Chopstix in Denbighshire

Chop sticks is probably my favour place to eat in Rhyl cheap, fresh, tasty and friendly service I must say as Ollie behind the desk was really quick at working through customer and very friendly when he came to serve me made the hole experience that little bit better 👌 Thanks guys

Dont mind food being late if its worth it. Usually love chopstix but not today. Was not given katsu sauce but some kind of curry, tiny portions of chicken. Wouldnt order again.

Tried for a change and was impressed with the quality and quantity

Rice and chicken was great springrolls and gyozas was very poor quality and stale i think they had been sat there all week not worth the money in my opinion

Just ordered spent £40 for us all to have a meal and it came burnt this was supposed to be salt and pepper chicken box!

Order was incorrect, some was missing. Initially contacted Chopsticks directly to give them a chance to correct this but they refused to supply the missing order unless I drove to the shop to collect it myself despite the fact that I had already paid for the missing food and delivery. Terrible customer service. Also the quality of the food has gone down and the portion sizes appear to have gone down compared to when they first opened.

If you are going to cook food please do so wirh clean cooking oil all i could taste was stale cooking oil . I shouldn't have been surprised I mean just look at the dirty brown fat deposits on the prawn crackers never again

Lovely place to grab a relaxing bite. Cheerful staff and generous portions too Had the egg fried rice with BBQ chicken and spring rolls - would absolutely recommend this to my friends.

Called in Saturday night near closing time served by Ali. Asked for bbq chicken he said we haven't got any but give me 5 mins I'll do it for you. Had a laugh with the staff all bubbly got order food was lovely defo recommend.

Constantly get missing items from this place, ordered salt and pepper chicken, it came with one onion. Basically you’re just paying extortionate amounts for some rice.

Food was cold, ice cold rice and noodles and very small portions

time kept changing so I didn't know when my food would be arriving. very little food for the money you pay and it arrived luke warm.

Didn’t deliver my food, called them and they said the driver took the wrong order and there was nothing they could do. As they don’t employee the driver they don’t have way of contacting them. Had to request a full refund.

My order was not delivered at all. Then the the courier blocked my number when asked for a refund as they don't deliver to dyserth. I want a refund of £25

Ordered on Uber Eats, took around 1 hour to be delivered which is fine. When delivered food was cold and portion sizes were absolutely disgusting, small child’s portion if that, Paid £25.49 plus the £4 service charge and £3 delivery fee. will not be ordering from here again. Food was ok but hard rice.

Ordered from here and the food was absolutely fantastic... except... it's a shame your staff don't read orders correctly... missing Caramel dip for the apple cinnamon rolls... really disappointing. Oh and the fact we ordered it to a hotel and you didn't provide the cutlery that we asked for 😫

Cold over done rice and noodl. small portion. 3 pices of chicken per topping. Tastless sping rolls and pran crackers tastless too. Best thing of the meal for 2 was the 2 cans of Pepsi.

Very little toppings available at the time of visit and the half of the baine Marie which wasn’t in use could do with a deep clean.

I’ve spoke to chopstix on the night my food was delivered freezing cold the salt and pepper potatoe box only had 3 potatoes they cost me just over £5.00 the chopstix staff told me to contact just eat

Great meal, only complaint was the salt and pepper potatoes but everything else was delicious. Just a note for the future, can you please add chopsticks and a fork in the takeaways next time

Awful!! This was the worst food I've ever had!! The food tasteless and very dry! It was cold and didn't even taste cooked properly the rice was hard just disgusting such a waste of time and money would NOT recommend and never order again!!

Absolute joke of a place. Order food from 2goodtogo and as you drive there they cancel the order. Manager about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Left to drive there at 21.15, arrive 21.28 as per photo email was sent at 21.24 a full 6 minutes before I was supposed to collect! Fortunately called at nice Chinese takeaway on the way home which wasn’t much more expensive and won’t have been sat round all day. Wonder if I’ll get the standard response of we will do better? Shane they never appear to do so

Absolutely lovely food but very often just have to have what's left as bowls of food never full to just walk in grab what you want and leave always had to wait 15...20 mins for them to cook fresh the bowls should be kept topped up every time I've gone in I've either had to wait or just have what's left but apart from that the food is gorgeous

The rice was undercooked and very chewy , couldn’t eat it … everything else was perfect!

I put in my order at 20:59 and my order said the courier is at the restaurant and my order would be here for 21:48 they took my money and I didn't receive my order I have contacted just eat and now my order is saying delivered but my food hasn't turned up this is a joke I do have screen shots to prove tmes ect so I want my money back

Lovely place as soon as I walked in I was greeted by some friendly staff Kian and Jo were lovely and helped me decide what I wanted. And the food I got was perfect I had the small box with noodles and caramel drizzle chicken which was amazing I highly recommend it top tier food 👍🏻
