Awful!! This was the worst food I've ever had!! The food tasteless and very dry! It was cold and didn't even taste cooked properly the rice was hard just disgusting such a waste of time and money would NOT recommend and never order again!!

Absolute joke of a place. Order food from 2goodtogo and as you drive there they cancel the order. Manager about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Left to drive there at 21.15, arrive 21.28 as per photo email was sent at 21.24 a full 6 minutes before I was supposed to collect! Fortunately called at nice Chinese takeaway on the way home which wasn’t much more expensive and won’t have been sat round all day. Wonder if I’ll get the standard response of we will do better? Shane they never appear to do so

Absolutely lovely food but very often just have to have what's left as bowls of food never full to just walk in grab what you want and leave always had to wait 15...20 mins for them to cook fresh the bowls should be kept topped up every time I've gone in I've either had to wait or just have what's left but apart from that the food is gorgeous

Food was excellent as always. ollie was so helpful and friendly considering he was doing everything on his own. He is such a great employee for your company. Well done ollie.

I put in my order at 20:59 and my order said the courier is at the restaurant and my order would be here for 21:48 they took my money and I didn't receive my order I have contacted just eat and now my order is saying delivered but my food hasn't turned up this is a joke I do have screen shots to prove tmes ect so I want my money back

Lovely place as soon as I walked in I was greeted by some friendly staff Kian and Jo were lovely and helped me decide what I wanted. And the food I got was perfect I had the small box with noodles and caramel drizzle chicken which was amazing I highly recommend it top tier food 👍🏻

Smashed it out the park 5 star Michelin star resturant Jo Kian and Ali customer servicece was exceptional many different verities of chicken to have with your noodles or rice top tier place

Delivery time gradually got later and later but was still reasonable. The delivery driver wasn’t very helpful. The food portions are smaller than they used to be and was just ok

Not very happy that I got asked to walk to delivery man’s car to collect my food because he was scared of dogs. I have a chihuahua and she wouldn’t hurt a fly and when he banged on my door I closed her into the lounge but I still had to step outside my front door and close it behind me then walk onto my drive in my bare feet. Most households have dogs so maybe he shouldn’t be a delivery driver.

Took my little brother here as he loves Chinese food, we were served by a ginger lad he really helped us decide what to order the food was great, would definitely recommend the K-pop barbecue chicken I think it was called

Never order from this shoddy joint. We ordered egg fried rice and we were given wok fried rice without a splinter of an egg. Portion sizes were poor compared to the price. My advice, don’t fall into the trap of looking at pictures and ordering.

Don’t order from this shoddy joint. We ordered egg fried rice but were given wok fried rice which didn’t have a speck of egg. The portion sizes are small compared to the price. The taste was alright but it was an utter waste of money. Stay out of this eatery!

Although the food tastes nice - the portion sizing is quite small considering the price as boxes are barely half full. They also forgot part of my order. Overall, I've had better and won't be reordering.

Absolutely stunning if I say so myself and the deal is brilliant, we had food at 2pm and wasn't hungry till 8ish. You get 2 large boxes- I wouldn't say there massive at all but definitely fills you up, 2 small kids boxes but again they ram all boxes to brim, 2 large and 2 small drinks and 15 spring rolls and 2 dips... We had- salt and pepper chicken with egg fried rice, x2 salt and pepper chicken with noodles, sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice...was nice hate this word (moist) but it was that 🤣🤣 and juicey 😋🤣 Conner and Jo staff were friendly and so welcoming, never made us feel we had to rush our decisions on ordering food, having a child with eating disorder and autism. Place was nice, clean and all food was cooked fresh as they started to run out they cook in front of you... absolutely lush... definitely worth a try if your in Wales.

I visited the Rhyl store today and was pleasantly surprised with how good the customer service was, when we arrived the card machine wouldn’t take payment so we went to get cash but Ollie and Ryan were very professional and mature in the way they handled it, the food was delicious but please get those guys a fan it was very hot in there for them! I work in retail myself so understand how challenging it can be when something goes wrong but they handled it like champs I hope they get the recognition they deserve

The team working are amazing kind and understanding of people's first time and considering the conditions they are working in aswell. Now I'm not one to moan but the heat in this store near put me off it can not be put into civil words my thoughts on the tight pockets of the owners who sustane from installing an air conditioning system, fix it make the restaurant cooler and more enjoyable

Always a favourite, delivery time kept getting pushed back when it arrived it was missing the caramel sauce, so it made the meal kinda dry

First time i had eaten here when passing through Rhyl. Food was excellent and the place was very clean and tidy. The manager (Ali) was also very helpful and had a great chat. Will certainly be back here!!

First time, Mom and I ordered food from here. Great customer service from Ryan! Food absolutely delicious, we had Teryaki beef, Barbecue chicken and vegetable noodles plus sides of spring rolls and a drink. Yummy!

I went there a few days ago for food and had a great service from someone named ryan who gave me nothing but great service and was very helpful and on top of all that the food was excellent!

I’m a picky eater and a member of staff called Ryan went out of his was and made me noodles without any vegetables and got me curry without peas I couldn’t have had a better experience. The food was amazing the portion size was good would highly recommend

Really nice staff. Ryan served my friend and I. Put on fresh toppings as the one we wanted was nearly finished. Friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was clean and we walked in whilst most of the tables were occupied. The food was fresh and really tasty. The size looked small but it was a good amount, We both had a medium size box which is 2 toppings. My friend had a meal which included a drink and one side. Hers came to just over £10. Mine was just the medium box which was £7.49. Would recommend.

The chicken had nice flavours and not to chewy, the noodles on the other hand were disgusting, had an off like taste and smell to them, my son wouldn’t eat them so I know something wasn’t right because he LOVES egg noodles, requested a refund as it wasn’t edible.
