I ordered it on justeat and I think they waited until the driver arrived or something because when it arrived it my coffee was nice and hot and my frappe was cold and everything was fresh and so five stars for you guys!

Nice place for a morning coffee my only grip is the amount of single people with laptops hogging a 4 seat table they should designate one area for people using laptops

Had always thought Costa coffee were dog friendly but was told today that my little American Cocker Spaniel, who was tucked under the table, was not welcome. I mentioned that I’d visited other Costas where they were welcome but sadly not there. However he kindly allowed us to finish our coffee and cake before we left. I only gave a three because I think Costa need to be a little clearer.

Always a relaxed atmosphere, standard of drinks and food is consistently good.

I've visited a few Costas in the past few weeks-- and every single venue has the same health problems!! Tables constantly left needing to be cleared AND cleaned, long after customers have vacated ( and chairs pushed everywhere) Floors needing a clean up-- and toilets an absolute disgrace!!( And that includes no toilet paper in any)!!! After all that, (hoping the cups are cleaner than the interior), the coffee is lovely- and it's such a shame that the rest isn't!!! Get your act together Costa- I'll be watching you!!

Always welcoming atmosphere. Staff always friendly. Easy to park outside. Many places could learn a thing or three from these guys!

Very busy costa, but drinks were good and service was not slow. We like their loyalty scheme of 2 beans for Reusable cup, so we get a free drink after using our Reusable cups 4 times 😁 best loyalty scheme I have found, free parking other shops next door like wilkos

Great coffee (and tea or so my wife says) very friendly hard working staff, great vibes at this Costa, lots of regulars pop in for their favourite 'fix' so it's all good here.

Hot Chocolate could be done under the trade description act. Luke warm at best (3rd time now out of 3) Surprising the tables didn't collapse under the weight of the dirty cups & trays.

Nice drinks and given a glass with ice. Very little filling in toasted sandwich. When asked, the woman serving food abruptly told me they had no salt sachets with no apology. A little politeness goes a long way.

Extremely busy and therefore tables were not cleared regularly. The Irish card does not work here for points but the coffee and service is just as good!

Weak coffee, bacon roll was like rubber. The only think that was in their favour was the staff, they were working really hard to serve you.

Very busy there despite being around 9. 30 am. Two serving and had good routine so not much of a wait. They also had to clear the tables so were coping very well. Had hot drink and bacon bap offer.....lovely tasty bacon, plenty of it, no fat.

All and I mean all the staff are amazing!!. They work fast and always have a smile on their faces ,I recommend costa Mostyn champneys

If I could rate with a zero star rating then I would. Like the other reviews where customers were waiting for beans to grow before they get thier coffee I too waited patiently. As I was looking for somewhere to sit I noticed half the shop was full of school kids seemingly sharing the same glass of tap water and enjoying the free WiFi. Anyhow served and sat down I needed the toilet. Omg it was disgusting , poo all over the side of the toilet brush too. New store and you've let it get like this. Pathetic.

Need to clean up their act Tables left covered in used crockery etc. Service very slow.

Yeah nice. Just a Costa isn't it? They're all fairly similar, like most chains, but the staff are always very friendly in this one to be fair. I never really eat anything in coffee shops, so didn't rate the food, wasn't a negative rating.

Went here yesterday 27/10/22 Will never go here again Very disappointed and so angry I've got the app so I go up to the till and I had a free hot drink that needed to be used by 27/10/2022 and I also had a free drink which expiry date was for March 2023. Anyway girl at the till asks what I would like I explain to her I would like to use my free hot drink please asks what I want I tell her a large gingerbread latte please she then says I have to pay 50p for the syrup I say nope I don't it's a free drink oh ok she then asks another girl she says what I said but then the other girl says but ya can't have large only medium I'm like why again its a free drink ya can have any size anyway I get the drink girl at till scans my app I look at it and she's took my free drink not the free hot drink that had to be used yesterday so I query it and she blames me. I said well I've never had any other problems in any other Costa. Therefore like I day I will never go to that particular Costa ever again!

Awful service drinks are poorly made I asked for large hot chocolate with gingerbread syrup first one came with floating chocolate powder chunks and too full when pushed to pick it up it went all over the saucer 2nd one came half a cup with half froth and no syrup and teaspoon was shouted at across room to say forgotten to put syrup in so the she put 5 pumps in and it just tastes of syrup and no chocolate

I have visited this new store a few times now thinking it will improve and it doesn’t , every time I visit I’m waiting in a long line of customers to be served with less than 2 tables inside occupied so very quiet. The service is incredibly slow upwards of 15 minutes to be served then waiting for the drink to be prepped. For a bigger store than the one on park Llandudno it seems to have less staff.

Not the best costa I've been to. Cakes are often dry and very low stock levels so not much choice.

My local. Staff are always wonderful, although they're short staffed and look overwhelmed/stressed everytime I have been there. Nonetheless absolutely professional working ethic despite the long queues

7 people sat at tables so not a busy period. 17 people queuing to be served. So painfully slow and tables filthy , clogged up with pots etc...not cleared / cleaned. I'm sorry but this place heeds a major shake up !! Not even a busy time of day.

Generic Costa, long wait in the que.

Was not acknowledged by any staff member and ignored.. finally got my order placed and waited for seemed a life time .. no team work today very disappointing from my regular costa

Staff definitely need more training, incorrect orders, very slow service. The cafe itself is lovely, but I tale the whole experience into account. The drinks tasted strange too. Was disappointed for a 1st time visit. Ordered 2 cappuccinos, got 2 lattes.

Disabled Toilets not working! Generalappearance - tatty Outside chairs were arranged untidily Tables were uneven maybe due the legs and / or unlevel ground The main door handle was dangerously hanging off! It could easily have scraped a childs face of someone in a wheelchair! The disabled door access button did not work. We were waiting for ages to make an order - lack of staff The disabled toilets were out of order!! The disabled toilets were out of order!! We did not discover this until the toilet was needed. They should have put a notice on the main door stating this problem!! I ordered a Chicken & Chorizo Stonebaked Panini. I was expecting it to be left alone. I didn't realise it was going to be toasted. It was horrible- dried out chicken with chorizo on a semi dried out mush. Really really bad I do not recomemend this particular for anything! Why would anyone go into a place where you drink fluids, if there is no where for you to have a wee??
