Called in for coffee, very quiet, we had tea and coffee and 2 scones, we had to ask for butter but the scones were so stale we couldn't eat them. The waitress did begrudgingly give us something else. We won't bother again

What a disappointment. Had seen the Oriel Gallery cafe but decided to support a small local business… This place was empty, on a Saturday! No welcome, no music, no ambience, no food!!, Ordered coffee and a day old scone. Came with a bit of hard butter and no jam - although we saw the jam on our departure!! Why wasn’t this offered? How on earth can this sad cafe survive? Do they even care? You had your chance - you blew it. Would never return :(

Visited lunch time. Very nice place, good clean decor. Friendly staff. No sign of any menus though. We had cakes from the display cabinet and coffees. Several people walked in and left without ordering. Not sure why they don’t have a menu in the window to let the many passers by what is on offer. There is so much competition around I’m sure that a business like this needs all the turnover it can get. Nothing wrong with what they do, but could do more to drive custom.

First time contributor but felt this place shouldn't go unmentioned! We went to the Continental today and the choice of food on the menu was so different it was difficult to make a decision, but when we did none of us were disappointed. The food was great, all home cooked with more than we expected on the plates, it was worth every penny (it was cheap for what we got) and we will all be going back next time in Llandudno, keep up the good work, definitely highly recommended!!!

This is fine dining at it's BEST!!!! We went to this restaurant for our 15 wedding anniversary and it didn't disappoint at all. The waiters were friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. ALL the food was exquisite! If you want an experience as a dinner out, this place worth every penny.

Breakfast is served at 8.30 for the whole hotel so the poor harrased staff are run off their feet. You have to put in an order for breakfast the day before so no deciding on the day if you want to wake that early or they will give you nothing to eat even though it’s been paid for. Nice view from rooms.

The Old HighwayAbsolutely filthy. Popped in for the free hot drink and mince pies. No mince pies and hot chocolate had run out. This was 2.30pm on 30th December Loads of booths were free to sit but everywhere was covered in dried up food,drink and trays full of dirty plates and cups. Nowhere had been cleaned. Floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Took our lattes outside to drink instead but poured half of them away as they tasted like sweet packet ones not proper coffee. It really lets the Welsh Mountain Zoo down this place.

79 Mostyn StreetAvoid avoid avoid It says freshly home cooked food it came out and looked like 3 months old hard black roast chicken and chips looked like it been cooked. Over and over again never seen anything like it , we did not even attempt to eat it . Run by rude teenagers ask for refund would not give us a refund no management around . Dirty cafe cannot believe this place is still open they take your money before the food comes out . Disgusting worst place I have ever gone too

Mostyn Champneys Retail Park AldiGoing to the Dogs? Full of barking yapping dogs, seriously stretching the "well behaved dogs allowed". rule Not a pleasant experience. Pity , but also starting to look a bit scruffy and not smell completely of coffee,which is synonymous of establishments that become infested with dogs. Find somewhere else for a coffee next time.

87 Foryd RoadMe and dad paid a visit around lunch time the food was very nice the staff were polite and approachable just one thing no sweetener on offer as I forgot mind but one thing always go on an empty stomach as the food portion was big keep up the good work guys stay safe Wales chick .xx
