Seats badly stained... a vagrant would refuse to sit on them. When you order a Diet Coke, you get a can and no glass. Service is variable... I saw one young lady and a young man waiting on who were very pleasant and smiley. Unfortunately the chap who served us was surly and couldn't be bothered to return a 'thank you'. The cafe looks more like a school canteen than anything designed for shoppers whose custom is valued.

I am a registered blind person went into this cafe this morning and asked if I could pay at a till, and was told I could only use the Touch control menu. I explained that I was registered blind and could not use the screens, but I was still told I had to use them. I was not offered any assistance whatsoever I think this is disgusting for a disabled person

Food is lovely here and well priced, service is very fast some staff a bit miserable. Over all not a bad place for some lunch . Just to note it's card only ..

Ordered chips for my daughter and some waffle. Fries for me Ate a. Couple to only find bits of old scrambled egg in both bowls it was gross and soggy This is after all we wanted was a slice of toast and 2 sausages and a fruit shoot But the computerised order machine wont do that nor will it give you an option to say no butter The last time I'll be coming here They've brought me new waffle fries but im a bit put off :(

I went to the cafe yesterday with my family most of the food was ok except for the chicken burger me and my wife had. It was a very small piece of chicken with a bit of iceberg lettuce in a small bun definitely didn't look like the one on the menu, overall not a great meal for the price.

Could not believe the way we were treated in the cafe today. My wife has to eat gluten free and as the menu was unbelievably lacking in any options asked for a jacket potato with cheese. We were informed that cheese and beans were the only option but as my wife doesn't like beans there was no way they could serve it without beans. Shocking as this was it was the rude way we were treated and spoken to in an offhand and frankly disgusting way. Will never bother to put ourselves through that again.

Touch Screen self-service. Is there an alternative for those who struggle with technology? If not, is this is not an inclusive service?

£3.50 for a small carton of apple juice, chips,sweetcorn and chicken goujons, well I would say chicken, there's more batter than actual chicken, for that price you'd at least expect 4 of them or 2 big ones, not many chips and way too much sweetcorn,know its a kids meals for me daughter but this has to be a joke, the place was busy tbf and the new ordering system like mcdonalds is easy enough to use but still, you expect a better meal than this

Very friendly and relaxing, Tracey, Jade, Nia and John are Excellent Staff who are Stars for Tesco.

Lovely fresh, clean place with a good vibe. There are often lengthy queues at lunchtime. Maybe a separate drinks station would help ease this and 2 dedicated staff serving drinks at peak times, as not everyone orders food. Interesting menu with a tasty choice of food and drink. Just a little bit on the pricey side for a cafe, in my opinion. However, the children's lunch box does have a good selection and is a reasonable value.

Plenty of space nice atmosphere very enjoyable scone cream and jam and cappuccino coffee.

Nice cafe but was a rip off for what I received. Coffee looks and tasted lovely but the ham and cheese toastie looked as if it was worth a quid. I paid £4.50 for something that looked like it could’ve been made at home in 2 mins. For the price I expected something on levels of Starbucks and costa. But overall 3 stars.

Really slow no organisation and overpriced.

I went recently and I have to say the food was absolutely fantastic. My toddler had one of the kids sandwich meals which had quite a lot included for the price . Can’t wait to go again

Always ready doe a coffee before shopping

Although the stores as good as any other Tesco store, their toilets upstairs are appalling! Dirty, walls trashed, SHARP BROKEN toilet seat, cleaning chemicals left on the floor

My local Tesco is my favourite place to stop for coffee and a snake, great staff
