Ordered through just eat on Friday evening, food came fast and was hot, chicken kebab was plenty for a small as was the pizza, I feel bad for not tipping the delivery guy but had no cash at all!! Thanks again

Busy bank holiday, called for pick up. Arrived after their requested time, 3 or 4 people were chasing up orders when I got there, they were obviously busy Id already been to th counter and paid, I didn't want to pressure them further - long story short, stood there for 45 mins whilst my food was all packaged up, fully cold when I eventually chased up. No apology, just lied that it was cooked fresh. It was cold, it wasn't even warm.

Where I’m from in London we call it mini turkey as there are so many fabulous kebab shops, this place isn’t on the same level as ones back home, but I certainly cannot complain too much about it. I’ve had much worse kebabs in other parts of Wales, this one was cooked well all the way through and was hot, slightly on the salty side but I like my food like that. The donner meat seems to be the frozen stuff, I didn’t eat it so I can’t comment. Pizza was cooked well, my partner said it was fine for the price. We found it quite good value for money as the prices back home are a lot more, but all in all we would order again if we can’t be bothered to cook!

Honestly ive never waited longer for food. Bad service. The cashier was very unpleasant. Food was uncooked literally after over 30 minutes of waiting i have been served raw pizza and refused the refund. Terrible place.

Placed order online and was told it will be 70 minutes, That was fine as at the time i wasn’t starving, After the 70 minutes come and went i started getting worried that i wasn’t eating that night, Anyway after 90 minutes and still no food I decided to contact them and the reply i got was my order was out on delivery and will be with me shortly……. Yeah yeah yeah as is still not delivered 2 hours after the first purchase. When i called the shop they again said it was out for delivery and for me too be patience , At this point i started getting a very high temperature with anger so told them just to cancel my order and return my money in turn the girl on the phone said Sarcastically that she couldn’t cancel as it was out for delivery. WELL HERE GOES ME AND I CALL BS. Never again will i purchase any food or drink from this place. And as a local born and bred in Caernarfon I can tell you that i and my family have spent a lot of money over the years in Bella pizza….. I have been to Bella Pizza many times and every single time they have messed up my order the service was horrific,when I phoned them telling them they got our order wrong,they got into a argument with me telling me i ordered something that I hate,will never come back,shambolic

the portion just received is a disgrace ordered a large chips and donner meat you get more chips in a happy meal !!! What a waste of 50min wait wont spend a penny there again!!

Lacking . What kind of kebab shop takes your order and before wrapping doesn't offer you salt n vinegar on your chips or salad n sauce on your kebab. Amateurs at best

Really disappointed. Ordered some food with friends to go with a few beers. Food arrived and my pizza was missing from the order having been charged. Phoned up to ask for the pizza to be delivered as explained by the driver but the manager said there was little time for this. Offered a free pizza the next day but that didn’t do anything to the hunger I had at the time. Poor communication and service.

Absolutely horrendous. Rang for delivery, we ordered our usual menu. Was quoted £17.80 over the phone, delivery came, bill changed to £19.40! Rip off, money stealing company. When I rang the comapny was told “don’t know what the machine has done”, was rude, couldn’t answer my question of how they got the extra money. Added it up myself on their website and came to £17.80. Seem like they seem to charge what they want. We order regularly from this company, but no longer!!

I came here with my two daughters for dinner, we walked past and they fancied pizza. Inside the staff were being very rude, making inappropriate comments about myself and the kids. In the end we decided to leave whilst being laughed at. Very rude staff and they don’t respect customers, eat elsewhere.

Dont get the chicken. So overdone it was almost burnt and tasted like it had been deep fried in very old oil.

Chips were nice but the fried chicken looked like it had been roasted or grilled then battered and fried. Have previously bought pizza from here and is usually a bit doughy for my taste.

Three times I’ve been in a row now and I never get what I actually order, I will ask for lettuce and sauce but get onions, lettuce and no sauce. Also usually ask for cheesy chips with garlic Mayo and I never get the sauce. I’d understand if it was due to them being busy but 3 times in a row not receiving what I actually ordered is pushing it. Still nice food, but please do what people ask and only give the salad and sauce they ask for, not the extra and not missing stuff.

If your thinking of getting a delivery from here I wouldn't bother. Last week I placed an order and waited nearly 2 hours for my food. Then last night I placed an order and the food came squashed. These times are not the first time it's happened. I have placed many orders there and on numerous times the pizzas are late and burned. On average a £140 a week is spent here by our kids and because I put something up on social media about the establishment they have placed a ban on my address. I wouldn't advice anyone spending money here! Plenty more places that you can get an unburned pizza. #keepclear

Ordered 2 donner keebabs, said no salad please plain, arrived just donner meat in a box, called and they said next time say we owe you for 2 pizza bread, and said i should have said i wanted a pizza bread! Started to eat and the donner meat is absolutely dry, couldnt eat it, daughters pizza was burnt too, worst £27 ever spent, this place has gone downhill . P

Food was fine but the delivery driver was too lazy to delivery the food to my actual door, and decided to just obnoxiously push the buzzer to the door of the flat building 4 times despite me buzzing him in each time. Wouldn’t have minded but having paid £3 for delivery, I thought that meant delivery to my home - not delivery nearby. I am recovering from an injury at the moment which is why I paid to have it delivered in the first place . Embarrassing service really.

Really awful - pizza was over an hour late, phoned up to find out where it was to be told that it was “out for delivery”. Given that it took another 30 mins to arrive this was clearly code for “we’ve completely ignored your order and need to start making it”, as nowhere in Canaerfon is more than 10 minutes from anywhere else. When it did arrive the chicken strips were nice but the pizza was poor quality even for the low bar of a kebab shop pizza. Would not recommend.

First time ordering from here since we are here visiting and was a bit skeptical from the reviews but overall we all really enjoyed the food and arrived quickly and hot.

Absolutely horrendous. If i could rate 0 stars i would. Order was confirmed at 5:45, was meant to be here at 7:15 but didn't get here until 8:30! It was stone cold when it got here! Chips were soggy, cheese on the pizza was like rubber and the garlic bread was like cardboard. Lady on the phone was no help at all. Phoned at 7:30 to inquire, she said the food was ready and about to be picked up. I phoned again at 8:10 and after inquiring again she hung up on me! £15 for crap, will never order from here again

Ordered in store and everything was ready in less than 10 minutes. The food was yummy too - never thought of having corn on a chicken pizza but it was a great addition.

Very bad service. Not very nice on the phone either. Everything that should have been crispy and crunchy, was soft and cold. Chips were like rubber. Coleslaw and salad, all I could taste was onions. And coleslaw very watery. Really disappointing.

Ordered delivery from Bella PIzza, 1 hr 30 minutes later they cancelled our order as they didn’t have any drivers, surely they knew this when accepting the order, DISGRACE

I have previously given a negative review and now feel it only fair to say that the last couple of deliveries have been spot on.Not sure who is cooking there now but the food is very much improved!!5 stars and would recommend now.A few months ago was a different story.

I have always ordered from here would spend over £40 for food for me my husband and kids not ever complained until lately,3 times in a row I've had uncooked pizza phoned the shop tonight the owner was rude on the phone then told me to ask my husband to go to the shop to sort it,once my husband entered the shop he started shouting in front of a customer this customer looked at the pizza and also agreed it wasn't cooked,after arguing with my husband he and another member of staff followed my husband to the car and tried to open the door,luckily my kids were not in the car I will never order from here again this new management was ment to be better all I've heard lately is a lot of complaints

Were do I start! We placed an order for delivery, and to give them time we booked delivery for 1 hour later. Food was delivered 2 hours from initial order. So delivery was 1 hour late, but what was much worse is that it appears food must have been prepared at least 1 hour prior to delivery. When driver turned up the bottom of the pizza box was cold, and when we commented he was blasé and said "we are busy". Worse was to come, we had ordered some samosas and onion rings, and when we opened the container they had disintegrated into the salad had been put in with them. There was no way we could eat as was just a ball of mush. We had to put pizza in oven to re-heat and clearly the pizza had been waiting around to be delivered. To top it all off we paid £4 delivery for the honour to have this food. PLEASE ALL TAKE NOTE- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO SAID PIZZA SHOP. TOTAL DISGRACE.

Order Lamb kabab with sweet chili sauce but they sent hot chili sauce, and meat was very raw. Didn't even replaced nor even refunded.

Bella Pizza was just shy of exceptional. We ordered 7 pizzas after a day of activities that arrived within about 40 minutes. The Meat Feast was a sight to behold and was washed down well with a free bottle of Tango. The onion rings never arrived but I hate onion rings. Whenever I think of the Jones Stag I will have fond memories of Bella Pizza

!PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER! Awful, terrible. Absolute appalling. My standards for kebab shops isn't exactly high in the clouds, but the service and food quality I got was horrible. I ordered popcorn chicken, a chicken doner wrap, and a large lamb kebab, with salted chips. The lamb was barely seasoned, the chicken doner (almost exclusively made with thigh meat) was DRY, the portion size of the large (£8.50) lamb kebab was just sad. The chicken was overcooked and missing its dipping sauce. And to top things off, there were no chips at all! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I only ordered because it was the only place that delivered to my residence. Here are some alternatives I strongly suggest you get instead if the opportunity arises: Caernarfon kebabs, any other kebab shop, chew on seaweed on the marina, it'll be easier to chew and taste better, and much quicker than the near two hour wait time from bella pizza. Waste of near on 20 quid and two hours of my time, I could and should have just thrown some cheap freezer food in the oven for an hour. Still wouldn't be as dry and overcooked as their lamb. You may think I'm embellishing to the extreme, but I assure you I'm not. I genuinely believe you'll enjoy seaweed pulled from a pile of lager cans and someone's urine than the food from this place. Such a waste. It's a wonder this place is still open

😧😧😧 over 2 hours after ordering, tried phoning to find out where the food was and no answer - had to pay for a taxi to get there to enquire about my food. I was told i would receive a refund (yet to be received) and my food was given to me from the side (had clearly just been sitting there) I’ve been poorly all night after eating a couple of slices. If I could give it zero then it would be. Food was two hours late, order was wrong, don't trust anything the just eat app says. It took several calls to remind them to even cook the pizza, another one to get them to actually deliver it. Its gets better though....the pizza finally arrived and it was absolutely dire. My dog eats better. In fact I wouldn't have even fed it to the dog...no couldn't... couldn't put the poor little sod through it.

By the time it turned up it was so late it was a joke think the delivery driver must of stopped on the way to eat it then on his way back ran over a chicken then he had to pluck it before cooking it. He must of then gone for a 30min nap in the back of his car before finally delivering my chicken kebab. Which went straight in the bin as i already went out for a sit down meal and a few drinks before coming home for the delivery.

I have been a customer from day 1. The boss is extreamly kind and looks after people who respect him and his team. Hes always been a fair boss . he also takes pride in his produce and monitors the standard of products he sells. The shop alwas friendly and clean. The pizza is and has been for 30 years the best and most tasty going. When busy all delivery outlets struggle but id definatly eat from ere. Its all good

I think they forgot about me. Ordered through Just Eat and was told it would be delivered by 1910. Phoned at 1920 and was told it would be here within 10 minutes. It's now 2000 and it's still not arrived. They're only 0.2 miles from me, 4 mins by walk. Terrible service
