McDonald's in Flintshire

Excellent service not busy mostly Mums and their little ones on a shopping day out. Very chilled atmosphere. Staff seem happy. Staff I had interaction will were very pleasant

Food took over 20 mnis even though it was quiet. When it did arrive it was stone cold, not even a little bit of warmth and the drink was half full.

My strawberry lemonade and my friends iced latte is not filled to the top. My friends iced latte tastes weird.

Three times now in three weeks drive through for breakfast,service really slow, order mixed up and wrong food given twice

Absolutely shocking. The staff are clearly illiterate as every time we order from them they get it wrong and miss things out. What an absolute mess that restaurant is

Really poor service. Lad at drive thru had attitude when I asked him if my sweet n sour was in the bag, put sweet curry in the bag. These chips are meant to be a medium, they're also freezing cold. Absolute joke.

Sorry, but this is the second time in the space of a couple of weeks where the overall service and experience has been poor. I even ordered on the app prior to turning up to collect the team meeting breakfast as i thought this would be smoother! Unfortunately, on arrival, the code wasn't recognised, then I was told there was no hash browns and was asked to park in a waiting bay, no problem for me. What I didn't expect was to wait nearly 20 minutes, watching other drive thru customers go through with no delay, to be then be surely presented with my order with no apologies for the wait at all! Really disappointed, and will look to go elsewhere from now on.

I order veggie wrap meal, I got my order it was chicken roll, I return the food I told him I order veggie after I got food I left the place, it was chicken wrap in veggie wrap the worst McDonald’s place I been in my life worst worst customer service I have to bin the food I will never in my life will go to McDonald’s in CH4 0DP…….sh…t

I had to put a one star rating as I have to do this but if not I would not give it no star rating as it is a mess I went through the drive-thru and ordered but when it came they forgot to put two fries in the bag when I approach them about it they ask for a receipt but the guy that I paid did not give me one so then they told me to pull in the bay and when I did the manager came out and had a right go at me and said I was giving her staff grief and one of them began to cry so she said I mean I am not add up for £2 fries but if I've paid for them I want them and when I had shown her what was given to us she walked off and never returned I could not be a waiting just thought I'd give you guys a truthful review on the McDonald's in Broughton check out all the rest of the reviews you will see it is one of the worst to go to avoid at all cost

Went here whilst on a road trip with my daughter. Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. The food was piping hot and good quality for McDonalds. My one gripe is that I had to wait 20 minutes for my food, which I felt was a bit too long considering this is ‘fast’ food joint. However I can’t fault the lovely staff and that they had covid safety measure in place…. The food was also good which is why it gets 4/5

First visit, food cold. second visit asked to ensure the food was hot. Cold again. Third visit I declined to order. Wife ordered. Her food cold. Will avoid in future. Staff don’t smile either. Overall there better restaurants available than this one.

I am sick of coming to this McDonalds as 9/10 they get the order wrong and its especially annoying when you go through drive through and find out when you get home wasting fuel etc. They don't give you receipts either and when you go back to complain the staff have a face on them. Not very professional. Would not recommend this service. They seriously need extra training or new management. Terrible.

Came here 25/01/20 after the cinema for tea about 22:30 brought double cheeseburger and fries and milkshake the milkshake was nice but the double cheeseburger and fries were cold not hot and the fries was tasteless I don’t normally have trouble with this restaurant but this time I’m afraid there was a problem with my order.

There was no one serving on the counter and I had to use the screen boards which I had no idea how to use, A member of staff after a while did come over to help me. The food was cold when it arrived so didn't enjoy it at all but the coffee was the nicest part

It was really very busy when I visited with my two teenage children. We waited about Ten minutes to be served and then waited quite a while for the order. It was well cooked and tasted fine. Would only return when quieter as very noisy.

Very busy as you would expect on a retail park but the staff are very good and the place clean. Car park can be hectic so take care with the kids but overall one of the better examples of the fast food chain.

It’s a McDonalds. It sells McDonalds food and drinks. It has a computer panel to order your meal. It has those cool push down sauce dispensers.

My order should have been 2 Happy Meals and a Big Mac, what I actually received was a baseball cap and a letter of resignation from the person who had served me. It read, "Please help me, I have been working for 8 continuous days with only a 20 minute break, my wife has left me and taken the children" To make matters worse they parked me up for 2 hours and had no ketchup.

I've never written a review about McDonald's but after having the wrong food numerous times I felt I had to. Last week I took my children through the drive through and it had been a long day. After arriving home I opened my kids happy meals to find one had no chicken nuggets in the box. I now have one screaming child and rang them to advise. Was told to go back down as usual. Walked in and stood there for a while ignored my 2 members of staff before someone asked me if I was ok. I explained I'd just rang and needed meals replacing including mine as was now cold. I finally got my food and returned home. My burger was freezing as per and if I eat in always have to take back. I give up

This fast food restaurant is anything but fast! They are slow, inefficient and miserable. The food is often lukewarm and takes ages to be cooked. They do machine payment and order and wait at the till payment. We waited at the till whilst lots of staff went back and forth either ignoring us or muttering they would be there soon. Since table service became an option it has become more of a shambles.

The Big Tasty was hastily put together, the cola was over syrupped and worst of all, the fries were a half portion. Check before you drive away.

Called in for lunch group of 5 very quick service food as usual,basically your normal mac Donald’s apart from one member of staff Cath,what a lovely helpful friendly lady,cleared everything up quickly and had a lovely way with adults and children every one of your outlets should have a member of staff like this,not only us thought that people around us were saying the same how nice it was from your usual staff who don’t speak at all.Well done Cath you made it a very enjoyable lunch.

Called in drive through only three cars in front of us,ordering quickly so no problem.went to collect order and told to park up waited over 20 minutes..food good as always but disappointed by the waiting time.

I had been working a long shift and my partner had been out all day and we both decided to go for a bite to eat at this particular mcdonald's branch , when we arrived (it was gone midnight) , there was 1 food order being processed , I ordered us both a meal and clearly stated 'no mayo or coleslaw' , to be fair the girl serving us DID process this order correctly but once the food came out it had mayo on the burger , fair enough i thought so i asked to change it , then i heard a guy shout "WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT? WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?" , if an order hasn't been done properly then shouting about it is totally unproffesional , it should be no quibble whatsoever , to add insult to injury , both my partner and i were waiting 15 minutes for our food only for the fries to come out cold and no apology from any of the team members , how couold we wait that long? there were several team members in the kitchen and yet we waited that long AND it came out wrong , I am going to wrap this FAIR review up now by clearly putting I will not be returning to this branch of mcdonald's again , service and communication has gone downhill completely , very sad i couldn't leave a better experience , avoid this branch folks , otherwise you will be disappointed

Everything is in the title... McDonald's is McDonald's it will be the same thing regarding to food doesn't matter when you are located in the world... I can only say the Broughton McDonald's is not very clean, staff is a bit rude

Attended today with my family for a treat. Restaurant has been revamped since our last visit. Gone are the comfortable booths, replaced by hard plywood furniture.Orders are now placed on touch screens, confusing layout and not easiest to navigate.Can still order food at the counter but only only one person serving and no menu.Table service is a nice addition in theory however restaurant was not busy but service took so long our food was cold when it arrived.Note for McDonald's - modernisation does not always mean improvement.

For some bizarre reason the decided to chance everything around, they don’t have a copy of the menu behind the counter so once you get to the front of the que the you have to go somewhere else to view a menu, after queuing to pay you must then enter another que to collect you food basically copying the system Argos uses!! This has doubled the waiting times so much so they now offer table service!! I work over the road and have limited time for dinner we no longer have enough time to eat here, so now we have to shop in Tesco. What a let down.

Visited for a quick bite after cinema I went in and only had the order screens so I thought great will be quick in and out I only ordered a double cheese burger I had to wait over 10 mins for and my mate was same with his order it wasn't busy at all terrible

We live in Broughton, so a cracking Maccy's on your doorstep would be great, but it ain't. Echoing other people's comments, orders are routinely messed up, food lukewarm, staff can't be bothered. Clearly the management here are similarly inclined. The restaurant on the Greyhound park Chester is MILES better, friendly staff hot food, efficient. Even the small Maccy's in Asda Queensferry is better, as is the one in Northop A55 (though not by much). We avoid it it now and head to Sealand Rd. Are you listening McDonalds?

Visited here today to buy my daughter a Happy meal to find a fly in her chips, nice!!! I shall not be visiting this McDonald's again.

Called in tonight after the cinema and a member of staff was mopping the floor as we sat down and started to eat are food she started mopping by my feet and around where we were seated any way After making a few comments about not being able to eat my food due to the smelly dirty detergent water the member of staff asked me if the mop was causing me problem I said yes it was she then laughed at two girls who were sat at another table and said something so I said I'm glad you find it amusing.Any way off she went to get me my money back after flying off the handle for the food I couldn't eat...at this point I went to the till to hear her slagging me off to another member of staff who was busy working in the back at this point the Not so lovely Luke the Manager had to drag himself out of the office and told me that I should of asked her to stop mopping but out of curtesy for the customers she shouldn't of been mopping around my feet anyway and using strong detergent while we was eating food!!!Luke was terrible No Customer Service skills at all at this point I was waiting for my £20 refund to be told we don't want your custom don't come back.He was so rude and made personal comments to me I have never experienced such terrible/Rude service ever!!!!

Over 20 staff behind the counter. Most doing nothing. 1 serving customers. Waited over 5 minutes. No smiles, no thank you. Needs a kick up the backside.

Went for lunch with the kids. Uncleared tables and dirty toilets. Staff were nice and friendly. The food was very salty. One of the worse McDonald's we have been to.

Local McDonald's so we visit probably more than we should. Amazes me how often they mess up the order. Could be missing fries, not enough chicken selects or the wrong sauce on a chicken legend. Somehow though, they manage to mess up every time.

Live locally and the past couple of visits have been shocking! Waiting 5 minutes for service and another 15 minutes for food and even then the order wasn't for filled due to missing items and the employee on the tills excuse was 'it's early'.... Definitely going to give this McDonald's a miss from now on!

Twice I have been charged for a bag and given one despite saying i didnt want it. Once its handed over its a waste because even if you take the food out the bag is wasted. the staff are clearly not interested in being helpful and the fries are never warm. Twice I have been given the wrong flavour of milk shake.

We went to drive thru. Very flat bored mumbling voice took order. No hello or thank you on paying just seen an arm appear with a card machine before the window shut. Next window 3 staff stood with their backs to us just talking to each other. As much salt in the sea as was on the fries in kids meal inedible. Utter waste of money and a miserable end to what was a great shopping day. Awful

When using the drive through, the staff insist on giving us the McFlurry's first, then burgers, then after some faffing about tell you to park up to wait for the salads. They don't seem to grasp that ice cream will melt! If we reject the McFlurry until the whole order is complete they usually forget to bring them out to the car (the result is a burger now going cold) We have now given up ordering McFlurry's from the drive through. Please can this restaurant get basic, common sense things right? It is so frustrating.

Always quick and good service here food orders always right and rarely have to wait 👍👍 usually use the drive through but when been inside always clean and staff are generally very friendly

No sauces in the bag after we had got back in work and they charge you 5 pence for a paper food bag which I thought they only charge for a plastic carrier bag, What a rip off they must be raking it in.

Slightly worse than you'd expect from the Golden Arches.Food is often slow as the place gets too busy being next to a supermarket.Going through the drive through generally means being parked up while you wait for your food.Quality is good if you don't mind waiting.

This is probably the best McDonald's around and rarely ever get an order wrong or serve poor quality food/drink. The staff are usually pretty friendly and quick too.

Quick and efficient service. Hot food which I found a relief after a day of sandwiches at work. Friendly staff who were obviously rushed off their feet in the dinner rush but were polite and handled the run of cars really well, it flowed smoothly.

Called in this place by chance ...usual menu food burgers coffees etc..if your shopping in the park and you have kids with you and just want a quick bite to eat then this is the place to come..nice burgers..fish, chicken etc..quick service and pleasant staff.. Coffee is especially good

Waited 12 minutes in a queue of 1 other person than myself to get 2 drinks. Had one member of staff who I think was management. No sorry, just stood there chatting and looking at the people at the back. Always awful

This branch of Mc Donalds is just across from the main Broughton shopping park, so is handy if you need a coffee or meal whilst out shopping

I don't really favour coming to this branch of McDonalds as there are often times I visit this branch and don't feel well afterwards. The food quality isn't up to much either, burgers can be very cold or poorly made - I know much isn't paid for the food, but I can't really be forgiving when I can visit another branch and pay the same price for a much better meal.

We visited here today shortly before noon.This just escaped a long queue which formed shortly afterWe had 3 Children's meals and two Adults.We were served the Children's meals first with the Attendant waiting to obtain chips from a busy server.We then had the adults meals, again with the Chips being last served after waiting yet again for a supply.Back at the Table We sorted the Meals and started to eat.Not surprised that the Food wasn't really very Hot.Warm would be a better descriptionThis outlet is very convenient for Us, but We rarely claim to enjoy the FoodThere are about 4 tills and a side Window for in-car service.
