi tarjeta que me gustó tener en cuenta visto uno en nuestros conductores de entrega y sin duda estar pidiendo desde aquí.

Ordered a family meal consisting of a couple of pizzas and sides. Lovely pizza and a great choice of topping .

I know that the free after 30 minutes scheme has been long gone but honestly how long is acceptable to wait?! Food came after well over an hour and was then wrong! Sort it out dominos you're meant to be a big establishment!!

Hemos tenido unas pizzas de Domino's y nunca he tenido problema alguno. Siempre son muy rápido y amable en la entrega de la calidad más la pizza es muy buena. Sin embargo, es caro para lo que es, incluso si el uso de la sección de promoción.

£17 - £18 por una pizza es una estafa en ocasiones te dan 50% a través de un código o un panfleto, pero no vale la pena

We had quite a big order from here and we were really dissapointed, its arrived fast but arrived cold soggy. Wouldnt reccomend.

I've visited quite a few dominos pizza restaurants in the past and this is the worst by far. Rude staff, throwing dough at each other, wrong orders made, hair in the pizza, swearing at each other and being generally uninviting! I for one believe they have just printed a food hygiene certificate online as this place is diabolical.Their delivery drivers need a stern talking to as pretty soon they will be in the paper for killing / crashing into someone as they drive like utter idiots with no respect for other road users. I will NEVER visit this abortion of a place again. Thanks for nothing dominos!

Working lunch we opted for Dominos was delicious. Plenty of choice on the menu. The customer service was excellent. Thank you Rebecca and Abel

Have ordered from here a few times and have had to have my whole order credited due to sub standard food. Sub standard quality control (2/3rds pizza missing toppings). Wouldn't recommend it

Was about to get a takeaway from here other night only to notice a lad picking his nose behind counter and wipe on apron, it was disgusting, wouldn't waste your money because don't know what extras you may get

This place as lost my custom, More poor quality pizzas than good ones ,topping again 3 inches from edge ,bland tasting and greasy , hope management see this and act as it use to be real good here

Got 2 medium pizzas at £34, well I've had better pizzas for £1 in Iceland. When we got the pizzas home we realised they weren't as hot as they should have been but was expected as we had a 10 minute drive home, but eating it made it obvious it hadn't been in the oven long enough as half the cheese hadn't melted and the dough was chewy. Won't go again as this is the 2nd bad experience I've had from this place for £34 I expect cooked pizza!

I'm not one for writing reviews but felt compelled when I saw the state of my pizza,I ordered a half and half the pepperoni side was dripping with grease with the mighty meaty side thrown all over it which actually turned out to be a deluxe,the pizza was even cut wrong they must employ some truly dumb people on a Friday night colwyn bay is a million times better!!!

Orderd the pizza.. It was Ok but the Cheese Crust was a bit to over powerd, and The value Wasn't the Best.. My all time best is The Corfu, as they are Delicious there...

Orderd online home del. Tracked order.Food was hot.. yummy and what we descripted.£20 in total..Pizzas are expensive... however it was nice as 1 off. Would buy a Domino's again.. in future

I'm not being dramatic. The manager is a vile argumentative man who changes his story a million times, we ordered at 10.30 for food to come at 1 we didn't receive pizza until 3.30. We had to argue to get them freshly made and even then it was worst pizza ever and cold. After a lengthy argument on the phone we were given a 20 pound voucher which we were told we could ring up and still get the online offers. After ringing we apparently dont!! He will not accept that this service was poor and their fault! This is the worst takeaway I have ever known and considering it is a well known brand for the price and service I recommend no one go here!!!

Ordered our pizza's online, which was easy to do and we were kept updated as to the progress of them whilst sat in our caravan.Hubby went to collect and waited quite a while to be served, staff didnt seem interested.Frustratingly he could see our pizza's ready! We really enjoyed them though, trying stuffed crust for the first time.

Every body raves about Dominos, I have only ever been to Dominos Rhyl and every single time I have been left severely disappointed! I may have different taste to most other pizza lovers as I don't eat cheese but that shouldn't effect the standard of the food I receive. Definatly will not be a customer there any longer

Got takeaway delivered a few times. For the prices you expect gourmet-style! Yet instead everytime you get this highly-processed, chewy, over-sugary, over-salty, chemically-laden stuff I wouldn't want to feed even an animal.

Recent had a takeaway from here, Expected a nice pizza got a very poor one , it was like eating pizza toppings on a cracker ,hardly any toppings, won't be going again

In the past it's been difficult to get your hands on a decent takeaway pizza at lunchtime in Rhyl town centre. True, there are plenty of pizza/kebab/curry houses of varying reputation and quality but most of these are closed during daylight hours. There's a Pizza Hut but it's out of town and too far to realistically walk. So the opening of the new Domino's branch is much welcomed. It's reliable and open during the day and in a very convenient town centre location, what more can you ask for?
