This is the worst breakfast i've ever had,and i've eaten in Egypt!How they can get beans wrong is beyond me.And as for the egg and black pudding,forget it.

Isis is always very helpful and happy to suggest an alternative if necessary . I am coeliac and always have a lovely jacket potato with cheese and bacon and she always does something nice for my 2 year old granddaughter

AWFUL the staff were lovely but the food was absolutely vile. The sausages were beyond burnt to a crisp they were literally charcoal. Hash browns had been reheated that many times it was like cardboard. Mushroom was goodness knows how … DRY. The toast was cold and like a rock The only edible thing was the beans and half of a tomato ! We were absolutely gutted we wasted money in this cafe. It was absolutely horrendous, the food. Also not to mention the chocolate milkshake went absolutely everywhere bar the cup … realised shortly after its because it’s meant to be a frozen hersheys milkshake … I received chocolate water !!

I cannot believe how this cafe has gone so badly downhill. Ordered on the screen mixture of hot and cold food, was then told you had to get food yourself. No wrap that we ordered no Victoria sponge no kids juice told by staff oh just pick anything.when kids food came Chips were cremated and my cheese toastie was so hard you could have knocked nails in. Tables everywhere were full of dirty crocks and the tea/coffee area was disgusting.This use too be such a well run cafe with good food.We won’t be back again.

I waited 30 minutes for a meal which I had paid for but didn't arrive, today, and I could see others waiting who were becoming frustrated. There is no pleasure or point in confronting the staff who work there for what is the poor resourcing and organization by Managers, so I left, £8 down. I won't be back. Ordered 12.40, left 13.15 Sunday April 14th.

Just to say.. SUCH lovely service and so helpful from the person in the cafe on Thursday 15th Feb! I went in at 9 am on my own for a coffee.. then again at 11 with my husband. Thank you so much to the person cooking, serving, helping people to open bottles of drinks, and just being generally so very friendly and amazing! ( I didn’t know how to use the pre order machine.. 🙈) 👍👏👏👏So lovely to feel so welcome! 🙏

Myself and my wife went here for breakfast just before we did our weekly shop. My wife ordered just a round of toast and I ordered the ultimate breakfast and a cappuccino and latte to accompany them. The Toast was fine, the ultimate breakfast which is meant to be 3 sausage, 3 bacon, 2 fried eggs, 3 hash browns, beans, mushrooms, 2 halves of tomato, 2 halves of fried toast and 2 black pudding. Now my complaint is that I received 3 sausage, 2 bacon (which was really fatty) 2 fried eggs which were inedible, 3 hash browns, the beans, the mushrooms, the fried toast And the tomatoes but also didn’t get black pudding. Also the coffee machines were a nightmare! As they had run out of everything with the only coffees left to be cappuccino and latte. Now all I’m trying to say is whilst we’re in this pandemic, to save themselves from running out of breakfast items, do a smaller breakfast! Don’t do the ultimate breakfast at all! Then customers won’t be disappointed by items being missing, plus I don’t think a self service coffee machine works for this pandemic as people are queuing up to press buttons in which the machine is always empty. Rant over.

Called for dinner after shopping yesterday at 1:45pm Everything we asked for they didn’t have. No tikka masala No sausages No all day brunch No chicken & avocado salad No afternoon teaSlush was all dry Ice no flavour Why have they run out of most food items? It’s attached to a supermarket. With the 50% off eat out to help out scheme surely common sense would indicate that they are going to be busier and that more stock will be needed What happens by tea time? Is more stock brought in by then?

Not eaten here for a while as our previous experience was not great. On this occasion we stopped for breakfast. One word would describe our food “Cremated” items appeared deep fried, sausages, hash browns, black pudding, overcooked egg, ok bacon. Catering needs to be addressed and made better, a lot better.

Called her with the family after watching my grandson at his swimming lesson for breakfast. The place was clean and the staff friendly. The menu catered for everyone. What I liked was that you could choose your own items for your breakfast. The food was cafe quality with good portion sizes and reasonably priced. My son in laws breakfast came but it wasn’t quite what he ordered it he didn’t question it. Will call again when in the area.

Having eaten in many Morrisons cafes over many years in lots of towns around the country my experience today in Wrexham made us decide this would be our last ever one. Breakfast was cold even having been over cooked a good while earlier by the the look and taste of it, rubber eggs alike only to ones usually found in joke shops. never again. The place been done up and looks the part but let down by poor cooking

The toilets were a disgrace I had to sort through the cutlery in the cafe to find clean ones Only one hot drink machine working ran out half way through sorting our order had to call staff as not keeping there eye on it

Has been really good in the cafe but someone must be on hols hasn't been this bad in a good while. Haven't complained this time.

I ordered a big breakfast last Monday morning (which was well cooked and very tasty) and my wife ordered porridge with fruit and 2 crumpets with jam. A member of staff came to our table to tell us that there was no porridge (a cafe in their supermarket ?) and having already paid whilst ordering on line, told her that she could have cereal. My wife ordered Special K instead. The man went to check the price difference and returned saying that it was the same price. A variety pack of cereal for £2 ?. My wife was then told that there was no jam. With being in a supermarket, a bit of initiative from the staff/supervisor could have provided what my wife had ordered. The cooked breakfast was good value but the cereal at £2 would make a variety pack cost £16.

Ordered food out of what they had left (it was only 12pm). (2 lasagnes with chips, 1 chicken roast)Told there was a 25min wait. I was ok with this. After waiting 25minutes, a member of staff came to tell me they didnt have 2 lasanges and only one so i changed my order to a beef roast. Another 5 mins passed then the same member of staff came to tell us that actually there were NO lasagnes left, so my daughter chose bangers and mash. All our meals came together. The roasts had very little gravy so asked politely for more and a refund of the difference in prices of the meals we changed to. 10minutes passed...no gravy...or refund so asked a completely different member of staff who sorted both the gravy and refund for us. Oh...and the coffee machine always serves warm not hot coffee. On a previous visit to the same cafe,they had run out of sugar and the staff were not prepared to go into the store and get a bag as they "werent allowed to?!" Beggars belief!

All I wanted was a coffee and some cheese on toast with bacon on top.The lady on the till was lovely because they don't actually have it on the menu she made it up which pleased me.When my lunch came the plate was slammed onto the table so much so I had to catch the cheese on toast before it came off the plate.The coffee was fine.I said thankyou but there was no reply.My lunch was cold and the cheese looked awfully it looked liked it had been in the microwave rather than grilled and the bacon was more fat than meat.jence I didn't eat it.I was going to speak to someone but the queue was horrendous at the welcome desk.I won't be saying there again maybe have a coffee because I was be taking it to the table not a staff member so less chance of getting it tipped on me.I have to say though that this hasn't happened to this extent before so maybe just an isolated incident I hope if not the staff need retraining.xx

I ordered the big breakfast and a latte. The latte was cold, so I was invited to replace it. The food arrived, with rock hard bacon that I couldn't cut, stone cold mushrooms, and barely warm beans. I took it back, and was offered a replacement. After 20 minutes, the replacement hadn't arrived so I got a refund and left, whilst other customers were returning their poor quality food.

Called in for lunch today,my wife had the battered fish chips and peas I had scampi chips and peas.The cafe was not all that busy and we didn't have to wait long. Both meals were well cooked and hot. Will certainly call again.

Called in for breakfast and cafe not too busy. Found a nice clean table, and then had to wait a while for our breakfasts. When they came they were ok, but had obviously not been freshly cooked, except for the eggs and the black pudding was overdone. But it was ok with lots of toast, and was cheap enough compared to other places. Coffee from a machine you do yourself so again ok for the price.

sunday afternoon 12.15 the restaurant was busy yes but there was more than enough staff on had to wait nearly half hour for a simple small breakfast two pieces of toast and two poached eggs when it finally arrived stone cold customers were actually using the microwave used fir baby bottles to warm tgeir food up well done morrisons just lost another family

The girl who served us at the till looked like she couldnt be bothered with us asked for a breakfast at 14:48pm when they stop serving breakfast at 15:00pm she said "i cant do that they clear everything away just before 3" i work in a food resturaunt and if we finish food orders at 10pm and someone comes in at 9:55pm they have to have their meals wasnt the ladys fault on the till but she could of had better manners with us. We had lunch insted was ok nothing amazing.

It's 1.30 on a Sunday afternoon - busiest time for roast dinner orders? Got no chicken for chicken roast dinner! Ok will have beef then- wish we hadn't bothered. Beef cooked last century, 2 halves of dry roast potatoes, smash not mash tinned veg, & gravy that would look more at home in a kitchen sink..if you can't cook don't get a job serving food to customers. Fantastic wedding anniversary meal..... NOT. Will not be bothering again

Went in at 2.30 for scream tea. Told no scones. 6 on the counter. No we don't use them for our cream teas. Can't l have one with jam and cream. Came back with single cream. Surely they could have some from the store?

We ventured here for quick and cheapest lunch. I had the jacket potato with cheese and beans which I can't fault, it was lovely. My daughters meal was also nice however my husbands not so good. He had the breakfast and apart from the chips, he wasn't pleased with the rest. The price was also quite steep for a supermarket cafe we thought. Overall, nice enough but definitely room for improvement.

Morrisons café is standard coffee and tea place. They serve here full breakfast, dinner also they have on offer sandwiches cakes and many more. Good place for quick coffee while other half is doing shopping.

Over cook food at 8.25 in the morning (so not busy) throne onto a plate.by inexperienced staff that probably don't cook at home. I complain and was told all the sausage and bacon came out the oven like that! Very poor again.

I have twice eaten here with friends. On the first occasion the knives and forks were dirty as well as the dishes. On the second occasion the plate was so dirty I couldn't eat my meal and the cups were dirty and stained. Not experienced this in any other Morrisons cafe ?

Popped into Morrisons cafe with my daughter and her two children..order taken quickly by friendly staff and it was explained that as it was 4pm the children could eat free with each adult meal....was pleasantly surprised.....the drinks are self service and the food arrived and was cooked nicely and it was hot....will definitely go there again

Yes it's a supermarket cafe but great value for money for a quick bite to eat, and most certainly rivals many local pub grub venues, particularly those who don't actually cook fresh food. I'm a coffee snob, but their coffee certainly matches at least three well known branded coffee shops. To add, Denise is so friendly and an asset to the functionality of the cafe itself. I wish Morrison's management would recognise this fact. One annoying aspect on occasions, is the lack of takeaway cups. Despite I can walk over to the main entrance and collect one myself. New management, don't underestimate the fact that small details matter and as a result, could potentially vote with their feet. I've been a customer to both the cafe and the store itself.

Am a bit wary of Morrisons cafe as previous experiences have not been good,but this one in Wrexham is great,food is very fresh and well cooked,staff are very friendly,good service,only down side was the table top,hadn't been wiped properly.

That cafe was very clean and the Staff were very helpful and friendly! The food is a good price for the amount you get and tasted delicious!

Went into Morrisons today after visiting the new Aldi and had a coffee in the cafe. The coffee was lovely and didn't have to queue like in most coffee shops, very quick service. The staff are very friendly and helpful and a lovely environment to just sit down and have a warm drink before heading back into the cold. Will definitely be going back.

I struggled to find coffee mugs that didn't have lipstick or staining at the service counter. The self service coffee machines were not clean and the coffee was quite aweful.

Breakfast was nice B&B; was a joke dirty tables lady on till. Rude poor service skills won't use again

Breakfast. Indifferent service bordering on rude, and the worst breakfast I have seen in a long while, cold, greasy, congealed. Nothing was good at this visit.

Decided to go for lunch before picking my granddaughter up and to be honest it wasn't very nice.Service was great, staff very friendly and was very chatty.I ordered a ham sandwich but it tasted and looked as though it had been sat around for a couple of days.I won't be ordering a sandwich again.

Nice food. Went for a breakfast and it was nice. Only thing let it down was the cleanliness of the place. We were there at 9am and there was ketchup on the tiled walls n floor covered in food. Table needed a wipe. I could forgive em if it was end of day but they had only bern open a hour

This vwnue was not busy when we arrived. Despite this there was what looked like a full sausage meal on the floor. The food was cold and staff were very unhelpful when it was returned. After I had slipped on the food on the floor I pointed out to the waitress that it needed cleaning up. Despite this food was still on the floor when I left.

Called lunchtime on a Sunday. Couldn't make my mind what I fancied. They had a tuna and ham salad made up but no prawn salad. Asked the lovely lady at the till if they had one, she asked Amy(I think!) and was told one could be made.

Basic choice but cheap enough. Good, friendly, genuine service from the guy who served me. If you happen to be doing your shopping here this could be a good way to start off the shopping duties. If your looking for somewhere to relax with a bargain price meal i would say there are other places in the area which would be better suited.

It's very convenient to have a hot food restaurant on site after shopping I look forward to a hot meal. I recommend their Fish & Chips

This is the best Morrisons coffee shop that i have been to,clean,plenty of room to sit,staff always very helpful.

Wide variety of food and clean area. Close to the actual shop to stop after you've been shopping. You can takeaway or eat in and the staff are so friendly.

Just thought i'd pop in to the cafe for a coffee with my nephew and thought we'd try out the breakfast so we placed our order with a very nice cashier. Then waited no issue there but when our food arrived it was slammed on the table and I ask for a plate for my nephews toast only to have the tray Thrown on the table across the way and to be ignored. This was absolutely terrible behaviour by the female staff member. I got up and said I would get my own plate for his toast. Only to be spoken about very disrepectfully and loudly by the women...never again morrisions... CUSTOMER SERVICE.... SORT IT OUT!!

The lunch we had was very nice lasagne and salad , salad was lovely, but then we had £ 1.00 ice cream that was poor just like tasteless ice, good over all if you out shopping.

We'll probably never shop again at Morrisons, let alone eat there. Overworked staff were unhelpful and rude, 2 of the 3 pie dishes on the menu were unavailable, the hot water machine delivered more water than the tea mug could take, no teaspoons, no tomato ketchup, tables not cleared and the food basic and tinned and the chips poor. Morrisons should be ashamed.

I paid a visit here for breakfast on a Saturday lunch time and it was really busy but the staff were rushing around and working hard to ensure everyone had food on time. The breakfast was delicious! I then came on the Tuesday night for tea. We didn't know there was an offer on for 2 meals and 2 drinks for £9 so pleasantly surprised! I and lasagne and garlic bread and I honestly couldn't fault it! Very nice and friendly, helpful staff.

Food below average, takes ages to arrive. Cheap but sometimes you rather pay a bit more for better food and faster service

Open at 8 am with a large menu and very good prices everyone was happy having breakfast here and the staff are lovely!!! You can pick up lunch bits from the fresh food counter if you are having a packed lunch that day as the salad bar etc is lovely and reasonably priced!
