Dire. Over cooked halloumi fries, so couldn’t eat them. They’ve either changed the royale vegan burger or the ones I got were re-heated and were disgusting. Over £20 on pure rubbish. The fact that no management responds to these reviews says it all.

Absolutely crap, half of the items were missing on my burger, and the lady serving had made my hot chocolate which was on the counter for 15 minutes before our food was ready, she replaced it when I asked her to warm it up for me with the length of time it had been sat there, but I couldn't be bothered to go back up regarding burger, I just won't go there again

Went there with my daughter and ordered a xl bacon double cheese burger for me and my daughter and all I can say is it was the smallest burger in the world!...I would've provided a picture but my camera couldn't pick it up 🤣 stuff you burger King I will not be ordering from you again,no wonder the place was empty.

Absolutely terrible, nothing on the menu to be had, ordered onion rings which had no onion in them and they were bone dry, burger not up to much and no hot drinks neither..won't be visiting again.

Offered my grandkids a Burger King as it was closer than mcDonalds. They pulled a face but agreed. They now much prefer Burger King and no longer as the other one. The Bacon double cheese burger was beautiful, I will say though that the cheese and bacon loaded fries could have done with more cheese as there was hardly any on them. The best item was the strawberry frozen Fanta!

I am a realist at heart and ,quite frankly, never expect too much from fast food chain outlets. Today my husband and I called in for a quick bite to eat on our way home for convenience. Well...... Lovely hot ,fresh food and the place was spotless. Above all though was the attitude of the young man who served me. Such a happy, polite, well turned out and pleasing server he was. In conclusion I just want to say thank you to Dane Rowlands for making my lunch, and indeed my day, a better one. Keep it up 😊.

The Llandegai services site as a whole has had a major overhaul in the recent past. The Little Chef is now gone - Replaced by a much larger and brighter Burger King seating area with a repositioned serving counter, and a drive through has been added. There is now a Starbucks (also with drive through), a Subway sandwich bar and a Sainsburys Local. The toilets have been improved and the whole place looks much more modern and clean. Service at Burger King is great. Quick and simple touchscreen ordering. I visited at just before 13:00 on a weekday during the Easter break, and did not have to wait more than 3-4 minutes for my Double Whopper meal. Burgers flame grilled perfectly. As good you’ll find anywhere. Fries perfect. The whole restaurant was more than acceptably clean. Nothing was unavailable on the day. A plentiful supply of condiments and serviettes were customer-facing on the counter. One observation during my visit was that the entire visible kitchen staff was male (probably seven to eight). This is by no means a complaint, just an observation. However, I do have one criticism, which is directed at the toilets. The conveniences are new and nice, with shiny modern taps and state of the art hand driers. This is all spoiled, sadly, by an entirely unnecessary exit door with a very small handle. Effectively, it only takes one person to decide to dispense with the formalities of hygiene, after which every subsequent lavatorian may as well do the same, as they’ll be leaving with a mucky hand - Unpleasant at the best of times, and far more so if you’re about to eat fast food with your fingers. I would otherwise been delighted to award five stars. All in all, very good. The restaurant is an above average Burger King 👍🍔👑

This is the closest burger king to me as i live on anglesey. Makes a change to taking the kids to mcdonalds down the road. Is pricier as are all burger kings. Drive thru is usually pretty quiet but always cars there. Never any waiting around, quick service, food always hot and tasty

Went on 14th July 2021 around 11:30am - Drive-through shutters were down. but no signs up saying "we are closed" anywhere. So parked up, started walking to the building - all the lights inside were on, signs lit up, menu screens on and self-service tills on... Went inside and started to order on one of the self service tills to be greeted by a very arrogant male member of staff who informed us "we are closed - we are having new equipment fitted" No signs anywhere to say they were closed and the place was lit up like a Christmas tree and the self-service order systems were still working... Drove off and went to McDonald's instead.

Staff seem uninterested and unmotivated resulting in poor service and food, this shows a clear failure in the management team.A review i've just read on here says one of the management team Dane Rowlands was dismissed from TK Max for bullying, I can also confirm that he was dismissed from his job before that at Tesco for gross misconduct. He was caught using company computers to view gay adult material, which begs the question what does he get up to in the Burger King managers office. Stay well clear!

Always rude and unprofessional. Everything it to much trouble. We use it a lot during the lockdown as most place closed. First time the manager was argumentative over discount codes and wouldn’t accept at the payment window “we’re unable to change the order” Second time again the manager bossing the staff around. I used to work for a Burger King franchise and I tell you now he show NOT be a manager. Maybe a restructure is needed. Food was cold and dry and when asked to change was told we had it to long and could have dried up in that time,

Hi, Husband Grandchildren and I went to the drive through for takeaways,I have never been more disgusted and sickened.He looked like the manager who served us he threw all the condiments into the bag containing 2 burgers and chips everything was mixed up. Husband didn't want to complain,I couldn't eat it went to Sainsbury's on site for a sandwich.PLEASE AVOID THE PLACE not only no customer service but very unhygienic practice especially during this pandemic

The manager of this restraunt i believe his name is dane rowlands is a shocking bully ,treats his staff like dirt and gets a kick out of bullying young girls ,worked in tk max before he got this job was sacked for bullying seems he thinks its ok to bully people ,wouldnt eat from this place if it was free for life ,dirty disgusting place food always cold and fowl...All lives matter ....Avoid Save your money and go elsewhere ...

Visited last week, I've decided to write a review after speaking to friends and colleagues who say they've had unpleasant experiences there themselves. Walked into the empty restaurant only to hear foul mouthed language from staff larking around behind the counter,I thought it was really unprofessional but not the end of the world. Staff were pleasant enough to me whilst serving me,although whilst waiting for my order I realised they were making fun of how a lady customer in her car at the window looks. To my utter astonishment I realised that both examples of behaviour i've just posted involved members of management. I tried my best to see the name badge of one of the individuals, I believe it said Dane although I couldn't be 100% sure. As someone who leads a small team of staff myself I just could not believe the way this restaurant is being run, an absolute terrible experience that left me thinking I wonder what they're saying about me after I left.

At the entrance 2 sanitizing stations ,both empty obviulously nobody checking them and can't be bothered refilling. Got greeted by a cocky girl "ye what do you want " food was cold burgers looked as if they had been reheated in the microwave ,won't be going there again ....i was the only customer they had so i would have expected my food to be spot on but no waste of money ... Seems the manager has no pride or maybe knowledge in how to run this buisness correctly, what a dump

Went here for a burger on my way home from work, went through the drive thru was the only car there,made my order with a guy that sounded like he couldn't be bothered, i was then grated at the window by a girl who had a stinking attitude no greeting off her just told me the price not even a thankyou off her, I then went to the next window where I was greeted by a guy who was not any better gave me my food and then turned his back to me, I said excuse me could I have some sauces and he said we'll you have to pay for them don't you with a cocky attitude I said oh doesn't matter then and I heard him mutter under his breath why bother asking then. I ordered a whopper meal, well I will never eat from here again the burger was like rubber and the chips were cold and very greasy, what a waste of money, should have gone to McDonald's.

Visited here where I was met from rude, impatient staff who look like they would crack and turn to ash if they smiled! Talked to us like we were rubbish and food was cold bland and definitely not fresh after waiting 10 minutes for our food! Bag split as they had over filled one bag instead of taking pride!

Just visited the drive-through and spent over £20 for three meals. The food was awful - poor quality and definitely not made to order! The chicken burger looked as if it had been cooked ages ago and left on the warming tray. Burgers didn’t include the ingredients listed on the website. Very disappointed, as when we’ve visited before we have generally been happy with the quality of the food.

My daughter has just had this disgusting burnt chicken burger from this burger king. The whole thing stank of burnt bread. Wont be going back. Awful

Called in today. Place has been done up. The burger was awful. Blitzed in a microwave is not my idea of flame grilled. £8 for bacon double xl that went in the bin. Its not like they were rushed off their feet ! Nobody there! For what they charge its just not on.

Not sure when the place has been completely redone but, my goodness, what an improvement! It would be no exaggeration to say the place had not been altered for over 20+ years, so to go in last week and it has been totally changed was an absolute shock!The Burger King is now where the old Little Chef restaurant used to be and the whole place has been refurbished with nice tiles, which go all the way through to the toilet facilities. There is now a small shop (Sainsburys?) to get papers and food, etc. As for the Burger King - no complaints (and never had any in the past to be fair). Freshly made chips and good service. Although more expensive than McDonalds, I have always preferred BK for taste and freshness.

My idea of a travel lodge to be able to get a hot meal on arrival but unfortunately this hotel is connected to a fast food restaurant where the seating area was extremely cold and consequently the meal went cold very very quickly. The outside doors were permanently open with no airlock system and there was no heating inside the seating area. The tables were also dirty.

It’s the most discussing place I’ve ever been too we actually walked out the toilets were beyond words and the place was freezing not a place I would ever go back too it’s should b closed down 🤮

Having visited in the snow, it was cold when I walked in - at lunchtime it was 12c in the restaurant (by chance I had a thermometer in the car).I mentioned to staff it was rather chilly....they were very apologetic but explained heating had been broken for over a year (well when they started it was broken). A customer commented it had been like this 3 years ago when they last visited.Strangely all of the electric heaters (about 15) were also turned off - I guess it saves on the electric and increases profits nicely for some fat cat.With the heating broken for 3 years and only 12c in the snow, I can't understand how Burger King could possibly allow this location to remain open.There were areas with broken cookers and industrial equipment, blocked off by adverts for Burger King - these would have been easily got past by small children.Apart from the kind staff this place was a horror show from start to finish - avoid...unless you want some dedicated restaurant staff with awesome customer service skills...in which case recruit them and give them a job they deserve.

Stale bread cold burgers arrogant staff and a very cold stagnant restaurant this place really does not do Burger King any favours at all and should be re-evaluated immediately!

Visited three times during the past 12 months and absolutely no improvement. Decor is beyond tired, toilets are not good, no ambiance, staff are not well motivated and service was poor. I'm surprised the franchise hasn't been withdrawn. About the only saving grace is it's wheelchair friendly.

Considering that this establishment is, supposedly, at the ‘Gateway to Snowdonia’, it’s a surprise that visitors to this wonderful part of North Wales don’t just turn around and go home...

Burger King is Burger King. Difficult to mess up the product but so easy to mess up the location. Bitterly cold (We kept our coats on ), uninviting, the chairs on the tables were a bit of a surprise given that it was early evening and nowhere near closing time. It's the only place to eat if you are staying at the Travelodge and don't fancy driving into Bangor but if I find myself there again I will certainly be making that drive.

Went to Bangor Burger king and ordered three chicken burger meals, the order took 25 minutes to get and the chips was re-cooked chips that was greasy and cold, the burgers was very poor quality frozen chicken thrown into deep fryer! Topped with disgusting browned lettuces and mayo, the other toppings were missing, no tomatoes or bacon as shown in the order picture. Place was dirty and staff needs training or a kick up the back side.

Staff stood behind tills ignoring us, which burger establishment have no hot drinks , it puzzles me , the place is in desperate need of a overhaul and directors please put staff there who want to serve their customers along with some politeness. Never again!!!

Visited here a few times, the place is in need of a desperate makeover. When you walk in it is not inviting at all and the toilets are dark and smelly. When we got to the tills a customer and a staff member were arguing about chips. It was a bit uncomfortable as the customer wanted the lady's name and she would not give it. We ordered the food it took a while but was ok. We just could not settle there, it is like the place has been abandoned with a pop up burger king in the middle. Fix this place up and it could be a gold mine!

This is the worst burger king I have ever been to. It was disgusting. The floors were filthy; the tables equally so. I felt sorry for the people serving. They tried hard to please, though you see in their eyes they were fighting a losing battle!!

Only stopped here because I like a good Burger King burger now and again, but the place is and has been in dire need of a top to bottom refurb for a number of years, this is the first thing that greats you when yo approach the front door, a flooded path!! A message to the owners, sort this place out, or is it allready too late??? Can't wait for the new Bryn Cegin development to start, that will surely see this place and its extortionate fuel prices off for good. Customers beware do your self a favour and keep driving.

staff need customer service classes, the place needs a good clean and staff need more training, quality of the meal was ok, the tables were dirty, the place was freezing no heating on, toilets were disgusting. The food its self was warm could do with being hotter

What has happened to this place, it use to be so clean now it's Dirty and smelly, no wonder there isn't many customers !! tables not clean and had to ask staff to wipe the table before we could sit down anywhere, food was hot and ok , but dread to think what the kitchen is like after I walked into the toilets but too disgusting to even use!! Very disappointed !! will be driving into town to mac Donald's next time

On our weekend trips to our caravan we regularly use this BK. nothing much normally wrong with the food, but probably due to low staff problems, we cleared tables in order to use them. This visit prices had been modified in that the "free" whopper (when using the questionaire completed receipt) only deducted £2.50 from each main meal (a whopper cost is £4.19 or thereabouts). The milk sachets are extremely difficult to open and found out later (drinking coffee en-route) that at least one was curdled.

The tables and chairs needed a good clean and wipe down but the food was hot and served quite quickly. There are toilets which are cleanish and also other outlets to eat as well as a travel lodge near by, plenty of parking.

Stopped for lunch slow service with what only seemed like one person working with another staff member sat at a table doing paperwork! The women behind me walked out service was that slow. The food when I got it was good however the restaurant was awful!! Needs maintenance is an understatement.

Called here on our way to Llamberis. I love a good BK but this was so disappointing. The staff where very friendly but the food wasn't great. The chips where luke warm at best and not crisp at all. i had the £1.99 texan deal. Way too much BBQ sauce on it dripped out everywhere.

Just been here what rubbish food,2 burgers cost almost £12 and by we sat down to eat them in the car park outside the burgers were cold, total and utter disgrace where has the pride in work and food gone?? I for sure won't be visiting here again and would not recommend to anyone!

Food was ok,Staff were friendly but chef had no pride in food. One egg was like rubber.Toilets were grim. They were clean in the sense they stank of bleach, but in dire need of a refurb.When you came out you felt you needed hand wash.

Staff here are brilliant. Always polite and willing to help. They are always working hard whenever I've been in. The manager is very polite and courtious. I won't bother going into the food, it's what you'd expect from a services fast food chain, no complaints but nothing outstanding.

unlike some other BK (in Bangor) service and value is good. It does annoy however, that customers cannot take the trouble to use the bins for their rubbish when they leave the table. But this is not just this BK, it is the same in many fast food halls.

Called in for a meeting with a client. Got a coffee whilst waiting - place was virtually empty - on the way back and looking for a table it was very very obvious that many tables in Burger King had not been cleaned for some time - remnants of old food on the tables and also on the floor beneath, coffee/tea stains, spilt sugar and salt. Had I noticed this when I entered I would have tried next door.The general feeling was that this place needed a good clean so that the general public calling there would feel comfortable - it was a type of experience where you put your jacket in the wash when you arrive home. If this is the public face of B K at Llandegai - I dread to think what the hygiene conditions are in the food preparation areas. One to avoid - worth the extra few miles to go elsewhere.

Went there last night, only to be told there was no beef patties?! I think this was a lie as it was 7:50 and they couldnt be bothered cooking anything and wanted to go home

In need of refurbishment these services were clean and just what we needed. Burger King and little chef are the only two eateries available so very little choice but if you need toe toilet, perfect!

Top burger! As clean as you'd expect. Staff out the back bit, however the poor girl behind the counter on her own meant there was a bit of a queue.

Does what it says on the tin. Food good with good choice and service. Friendly and flexible staff. The dessert ice cream was especially good value.

called here a couple of weeks back, one of the toilets was blocked, the left hand side one of the three, called again yesterday and the same one was blocked only fuller, the whole toilet area is a disgrace and i wounder how this place gets a licence to sell food off the health inspectors, someone can't be doing their job properly.

Food was OK, the bacon double cheese Burger was dry. But the toilets were grim... The women's were closed off couldn't see any disabled toilets so sent toddler off with husband to the men's, you could smell them from the tables but inside was apparently worse, doors all broken on cubicles and stank of poo according to the 3 year old

We stopped here on our way to Holyhead and I wish we didn't bother. The staff in burger king all look fed up. I gave the change to get a note back and the girl at the till gave me a pile of change back, when I looked at her without taking the money she just said I don't have a £5 note, so that was a waste of time.The burgers where luke warm and chips cold. The toilets are disgusting and this is only midday. The entre station needs totally updating and a dame good clean. My daughter trouser where dirty leaving from the chair she sat on. Visited with children and friends with children after a visit to greenwood forest, was freezing where you sit because of the doors, food wasn't too good to be honest, staff wasn't very friendly. There was only one other table sat at, and two other dirty tables...... don't think I would go here again unless I was absolutely desperate.

Came here after being in the zip wire and staying at the adjacent Travelodge and was feeling peckish. Had the red hot burger which was hot (spicy) and served hot. It was also nice to see the manager speaking to regular customers and having a laugh and joke. These customers must love this restaurant as you could see them looking for him. Could see a little competition between the staff that were serving. On who could get the food out on time. Healthy competition is always good. And a lovely singing voice from the back kitchen.

Wasn't very sure about coming here due to all the bad reviews but I must say our food was absolutely lovely, fresh and hot. I was served from a young girl called charlene who was very nice and had the patience as we don't normally eat at places like this, and she even told us to sit down and she'll bring it over. Excellent!

Stopped here for a quick lunch. Despite having to wait for the burger it wasn't very hot. Staff didn't appear to move very fast and the girl on the check out definitely gave off an 'I can't be bothered' attitude. Loos were very run down and not clean

After reading some of the bad revues thought it might be a good idea to give this place a miss. However we were running late and wanted something Quick Hot and TastyCalled in Yesterday It was Not that busy.Looking around it did look a bit tired but noticed that the tables were being cleared and wiped soon after customers had left their tablesSurprisingly the Food arrived Quick it was hot and fresh and to be honest we both enjoyed our little snack So based on that alone think it deserved a Very Good RatingDidn't go to the loo so can't comment on them

The toilets are blocked by tables with signs, not just saying "for customers only", but you have to buy something before you pay a visit.

Jumped off a bus had a connection 35 mins later, thought I'd grab all 4 of us a bite to eat, the people behind me in the queue were getting their food before me. I didn't order anything out of the ordinary for it to be delayed. I could sense all the staff huffing and puffin at the kitchen staff, telling everyone they could have free large chips for their wait, that's great but my food took 25 mins meaning I was only able to eat half and had to dash waste of time and money. Defo needs someone to run things better. Also a lot of flies around the tables slightly of putting for the 5 mins that I did sit down.

Basically your typical BK, standard & everything as expected, however I do agree with most re the toilets. It was a bit of an issue when I went - No toilet rolls what so ever. Who is actually responsible for the toilets in that building anyway ????? Otherwise a very good rating based solely on the food and nothing else

The food is usually very good...but that is standard for Burger King.However the overall staffing and management is terrible.The serving staff are more interested in their phones than serving customers;but that's minimum wage and un-trained management for you.Dirty tables,floors,toilets...tatty car-park,exterior,entrance says it all.A disgrace to the beautiful surrounding countryside !!!

well where do I start, well its the gents loos, honestly 4 sinks, 2 manky hand dryers,plus no soap dispensers either all 3 were empty, I tell this should be addresser as hygen to be honestly dirty, it wasn't that long ago a broken bust gents loo door and a broken toilet too,i feel this is afull to every one that stays there too with with the travel lodge next door, I feel the buger king little chef should be updated better higen too, ober all vist to the loos a zero out of 10.

Dirty. Really dirty! Food was cold. And be prepared to wait for you're meal. And remember to check if you've actually got the right food. Second time I've walked out with somebody else's food. Gloomy looking place. Depressing.

Dirty, with waste food and wrappers pretty much everywhere. Standard food obviously - pretty much does what it says on the tin, and it filled our hungry children so impossible to criticise unduly albeit the failure to clean up is unforgivable and costs this review a star.

The chips were not up to Burger King standard (and I have gone to lots all over the world). The atmosphere was quite depressing and it just seemed dingy.

First of all the staff should learn customer service. They should also learn to read the order the put through the till. Given the wrong burger even though they had out through the right one on the till which was confirmed by my receipt. By the time i had realised I was already half way down the A55 and was too late by then. Also the chicken nuggets were old stale and cold and that was when we first got them.

Convenient off the A55 but there is nothing else to recommend this Burger King. It is quite simply the worst you will ever visit. Orders are continuously wrong and today even when I told them my order was wrong they then proceeded to get it wrong again! It wasn't busy so I assume no one can be bothered. Won't be going to this again and will probably avoid all burger kings. Simply rubbish.

Very helpful friendly staff - but the burger was awful - rubber inside a cotton wool half heated bun. The drinks machine didn't work until it shot cola over the floor... Don't go there...

What a disappointment, customer service, what customer service? My food was virtually thrown at me with no explanation of how to dispense my Diet Coke, I was given an empty Cup!! Let's face it, I don't expect a fine dining experience at a fast food establishment but a smile and good manners should be a given wherever a person eats. My Whopper, by the way, was awful with some of the worst Onion Rings I have ever tasted. I won't be going back!!

The girl at the counter treated us like we where the biggest inconvenience she had ever had but to be fair she didn't discriminate us she was rude to everyone lots of huffing and puffin plonked our food and drinks on the tray shoved it towards us and walked off to look at her phone.the place has had a bit of a face lift that was long over due but won't be going back there because of the service and the price is unbelievable too so expensive for fast food you can get a meal in a restaurant in bangor for less.

I could not beleive what I was seeing when I visited this restaurant.The server called Katie is a disgrace to this chain, after taking my order I watched as my burger was made and placed on the hot rack at the back... this is normal and I am always patience as she was serving other customers... She decided it would be a great idea to serve one customer then nip round the side of the equipment and read something on her phone then proceed back to the till to serve another customer.. and again go back to her phone and start what I think was send a message whilst other customers are waiting to be served as well as my burger waits to be given to me.The eating area was messy dirty and the serving counter had old receipts and other items on it that shouldnt have been there.Zero customer service... by far the worst experience Ive ever had at BK.Stay clear of this shambles of a restaurant absolutely horrid.

After a day at a treetop adventure, my kids wanted to eat and of course not a healthy meal so i let them choose and the choice was burger king on the way home (what a surprise). As the sun was shinning I persuaded them to sit outside but as soon as we approached the outside table it was detritus everywhere, bottles , chips, pieces of burger, spilt drink you name it. When we head inside it was the same, chips for chips, bins overflowing, drinks on the floor etc...I tried to persuade them to go somewhere else but not a chance. We manage to find a "clean" table,so after removing the left over from previous customers I sat the kid and went to the counter to order the meals. The only person behind the counter was a very efficient young girl who was taking orders, preparing them on the tray, cooking chips and that for I would say 4 or 5 family she had at least 6 tray in front of her and nobody to help, no managers on sight, no wonder that the sitting area was in such a mess, how come that girl could find time to clean the table. At some point while we where eating a family sat behind us and the dad went to the counter, grab a blue bucket and clean his table himself. That is totally wrong and it wasn't the girl fault she was far to busy. And there's is the matter of little chef staff, when I was getting my trays a rather large girl from little chef (little chef uniform) pushed(me and other customers had to move to let her pass no sorry, no excuse me) pushed her way from little chef to behind Burger King counter to serve herself two large drinks and make her way back to little chef, without a word or paying for drinks. Is that a good "neighbour" practice? You give me a drink I give you a drink and I'll pushed your customers at the same time. Not sure I'll go back

We went to Burger King for a change from McDonalds &. KFC.both kids had a huge cheese burger and chips and a drink. My husband and I had a chicken burger and chips which we shared and found it plentiful for lunch as we are not big eaters (not because we are tightfisted ha ha)We were very quickly served and the meal was excellent. Then the kids had a huge ice cream after. It cost us just over £15 which I found to be reasonable. The place has plenty of parking space and was very clean. Can't fault it really.

The restaurant is ok, but only about 50m from it are the dirtiest and most disgusting toilets I have ever visited at a service area. Every lock on every door in the men's toilets was broken and an overpowering stench of sewage fills the air. Appalling.

This is the services at the junction of the A55/A5, and its probably the most gross dirtiest awful place ever. You can smell the toilets from the foyer as you enter, it has an unkempt feel to it, it is long overdue for a total redecoration. I have been here several times over the years normally for a toilet break and it the sight has deteriorated every time. I dread to think what the stars on the door is but floor and tables could do with an occasional clean. As I say I couldn't bring myself to eat anything there.

Living locally and close to this establishment my husband and I decided to call for a light meal on our way home from shopping as we hadn't been here for some time. We parked up and walked towards the entrance door, there was old food wrappers everywhere in the door area which was not inviting, the main doors were covered in scratches and could do with re-painting. On entering the Burger King area, we had planned on sitting in to eat our meal but some of the tables had crumbs and food bits over them and the floor area around the tables were again covered in bits of foods and used serviettes, it was not very appealing to think of eating here therefore we walked out and drove to Conway instead. There is no excuse for messy floors in a restaurant area and the outside looked tired and in need of a makeover including the outside tables/seats. Very disappointing.
