Lovely place as soon as I walked in I was greeted by some friendly staff Kian and Jo were lovely and helped me decide what I wanted. And the food I got was perfect I had the small box with noodles and caramel drizzle chicken which was amazing I highly recommend it top tier food 👍🏻

Delivery time gradually got later and later but was still reasonable. The delivery driver wasn’t very helpful. The food portions are smaller than they used to be and was just ok

Not very happy that I got asked to walk to delivery man’s car to collect my food because he was scared of dogs. I have a chihuahua and she wouldn’t hurt a fly and when he banged on my door I closed her into the lounge but I still had to step outside my front door and close it behind me then walk onto my drive in my bare feet. Most households have dogs so maybe he shouldn’t be a delivery driver.

Don’t order from this shoddy joint. We ordered egg fried rice but were given wok fried rice which didn’t have a speck of egg. The portion sizes are small compared to the price. The taste was alright but it was an utter waste of money. Stay out of this eatery!

Never order from this shoddy joint. We ordered egg fried rice and we were given wok fried rice without a splinter of an egg. Portion sizes were poor compared to the price. My advice, don’t fall into the trap of looking at pictures and ordering.

Although the food tastes nice - the portion sizing is quite small considering the price as boxes are barely half full. They also forgot part of my order. Overall, I've had better and won't be reordering.

WOW.... It was absolutely stunning if I say so myself, and the deal is brilliant. I got food at 2pm and wasn't hungry till 8ish. You get 2 large boxes- I wouldn't say there massive boxes at all but definitely fills you up, 2 small kids boxes but again they ram all the boxes to brim, 2 large and 2 small drinks and 15 spring rolls and 2 dips... We had- salt and pepper chicken with egg fried rice, x2 salt and pepper chicken with noodles, sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice...was nice hate this word (moist) but it was that 🤣🤣 and juicey 😋🤣 x Place nice, clean and all food was cooked fresh as they started to run out they cook in front of you... absolutely lush... definitely worth a try if your in Wales. Staff amazing, friendly, my daughter has ARFID eating disorder, so we took a while making decisions, some places make you rush your decision, Jo and Conner (staff) did not rush us and was super friendly and gave top service, staff like these two deserve the credit.. making families feel welcome to their facility and not forcing people to hurry and make decisions. I really loved this, especially having a child with ARFID and autism.

Awful. The rice was overcooked and dry and the noodles were inedible. Definitely won’t be back.

I visited the Rhyl store today and was pleasantly surprised with how good the customer service was, when we arrived the card machine wouldn’t take payment so we went to get cash but Ollie and Ryan were very professional and mature in the way they handled it, the food was delicious but please get those guys a fan it was very hot in there for them! I work in retail myself so understand how challenging it can be when something goes wrong but they handled it like champs I hope they get the recognition they deserve

The team working are amazing kind and understanding of people's first time and considering the conditions they are working in aswell. Now I'm not one to moan but the heat in this store near put me off it can not be put into civil words my thoughts on the tight pockets of the owners who sustane from installing an air conditioning system, fix it make the restaurant cooler and more enjoyable

Honestly. This place is new and they have already lost a customer. Ordered food and they cancelled the order after 2qirifn 15 minutes. Ridiculous and won't bother next time.

parts of the order was missing. what was there was poorly cooked. the one rice I received was like stones with no egg whatsoever

Always a favourite, delivery time kept getting pushed back when it arrived it was missing the caramel sauce, so it made the meal kinda dry

First time, Mom and I ordered food from here. Great customer service from Ryan! Food absolutely delicious, we had Teryaki beef, Barbecue chicken and vegetable noodles plus sides of spring rolls and a drink. Yummy!

Since Ali has taken over as manager it has gone back to how it used to be. Plus the spring rolls are always good to have

I went there a few days ago for food and had a great service from someone named ryan who gave me nothing but great service and was very helpful and on top of all that the food was excellent!

Lovely food, asked for a small box with noodles and K-pop bbq and a small drink which was only £4.99. The lady who served me did an amazing job, thank you Melanie.

I’m a picky eater and a member of staff called Ryan went out of his was and made me noodles without any vegetables and got me curry without peas I couldn’t have had a better experience. The food was amazing the portion size was good would highly recommend

Really nice staff. Ryan served my friend and I. Put on fresh toppings as the one we wanted was nearly finished. Friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was clean and we walked in whilst most of the tables were occupied. The food was fresh and really tasty. The size looked small but it was a good amount, We both had a medium size box which is 2 toppings. My friend had a meal which included a drink and one side. Hers came to just over £10. Mine was just the medium box which was £7.49. Would recommend.

The chicken had nice flavours and not to chewy, the noodles on the other hand were disgusting, had an off like taste and smell to them, my son wouldn’t eat them so I know something wasn’t right because he LOVES egg noodles, requested a refund as it wasn’t edible.

Just been to chopstix in Rhyl, 2 people waiting, we stood for over 20 minutes waiting to get served. The 2 ladies waiting had ordered their meal, the lad behind the counter made a batch of noodles, which the girl used to serve the 2 ladies, they both where wandering up n down behind the counter, whete their food was hoing cold and no progress made on the ladies orders. Only other customers in the shop where us and a man who'd come in to collect an order. Got so fed up of waiting we went over to mcdonalds who was busier got our order, and the 2 ladies where still bloody waiting in chopstix. What a shameful disgraceful service, that was our first visit and it will certainly be the last.

Was really excited when we came across the noodle bar today. The staff were really helpful and went through the menu and how it worked. My husband ordered egg friend rice and chicken bites. I ordered BBQ chicken and another type of chicken which I thought was like a honey glaze with noodles. The chicken was tasteless, even the sauce on it was nothing like BBQ and the noodles disgusting. We paid £18 for the meal. Really disappointed. We won't be returning

The chicken noddles I had was amazing but the beef on the other order was a bit fatty and tough.But the chicken an everything else was great just had too pick beef out off the other one
