Topping all came off the pizza and it took an hour and a half to be served

Visited this bar this evening with friends. Was enjoying a nice drink ( fantastic range ) when asked to move from where we were sitting by group of students who wanted the space to themselves. As locals were quite annoyed when told that town wouldn't survive without them - hence implying they were more important. After somewhat heated discussion left and will not return.

The food was ok not that bad. However, the service very bad. The owner was rude they kick me and my mom out of their restaurant just because we bring fish and chip from next. So, basically my family come with in 10 people and 8 people were eating in this restaurant, but me and my mom want to try fish and chips next door so we go and bring to eat this restaurant, and the rest of my family were order from this restaurant. While me and my mom eating the owner shout and kick me and mom out from this restaurant. What a bastard rude service.

They dilivery incorrect order they not answer whan I call 7 times We went ther and nobody inside

no sauces and no toy with minecraft meal

First and last visit here, I dared to ask for a second sugar for my coffee, was met with a bad attitude from the server at the window. Sorry it was too much trouble for you and clearly out of your job spec.

Great quality food. The chicken kebab & spicy chicken wings was juicy and well cooked. Ham, mushroom & pineapple pizza was very delicious.

Asked for chicken to be very very very well done as that's how I prefer my chicken and once again after giving central a chance was disgusting , called and complained and too be told well chicken was cooked, yes I know that but not how I asked and if I was In the shop in person it would have been cooked the way asked, customer service shocking bring back the old staff

Maccies in Mold is fudging s***e. I don’t think they’ve ever been able to get a single order right. A snail could work faster than the staff there. Ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin with the meal. Correct me if I’m wrong but this comes with a hash brown right? Surprise surprise, no chuffing hash brown. To make it even better, the sausage patty tasted like ghandi’s flip flop.

Very bland and doesn't taste fresh. I know why. Very very small fish for £9 and very small portion of chips for £5 this was £25 😵 everywhere else in the park is reasonably priced and tastes ok.

We’d seen the reviews before going but thought how do you get chips wrong ! We had a pie and chips and fish and chips. The pie was good and the fish also. Not too greasy and thin batter and a decent size too. The chips were very over cooked and burnt. Very disappointed

Absolutely appalling service, you stand in a queue then they can’t take an order for lunch 5 minutes before 12 o clock even when I said we were willing to wait for the food until after 12. No flexibility or understanding, last visit I will make to eat here

Avoid it ....its like the living dead in here.Miserable women on the till,I thought she was just having a bad day until I read the other reviews!!. Looks like they had lessons off Basil Fawlty for customer service. Trust me....take a packed lunch.

Very limited menu and vegan options more or less nonexistent. Staff didn't seem to understand what a vegan diet is. Although breakfast finishes at 11.30 they were advertising the vegetarian sausage as part of a vegan breakfast. Will definitely not be returning here ever.
