I waited nearly 2 hours for my delivery. The pancake stack was shocking 4 cold little pancakes with 1 strawberry on top. The kinder milkshake was just as bad. I paid £24 through the bank and the delivery driver still asked me for a payment when he arrived. With out realising i have paid them another £24. I phoned sweet Steve’s directly and a lady told me when the driver is back she’ll tell him to bring me my money back. At 11pm there was still no sign of the delivery driver so I phoned them up to find they have closed after making me wait up for them to bring my money back. The company can’t ever run a bath never mind a shop.

Very small portions, 4 scotch pancakes, bit of Nutella and 2 strawberries isn't really worth the money. Ice cream taste cheap and very small portions also

AMAZING! The best dessert shop in the area of Rhyl, denbighshire! Very high quality ingredients used, very generous portions of toppings etc. They also allow you to create your own on pretty much everything and they cater for vegan and gluten free diets.

PromenadeI still can’t believe how bad this place is. It’s actually comical at how BAD it is. Fancied proper fish and chips and spotted what I thought was a genuine chippy right on the front in a perfect location. Queued up to be greeted by the most miserable young girl who stared straight through my soul. Ordered and managed to find a seat. It was chaotic and not clear who’s order was being called. Food came in a tray and I said do you have knife and fork to which they said yes there’s a fork in it. Flimsiest fork in the world. Went back to pay for sauce as they are not free. Well it was cheaper then cheap chips barely cooked and the worst fish ever seen in life. Like one of them cheap battered frozen ones. All batter no fish, and not a nice batter like from a proper chippy! Thank god didn’t come across the rude man from all the other reviews. Maybe the girls were so miserable as work with him. God knows. Nice reminder to check reviews before I spend my money anywhere! Don’t even know how the hell this has stayed in business. Avoid at all costs it’s vile

2 Ceg y Ffordd, Prestatyn LL19 7YE WalesOrdered via the app, they got quite a few things wrong. No breads with 2 kebabs, no salad with one and the wrong kebab. Ordered chicken doner and lamb doner combination, it didn’t have any bread with it. Ordered chicken doner with salad, it came as chicken shawarma with no salad and no bread. The small doner with salad had hardly any meat. The large chips weren’t very large and the pizza was overdone for my grandson. Pretty poor. Usually get free garlic bread with cheese which is usually lovely, didn’t get anything ! They got it wrong last time, so it’s time to move on from here. I did ring to complain, they said they were very busy and would bring it later …. What’s the point ? The food would have just gone cold. Just told them it was very poor.
