Ordered pizza for collection, arrived at store to be told my order was not on the system and had to prove with my email, they then realised it had been mistakenly been taken by the delivery driver, no apology in store was told it would be 7mins while they remake the pizza took around 15mins, no gesture of goodwill or even an extra sauce or a drink and no apology, received an email asking me to review my visit of which I did and then received an short email with half arsed apology, it seems dominoes don't value their customers will certainly consider my options before placing an order in future, the missing pizza wasn't the issue it was the attitude of the in store staff and the response via email from dominoes themselves

A budget friendly take out with very good food. More quantity and quality for a cheaper price. Also the owner is very friendly.

Didn't eat there or order, was put off seeing 4 staff members outside the door smoking. No way to know if they hand washed but the smell alone would put me off.

I ordered crispy prawn won tons. It was just the outside casing - absolutely no filling. Main meal of green pepper and chicken in black bean sauce was nice but lacked the expected amount of Chicken. Crispy seaweed was also nice but not a full portion. Would I order again probably not. Shame really.

My experience here yesterday was the most disappointing restaurant experience i have had for a very long time. Super slow, incorrect order, sloppily made and the drive thru machine doesn't work correctly so you have to shout and even then they can barely hear you (its been like this for months).

Went to KFC last night, with a friend for a take away, we waited ages, i sat down, as i recently had operation, waited at least 10 mins, just as food was ready, wham, chair snapped in half and i fell hitting, wall, table and my leg being trapped under chair, it was horrendous, the staff very slowly came across and stood round looking, my friend tried to help me up, but i knew my leg/knee was to painfil i needed 2 people to help. i asked for accident book, and 2 lads removed the chair, after 15 or so mins, the girl who was supposedly duty manager came back, with piece of paper and was speaking to someone on phone, i asked if it was manager-she nodded and despite me asking to speak to him, phone was disconnected, i then asked for the chair to be brought back, as i needed to see it, i was not the fattest person in store, and if there was a weight limit, it should have been displayed, usually if i was in a fast food place, i would have a child with me, imagine this happening with a child on my knee, i have hurt my leg/knee/back/hips/thighs/arms/humongous bruises/wrist.fingers, back of head and neck.!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am recently recovering from double eye op and one of things i must not do is jump around, i sure jumped as i hit everything, i spoke to managed last night on phone, after demanding-his first words were sorry, i will refund the money, for crying out loud, this was not about cost of my dinner-which by the way was disgusting, should be renamed DAC dammed awful chicken, but i have spoke to HSE this morning, i need people to be aware, these stupid chairs are not safe, please anyone visiting, DO NOT SIT ON THEM,
