Extremely rude worker. Ignore us when we came up to order. We order a Notorious BMT which looked like they ran out of most meat . Then next thing he was like there’s no cheese that’s on it only grated cheese which was okey with us . Then on to the salads . That was just shocking for a Saturday afternoon. Hardly any sauces so me and my partner said can we have mayo then on my boyfriends one he put garlic mayo instead and he hates garlic. So my partner said for get it now I don’t want it . It was like the man was making he own sandwich up . Then asked my boyfriend what do I do with the sandwich. So my boyfriend walked off . Then what really upset me was I work in customer service and he was telling other customers we was rude and slagging us off which is unacceptable .We will not be coming to subway again . Hopefully something happens as he as done this many times . We went too the lovely lady at Asda and said is there and manger or someone i could talk to . She was really helpful and said he will pass it on . Thank you to her that made us feel better .

I am a mystery shopper and for what I can say this Subway Branch is appalling, unhygienic, doesn’t change gloves and the food taste very bland, bad and chewy 🤢 and not much selections cause there’a no stock apparently the white fat guy with glasses and beard with no beard cover he didn’t give me tissues. I asked for tissues he said rudely, NO. Also I watched him he gave me less meat and gave more to the other customer very bias. Unprofessional behaviour.

Zero hygeine. No hair nets and staff constantly touching their face and hair. Touching the bins and every surface with gloves on and then use the same gloves to touch food and not changing gloves between customers. Also, very slow service.

I sat there and watched a male employee with longish hair and a beard. First point: no hair net. he had gloves on. he brushed his hair out of his face. didnt change his gloves. he shoved his hand into the bin. didn't change his gloves. he touched the till and the screen. didnt change his gloves. he went through the employee door around the counter, touching it as he went, then grabbed a drink from the drinks cooler, and returned behind the counter. Still didnt change his gloves. he didnt change his gloves to serve vegetarian meals. he scratched his face and didn't change his gloves. absolutely disgusting. After about 20 minutes of him serving and spreading bacteria, he finally changed his gloves. I used to be management in a subway, and I went extremely hard on people not changing gloves and keeping basic hygiene practices. I get the hair nets are uncomfortable and itchy, but you have to wear them for a reason. the surfaces were dirty, they need wiping down more. gloves need changing after every customer served. and for gods sake, get more staff. having only 2 members of staff on during peak times is absolutely ridiculous. service took forever, because one person was at the front serving and one person was in the back.

I love this store the staff are always so friendly, the food is spot on every visit and the place is always clean and tidy, on my visit today I saw who I believe is the manager helping an elderly gentleman with his food to the table as the elderly man was struggling with his balance, the manager (I think) (tall ish black hair black beard) was really friendly and welcoming, definitely recommend this store

Was there on Saturday 10th of Feb, morning. Horrible young lady working, so rude. She was training someone. A customer questioned the price of his order, she was so rude to him, it was hard to watch. She asked wether he wanted cheese and toasted, when questioned she denied this, said she said extra cheese . My friends and I clearly heard what she said. Looking at the previous reviews here, makes sense.

rubbish experience got the the counter and the girl comes from the back more miserable than anything i’ve ever seen. she then just looked at me with a frown and expected me to say my order. then instead of asking my friend what she can get for him she shouts “NEEEXT”. she was miserable the whole time and made us feel very uncomfortable. she was also talking to herself which i didn’t want to mention just incase it was some sort of condition however i later discovered she was on the phone in her headphones. girl needs to be shown how to deal with customers and how to smile. disgusting from her 🤮

Bad experience with this one. Not good service , staff is not politely with to us.I never see this kind of service in whole UK . I want to used all my points for application and I ordered 5 footlong veggie Patty. But they don’t have any patty more , when we wanted garlic slices and they don’t have shredded cheese as well . When we older salt n paper for sub; staff said we don’t have. So I just want to say to owner and manager as well pls gave to good service to costumer. And last when we started give them order for sides and they said you can’t use your pints for sides, we have a 4 different subway App with 4 different gadgets. I have a experience as a manager in subway so I know very well all things . Please train to your staff properly for how to take a orders from the customer with smile.

Just went at 6.35pm with my daughter who has a neurological condition can’t walk unaided & has been really poorly I had driven for 30mins desperately trying to get her to eat to be told that there was no bread by a young woman stood in front of a counter full of bread. I was told that bread was for tomorrow (not fresh then !) I explained my situation & was told that despite the fact they were open for another 25mins she wasn’t allowed to sell me anything. She then tried to send me to another subway that closed hours before that my disabled daughter could get to as there’s no steps !!! She can’t walk steps or not!! My daughter was so upset she had a seizure in the car on the way back !!!! Disgusting!!!! My child only wanted a roll with cheese & chicken no salad no sauce not exactly difficult!!!!! I’d give it zero stars if I could because I didn’t even manage to get any food!!!

Visited subway today, and what seemed to be a member of Staff on her own which is crackers, she was very attentive, despite unfortunately cutting her finger while serving, it seems she was sorting the bread, serving and I only imagine dealing had prep in the back to do, but she still was very good. Thank you! I hope your finger gets better quickly :D Stay safe.
