I ordered 7 meals through Just Eat as a Christmas treat for the participants I work with. Waiting time wasn't too bad so no complaints there. When the order arrived, once checked, there were three items missing from the order, one being the infamous gravy. I called them to report the missing items only to be told "I won't send a driver back to you with the missing items as it's not worth it! Can you come into store to pick them up?" Firstly, the driver only delivered the items they had been given to them to deliver so KFC should think of this as 'worth it' as it was their error. Secondly, I would have came into store to order and pick up in the first instance if that was an option... hence using Just Eat. I then got told to get a refund from Just Eat if I couldn't get to the shop. Lousy customer service ultimately loses customers!

One of 9 cars parked waiting for their food. McDonald's need to remove the censor that measures service time. This restaurant like others constantly cheats the system....if you like waiting 15-20 mins for "fast food" come here. The same every single time!

We have been coming to Broughton Asda for many years and when Xmas shopping we always stop there for lunch. This year however, Friday 30th Nov, it was awful. We were there before 1pm. Festive items were advertised on the counter, but when we tried to order two out of the three options we were told they were not and had not been available as they didn't have the stock. We asked for toasties, but they were not available either. We ended up with three wraps, at £4.95:each, and 2 portions of chips which were over £2 each. When served the wraps were tiny and the chips were too hard to eat. I complained and actually felt sorry the poor lady in the kitchen. We kept the wraps but the chips were inedible. She offered us 2 mince pies which I accepted. (These were Asda's own boxed mince pies which they were selling at £2.59 each!!! I felt well and truly ripped off and had we not been hungry and with a trolley load of shopping to pay for, Iwould have gone elsewhere. In fact, the food was so awful, I really wish we had visited another cafe in the complex, were we would have got decent food for around the same price . This was one of our favourite stores in Broughton, but not any more. I know the cafe is a franchise but Asda, this needs sort ing out!!

Ordered the battered sausage from the MAINS section of the menu.It said £5 so as it was in mains and it was a fiver I thought that's not a bad price. Assuming (maybe wrong) that the price and the fact it was in a mains section of the menu that it would come with chips or even a salad. 10 minutes later the guy turns up with 1 regular sized battered sausage in a basket. 1 sausage for £5 the waiter told us then that chips were extra. We could only laugh at how much we had been ripped off. I wouldn't go back the price does not reflect in quality of food or portion. The waiter told us he was embarrassed because he agreed with our complaint. Poor guy is bound by his manager greed.

Worst meal ever, I ordered crispy beef and got instead soggy beef with old mushrooms..if I wouldn't know about how the dish should be I wouldn't get so angry. I big joke on my well worth income. Shame on you. Never again.

2 hours late, dry, terrible food. No answer to the phone. The app said 10 mins , I asked the delivery guy why no answers and that I wanted a refund. He just kept saying no no no and walked away from me in the end. Can agree with previous comments - don’t waste your time or money here! The worst!!!!

Closed - gone - hasta la vista, Gringo's. We had eaten there - while it was so-so food, they lacked finesse to make it worth the price.

Very poor cafe, not enough high chairs available even though it wasn’t busy, staff showed little interest and didn’t care when asked where to find high chair. Not ideal having to wait for someone to finish so that your toddler can have a chair to eat their food. Unfortunately we had already ordered otherwise we would have left. Baby changing facilities, not clean, five bins in the cubicle and all full with one over flowing. Only stopped here as child was getting hungry, really wasn’t worth it and caused more stress than it was worth. First and last visit to a Tesco cafe.

We've been ordering from here for years and never had an issue, unfortunately tonight we were victim to sexism. I placed an order for collection as I usually do and when THEY got it wrong my husband was told to order it next time as 'he would get it right'. Absolutely disgusted at having to write this review as never had an issue like this before but please be mindful when ladies order from here as they obviously prefer to take orders from males

This pop up pizza stand has a great spot at the edge of the caravan park, right next to the beach. Not sure how long they have been running, but looks like the right sort of business for this spot. Wait time was a LOT longer than we were told, so the kids got cold. (50 minutes when we had been told, and planned for, 20 minutes) Pizza base and sauces were tasty, but the toppings were beyond meagre. An 8 slice pepperoni pizza had only 6 *small* slices of pepperoni on. The BBQ chicken pizza also had 2 slices with zero chicken on, and hardly any meat on the rest of it. Very stingy.

I visited this place yesterday. It was for a ice cream next to Frothy Coffee. I'm just assuming they are the same place because it said frothy coffee on my bank statement. So I was in the que for an ice cream waiting and the older gentleman behind the counter was just on the phone making me wait. I eventually asked for the 2 ice creams he made them but then I asked nicely could have some syrup on them please? and all of a sudden he was acting all moody with me huffing and puffing giving me dirty looks. It was like too much of an ask for him to do it. Made me feel really uncomfortable. Next time I will be taking my business elsewhere and not be returning here they should be lucky to have the business aswell in times like this. Just ungrateful and extremely RUDE!!!!
